The human right fighter Miss Hammurabi takes a war inside the court, after senior judge Gong Choong made Eun Ji lose her baby. The Miss Hammurabi Korean Drama episode 4 is in burning when Ba Reun asks Cha Oh Reum to open a meeting of judges.

Ba Reun asks a grandma to give him the sale paper, when she is sending it outside subway station. But he finds out the sale paper is female related. He rejects awkwardly with the grandma asks him if he wants more. Just then Cha Oh Reum calls him from behind, thinking it’s a gift for his girlfriend, and says she enjoys wearing them when he is shocked.
Ba Reun passes by when Cha Oh Reum is enjoying coffee with cleaners. She invites him to get together, but he claims that he is busy. He is startled by Bo Wang when he is washing head in the washroom. Bo Wang thinks Cha Oh Reum is boring when she has to face Ba Reun each day. He presses Bo Wang in to pool, and takes away his towel. Bo Wang yells at him.

Cha Oh Reum asks if he will go to civil law research seminar, but he thinks the seminar is waste of time, and reveals he prefers to research alone. But she thinks they’re in same boat, and approaches him to ask again. They see the senior and junior judges don’t want to get in elevator because of courtesy. Cha Oh Reum gets in. Ba Reun gets in as well. The senior judge stares at her with anger after he is in elevator. Ba Reun blocks her when it’s time to get off, and lets the senior judge go first.
Ba Reun is boring of the seminar, and tears his paper when other judges speak, thinking senior judge Gong Choong just reads his articles instead of discussing. The host asks if anyone has question regarding the presentation, Ba Reun lifts his hand by mistake, and shames Gong Choong in front of others. Gong Choong thinks he has sharp eyes regarding his project.
Eun Ji feels sorry, because Ba Reun doesn’t like this kind of things, thinking he comes here for her, while they’re in cafeteria. He says he comes here isn’t because of her. Cha Oh Reum stops him, and thinks his speech is amazing. Bo Wang asks Cha Oh Reum and Ba Reun to show in front of senior judges, thinking it’s not obvious after running off. Just then Gong Choong stands next to chief judge, and asks everyone to cheer on him with glasses.

