This is second episode of Lawless Lawyer Korean Drama, Hyung Man decides to choose Sang Pil as his lawyer because his previous lawyer In Doo betrayed him with Mr. An. He also knows that Sang Pil is the boy who bite him, and is scared. But he has to accepts his offer.
Lawless Lawyer Korean Drama Recap: Episode 2
Sang Pil tries to persuade Hyung Man hiring him as a lawyer. But Hyung Man claims he as one, and says that he guaranteed to him that he will win. Sang Pil doesn’t want to give up, and promise to help him get out of the jail. Jae Yi stands up, and wants to leave, because she thought her boss lacks basic self-respect.
Gwan Dong thinks Sang Pil is suspicious to give up a good future in Seoul and return Gisung. But Lawyer In Doo disagrees, and reveals Gisung is full of money. Sang Pil tells Jae Yi that there are lots of clients will wait for him with cash if he proves Hyung Man is innocent at the court, she thinks he is trashier than she thinks, and mess his suits with ketchup.
Moon Sook asks Mr. An to be new mayor, he kneels down in front of her, and says that he will do his best as mayor. Hyung Man asks In Doo if Mr. An knows who killed mayor. He denies it, but Hyung Man doesn’t trust what he said to him.
Jae Yi tells Moon Sook that Sang Pil wants to steal client from In Doo, and thinks he isn’t decent. Moon Sook asks Jae Yi calls her as mom after buying her clothes as birthday present. Just then they runs into Ms. Nam who welcomes Jae Yi, and thanks to her to be his daughter Yeon Hee’s rival. Jae Yi recalls Ms. Nam wrote her name in her hand, and said that she blacklist her after Jae Yi stopped her from bullying teacher.
Sang Pil is watching the interview of Moon Sook who showed up at orphanage with orphans, and said that she married Gisung. Jae Yi asks him what it is after saw the bill on her desk, he says it’s compensation she poured ketchup on his suits, and asks his followers Gwang Soo and Gang to release UAV to spy. Meanwhile, Gwang Soo reveals to Gang Sang Pil saved him with his watcher, so that he decided to follow him.
Sang Pil and Jae Yi run into Yeon Hee and another police officer at the crime scene. Yeon Hee thinks they should show up at the place, and wants to introduce a good office manager. But Sang Pil refuses her, and says that they will fight in the trial soon.
He asks In Doo to hand over Hyung Man’s case to him, but In Doo refuses, and asks him to leave Gisung. Sang Pil calls Gwang Soo, and asks him to spy In Doo with UAV outside his office. Jae Yi thinks Sang Pil knew that Hyung Man didn’t trust his lawyer, and says to him that Hyung Man hasn’t reason to kill mayor. He thinks she needs to find the truth.
The evidence is adverse with Hyung Man at the court, but In Doo he doesn’t have anything to say. Hyung Man is nervous while sitting beside him, and asks him to do something. Moon Sook scolds In Doo, and thinks he should pretend to care the case at least, and worries that Hyung Man will hire another lawyer, when he claims he wants to make her easy.

Sang Pil visits Hyung Man at jail, and shows him the footage he shot while In Doo called Mr. An, telling him that his lawyer betrayed him, asking him to hire him as his new lawyer. But Hyung Man says that he doesn’t trust him as well. He is attacked by a thug while taking a bath.
Jae Yi recalls her mother left, and didn’t return after going to buy her harmonica in the rain. She asks her father if mother will come back while they are in car. Ki Ho is silent. Hyung Man grasps Sang Pil’s collar, and asks him who sent him to his place, after Sang Pil said that his wife is in bad condition. Sang Pil reveals he is the female lawyer’s son, and wants to get him out of jail to kill him. Hyung Man is scary after hearing what he said.
Hyung Man calls Sang Pil, and says that he accepts his offer when Sang Pil stays outside Jae Yi’s home. Dae Woong visits Sang Pil, and asks if it’s the beginning. Sang Pil says that it began when he was 18. Mr. An calls Gwan Dong after knowing Hyung Man got a new lawyer.
Gwan Dong kidnaps Jae Yi as a hostage, and asks Sang Pil to come to his place when trial is going to begin. Sang Pil asks Gwang Soo to stop the trial begin until he comes back with Jae Yi. Sang Pil is hit by a beer bottle for saving Jae Yi, Gwang Soo and Gang messes the court with sprayer at the same time, after Moon Sook discovered they are thugs. Sang Pil and Jae Yi shows up at court after fog disappears.
