Gu Jian saves Gu Xiaowu before quicksand eat him. Li Yan brings fake Batur to Li Chao, and the ministers offer to ruin Dan Chi since they murdered the crown prince. But Gao Yuming’s son, Gao Kun disagrees. Emperor decides to send Batur to Dali temple.
Gu Xiaowu takes Qu Xiaofeng to Pei Zhao’s camp and asks him to rescue He Shi. She doesn’t suspects since Pei Zhao didn’t reveal Gu Xiaowu’s real identity. Pei Zhao saves He Shi, and Qu Xiaofeng introduces her friends to He Shi. Li Chenyin makes up his background into a story, and tells it to Qu Xiaofeng. She doesn’t expect the hero of story is Li Chenyin, and she will be cheated by him.
Emperor interrogates Batur and announces to kill him. He saw the fishy from Batur’s eyes and knew murderer was someone else. But he has long thought to attack Dan Chi. The excuse is best. He Shi prepares to take Qu Xiaofeng to king’s curtain. But she wants Li Chengyin and Gu Jian to go with her. He Shi is awkward. Gu Jian knows what He Shi means, and leaves. He Shi agrees Li Chengyin to go with them, but requires him to get blindfolded.
Li Chengyin senses the route and remembers it. They arrive at the Dan Chi tribe, and A Du welcomes them. A Du is He Shi’s younger sister. Li Chenyin takes off his blinder.
Qu Xiaofeng sees the people of Shuo Bo and is furious. Yi Moyan walks to her and tells her the envoy of Shuo Bo asked for marriage, and Tie Daer doesn’t want to see them. Tie Daer is holding a competition of martial arts, and the person will win a helmet if he wins Tie Daer.
Qu Xiaofeng introduces Li Chengyin to Tie Daer. Tie Daer wants to give his pearl to Li Chengyin when he is told that Li Chengyin saved her many times. Yi Moyan teases Qu Xiaofeng that she fell for Li Chengyin. But Tie Daer dislikes people of Li Chao, and the person who kills white eye wolf king is qualified to marry Qu Xiaofeng.

The next day, Qu Xiaofeng says that she will agree to marry the person if he can kill wolf king. Li Chengyin is moved. She asks him if he will kill wolf king for her. He laughs.
But Tie Daer doesn’t want Li Chengyin stays at Dan Chi. So he visits the king of Shuo Bo with the status the fifth prince. He wants to unite Shuo Bo to attack Dan Chi. But the king is very timid and doesn’t reply Li Chengyin. Li Chengyin is disappointed to leave, but the prince of Li Du agrees to cooperate with Li Chengyin.
Qu Xiaofeng misses Li Chengyin and wishes him to kill wolf king and marry her. Li Chengyin returns An Hu house, and draws the map of Dan Chi according his memory. He gives the map to his brother Li Chengye. Li Chengye is shocked.
In the evening, Li Chengyin discusses with Gu Jian and Pei Zhao about the operation plan. Li Chengyin doesn’t want to hurt Qu Xiaofeng, but Gu Jian points out that they have hurt her. Someone gets a fake wolf king to marry Qu Xiaofeng. But she discovers the trick. The people of Dan Chi think nobody can kill wolf king.
Li Chengyin meets with Pei Zhao at the bar, and hears people talk about wolf king. Pei Zhao knows mang people sell fake wolf king. Li Chengyin remembers Qu Xiaofeng’s eyes and decides to kill wolf king. He asks Pei Zhao to prepare a troop of cavalry, and kills wolf king. Qu Xiaofeng thrills since her lover killed wolf king.
