Jiang Jun wakes up and she is shocked that she’s in Yuan Shuai’s house. She walks to the kitchen, and Xu Li is cooking porridge for her. Xu Li mentions Jiang Jun bought many ingredients in the fridge. But Jiang Jun says that it’s not bought by her.
Xu Li thinks Yuan Shuai rented house and gave a nanny, and mentions the bed color is what Jiang Jun likes. She’s moved by his action. She says that she was surprised while seeing the house, and the furniture is what Jiang Jun likes.
Xu Li thinks Yuan Shuai wishes Jiang Jun to come back, and reveals he worried about her when he called. Jiang Jun mentions Xu Li disliked Yuan Shuai before. Xu Li explains that the hero is mercurial in novel’s world. She thinks he keeps her because he falls for her.
Linda visits Du Lei and asks him to get back to GE with her. She says that she doesn’t dispute the things he’s been in the company, but the project leader is the friend of Dad. She adds that Dad will know it if he doesn’t come. Du Lei promises to deal with it in two days. Linda tells Du Lei not to be like that, and she can promise him no matter what requirement he asks for.
Yuan Shuai runs into Jiang Jun and tells her there isn’t so many rules because it’s battlefield not examination room. He tells her not to bear it to deal with the person like Ma Xiuran. She says that she knows it obeys the law of the jungle, and tolerance just makes the one bullies her be further intensified. He tells her to take a deep breath.
Jiang Jun walks into Ma Xiuran’s office. He tells her to apologize to President Qin. But she tells him to stop the unreasonable job placement he arranged for her, and threatens to report it to President Fan. She says that it doesn’t belong to working scope to accompany clients to drink according to company rules.
Ma Xiuran tells Jiang Jun not to challenge him when she thinks someone will support her. He yells at her that the jobs boss arranges for her belong to her business scope. He tells her to get out. She tells him that she has right to refuse the unreasonable job placement, and he can report it if he’s dissatisfied with her.
Ma Xiuran is furious to chase Jiang Jun. But Yuan Shuai stops Ma Xiuran. He asks him what he wants to. Ma Xiuran tells Yuan Shuai it’s not his business. Yuan Shuai asks Ma Xiuran if he got Jiang Jun to accompany President Qin to drink. Ma Xiuran admits it and thinks Yuan Shuai likes Jiang Jun.
