This is the Recap & Review for Chinese drama Love Is Sweet: Episode 3. Yuan Shuai runs into Jiang Jun and asks her if she wears like that to get interview. She tells him that it isn’t his business. He mentions he gave her a position, and thinks there is a company which wants her since she was rejected by MH.

Yuan Shuai tells Jiang Jun that the investment bank is cruel, and it’s not suitable for her. She tells him not to be confident, and thinks his face will be hurt. He has some bad feelings.
Jiang Jun walks in the MH office, and tells the employee that she came to work. The man shows his report to Yuan Shuai. Yuan Shuai thinks the man doesn’t put all of his energy in the work as his face looks good. He scolds him for not finding the problem when Nan Xing company fails in the financing.
The man explains that the financing cannot be processed because the industry gets into degenerating stage. Yuan Shuai thinks the man gets into degenerating stage. He fires him. The man asks for another chance. But Yuan Shuai thinks the change can only be given to the person who is with good status.
The man tells Yuan Shuai that he is going to get married next week. He asks what he will tell his girlfriend about it if he resigns. Yuan Shuai tells the man to get out. Qiao Na reminds the new employees that they’re going to be replaced since they’re standing on the top of the pyramid.
Qiao Na gets the new employees to walk in. Yuan Shuai sees Jiang Jun. Qiao Na tells Jiang Jun that Yuan Shuai has never been defeated. Jiang Jun wants to see who will defeat Yuan Shuai. Su Chang tells Yuan Shuai that Lin Taimo recommended Jiang Jun. Yuan Shuai tells Su Chang to get out, and thinks Jiang Jun can only quit after she sees the the cruelty of the investment industry.
Yuan Shuai tells Jiang Jun that he will get her to leave if she brings troubles to the works. He gives her the document of Lang Ke, and tells her to complete a report. He tells her to ask Su Chang about it if she has questions.
Yuan Shuai tells Jiang Jun not to make any mistake. She smiles and tells him that she will prove that she’s not someone else’s woman. She says that she will try her best to give him a slap. He reminds her that hands will be hurt when face is hurt.
Jiang Jun asks Yuan Shuai why he didn’t give Lu Yuan a chance since he’s going to get married. He points out that getting married and resignation aren’t related. He thinks it’s not her business, and tells her to learn something from the lesson.
Yuan Shuai tells Jiang Jun that he’s a wheel and she’s an ant. He thinks she is very slow, and tells her not to get him to urge her. She promises him. He tells her to enjoy the time when she stays at MH as he has some feelings that she won’t stay too long.
Jiang Jun blinks and thinks Yuan Shuai still wants to kick him out. He thinks she cannot stay for two weeks with the status of her. She claims that she’s like a grenade which cannot be blocked by the stumbling block no matter how hard it is.
Yuan Shuai tells Jiang Jun to turn what she said into song and cry to sing it to him two weeks later. She thinks he just has a dream, and wishes him to be broken.
Xu Li texts Jiang Jun and tells her that she got a satisfying job. Jiang Jun thinks finding a job is so easy to Xu Li. Xu Li asks Jiang Jun about her work. Jiang Jun says that she got some odd jobs, and thinks she should learn the project material.
Yuan Shuai is close to Jiang Jun. So she ends the talk with Xu Li. Yuan Shuai points at the screen and tells Jiang Jun that she made many mistakes. He tells her that she can go home with the report. He tells her to rewrite the report and hands it over to him.
Yuan Shuai tells Jiang Jun to go downstairs to buy him a cup of coffee. She’s surprised. He hints her that there’s nobody in the office. She convinces herself that she should complete the task the boss arranged because she’s a newbie.
Xu Li cannot do check-out for the customers because it’s her first day to be on duty. Li Xiaochuan helps her fix the system. She takes a photo of him when he’s working.
Xu Li texts Jiang Jun and asks her if she’s at home. Jiang Jun says that she’s searching the information at the library, and thinks she should fight all night. Xu Li thinks Jiang Jun is pitiful and says that she’s work overtime as well. But she says that she thinks working overtime is pretty good as the setting sun is so beautiful.
Jiang Jun sees the photo Xu Li sent to her, and wonders if the convenience store needs super model to endorse. Xu Li laughs and reveals she came to be the clerk. Jiang Jun mentions what Xu Li said that she wants to pursue her dream. Xu Li claims that the environment is so good.
Jiang Jun gives Xu Li a chance to tell the truth. Xu Li says that she found a super handsome guy in the shop, and he’s suitable for the looks of her hero. She adds that he’s the regular customer of the shop, and she wants to observe the guy. She says that she wants to make her novel more true.
Jiang Jun runs into Du Lei in the library. She asks him why he’s there. He explains that he appointed a friend but the friend is late. She thanks him for helping her get into MH. He thinks her boss gave her hard time as he sees her working hard. She complains that the boss is a devil. He laughs and thinks the boss has high expectation to her.
Jiang Jun laughs and agrees to what Du Lei said. He asks her to treat him a cup of coffee, and thinks it lacks the introduction of the investment companies in her report. She wonders why he knew so much, and asks him if he works for a company. He explains that he’s the training instructor of investment industry.
Jiang Jun wants to treat Du Lei to a meal. But he gets a call from someone, and feels sorry to her. She runs out of the library. But it’s raining. Du Lei holds the umbrella for her when she’s going to leave. He gives the umbrella to her, and tells her not to wet the report as it was just completed.
Du Lei tells Jiang Jun that his friend will pick her up. So she takes the umbrella to leave. Linda shows up with the umbrella when he sees Jiang Jun’s back. Linda wants to have dinner herself when she notes that Du Lei is lost. He smiles and tells her that he’s hungry.
Linda asks Du Lei if he helped Jiang Jun see Lin Taimo. He explains that he didn’t tell it to her in advance because he worried about something. She reminds him that he was her student, and thinks he cannot conceal it if he wants to do something. He mentions what she said that he will win it back. She thinks he got the idea how to win Yuan Shuai.
Du Lei tells Linda that he let Yuan Shuai win a round, but he swears to make him own nothing. She smiles and tells him that she likes the status he has.
Yuan Shuai tells Jiang Jun that he saw the report she wrote, and asks her what’s the final goal of investigation. He adds that the goal is to find the truth. He tells her that the truth is like a wanderer. But she says that she doesn’t know what he’s talking about.