Cha Oh Reum asks Eun Ji if Gong Choong sacrificed her honeymoon because of work. Eun Ji thinks he has work ambition, but Bo Wang thinks Gong Choong just wants to get promoted. Do Yeon comes to Ba Reun’s office, and reminds him it’s tea time with chief judge today. She tells him to bring up the building greeting sign when he has nothing in his mind. Nobody can give chief judge a proper answer after he asks them. They just waits until the tea time ends.
Bo Wang sends a message to Ba Reun, and asks him to get the lawyer paper in the library. Ba Reun finds out Gong Choong stole his idea which he said in the seminar, and wrote it in his book. Cha Oh Reum gets angry, and says it aloud. But Bo Wang stops her, and says that Gong Choong and Se Sang were colleagues before, but their paths are different. Ba Reun recalls Se Sang didn’t respect chief judge in front of judges in the cafeteria. Cha Oh Reum wants to stop Gong Choong from steal, and asks Ba Reun to report it to department head.
The Clerk gets milk and cake for Eun Ji, but she rejects, and reveals she doesn’t feel well. Eun Ji vomits, and thinks she should report her body condition to Gong Choong. But she recalls he told her that she couldn’t date and get married if she wants to work with him.
Gong Choong asks Se Sang how many cases he has when he is drinking with another senior judge. Se Sang tells him that he has 400. Gong Choong tells him that he has 400 cases as well. But the senior judge tells Se Sang that Gong Choong only has 300, and thinks he comes to dig information.
Gong Choong asks for settlement at the court, but the lawyer says his client doesn’t want to do. Gong Choong thinks he should convince his client, and warns to go legal route. There are two guys talking about why he has to get the settlement, and think wants to rank first at settlements and mediation.
Eun Ji is tired, and lies in the couch after returning home. She gets a call from Gong Choong when her husband gets water for her. Gong Choong stands on the toilet, and her office’s light is off, since other offices are on. She explains that it’s midnight right now, and claims she leaves after 11 pm. But he insists on thinking that her office’s light was on at 11 pm, and says that he can see her office though his home.
He returns the dinner where Department Head and other judge are sitting, and thinks Department Head is going to move up. Gon Dae thinks his flattery improved a lot. Department Head says that Gong Choong is just sociable. Gong Choong says that he is just a weed, sings that Department Head is so cool.
Do Yeon smiles and say, “Cute!” when Ba Reun takes a bicycle to walk in. Bo Wang thinks the bicycle is expensive, but finds out it’s not after checking it. Ba Reun asks Cha Oh Reum to go together on the weekend, when she mentions the path of Han River is nice. He invites Bo Wang as well while she doesn’t reply him. Bo Wang thinks he paused two seconds before he invites him. But Ba Reun denies.
Do Yeon runs into Bo Wang at aisle when he is helping a pregnant woman carry a flower pot, and hears that two females think Bo Wang is cute. Ba Reun is searching Han River bicycle rental shop, Cha Oh Reum asks if he is happy of something, he denies, and says that he is going to see Department Head.
Department Head welcomes Ba Reun in his office, and gets him barley tea. But he tells Ba Reun a story of hare and tortoise, when he mentions Gong Choong stole his idea, and asks Ba Reun to let Gong Choong shine since he isn’t a elite likes him.
Cha Oh Reum thinks it’s a illness after knowing what Gong Choong did on Eun Ji, and persuades her to be careful of since she is pregnant, and asks her to reduce the case load. But Eun Ji thinks Gong Choong will pass out if she does it.
Department Head shows a footage which Cha Oh Reum kicked someone at subway to Ba Reun, and thinks she made people lose faith in law, thinking he should guide her as a senior. Ba Reun thinks she is still a greenhorn, and won’t give an unfair evaluation. But Department Head tells him that she is looking for lawyer for the grandmother which isn’t allowed as a judge according the law.
Bo Wang and Ba Reun hit two guys who badmouth Cha Oh Reum by mistake in the washroom. Cha Oh Reum asks Ba Reun how it went after he returned office. He says that Department Head lets him pretend nothing happened. She gets angry, and wants to rectify it. He recalls Department Head told him that she is aggressive and emotional, and calms himself down, saying that he can handle. But she doesn’t think he can, and says that he just doesn’t want to be involved in struggle.
She stops the arguing, and tells him that Gong Choong asked Eun Ji to work to death. But he thinks each department are loaded with many cases. She tells him that Eun Ji doesn’t feel well, and thinks she cannot just stand there and watch it. He yells at her, and thinks she will get hurt, telling she must survive if she wants to change court system.
Yong Joon picks up Cha Oh Reum with car when she and Ba Reun walks outside court. He asks her to take his car for a spin when he notices she doesn’t look good, and gives her the car key. Ba Reun sees them off, and takes a cab. The driver asks him if it’s a wheelchair, when he takes it. He tells him that it something like that.
She recalls what Ba Reun told her to survive while driving. Yong Joon plays music for her in the car. She stops the car when a girl is trying to walk across the street, and blocks in front of those cars which don’t stop. Eun Ji stands at the rooftop with tears after scolded by Gong Choong the next day. Cha Oh Reum comes to her, Eun Ji faints in front of her with blood. Eun Ji cries out at the hospital, Cha Oh Reum is in tears.
Ba Reun asks Cha Oh Reum if Eun Ji is ok, she ignores him, and wants to leave. Se Sang blocks her way, and asks her what she takes, snatching away it. He finds out that she wants to take disciplinary action against Gong Choong for violating Eun Ji’s human rights. He scolds her, and tears up the paper.
Ba Reun tells Se Sang that Eun Ji was miscarriage. Se Sang looks at them, and thinks she cannot do it in such way, and reveals he is going to meet with department head. She asks Se Sang, “Does it means they have to sit there and do nothing.” She turns around, and prints another paper, and asks him to tear it up again. Se Sang warns her that he won’t be her senior anymore if she takes the paper and leaves. She bows deeply, and leaves to ask judges to sign the agreement to kick out Gong Choong from court system.

Gong Choong visits department head, and other senior judges t asks for their help. But Se Sang yells at him when he visits, and asks him to visit Eun Ji since she lost her baby because of him. Meanwhile Ba Reun visits his previous senior judge, and asks him to step up for Eun Ji. But he is afraid of department head, and says that he will cheer them from back. Ba Reun understands what he said, and leaves. But the senior judge reports Ba Reun to department head.
Ba Reun enjoys music with earplugs rooftop, and recalls his answer was correct, but the teach only changed his score, and asks him to think others. He takes off the earplugs with temper. He blocks Cha Oh Reum in the office, and tells her to ask a meeting of judges, claiming that he will visit the judges for her.
Review
Miss Hammurabi tells us the criminal is punished by judge because of justice. But who can punish him when the criminal is a judge. Cha Oh Reum just looks for human rights for female, but she doesn’t know she will ruin the whole court system which department head tries to maintain.
Ba Reun asks her to stop for survival, but she is in tears when remembers Eun Ji lost her baby, and cannot understand why he is so indifferent. But she doesn’t know he wants to protect her. She cares him as well, so that she asks him to report Gong Choong stole his idea to department head.
But the whole court system is their enemy, except senior Han Se Sang who asks Gong Choong to visit Eun Ji after she lost her baby.
