The Romance of Tiger and Rose: Episode 14 begins with Zi Ying sneaking into Qian Qian’s study, and he puts the city map into the box to frame her. Zi Rui finds it and reports it to his master. But Qian Qian (Zhao Lusi) tells him to put it back.
Chu Chu is told that Qian Qian concealed the city map, and searches her study. Zi Ying guides her to check the box but he finds the portrait of Pei Heng instead of the city map. Pei Heng arrives and asks Zi Ying why he framed Qian Qian. Zi Ying reveals Qian Qian whipped him when he was a kid. Chu Chu sends Zi Ying to the jail. Qian Qian tells Chu Chu that he will try her best to leave the position of city chief to her. But Chu Chu wants Han Shuo.
Han Shuo shows up and admits that he replaced the map. Qian Qian asks if he put Pei Heng’s portrait. He is shocked to deny it, and finds out that she concealed the portrait. Qian Qian apologize to Pei Heng. He doesn’t get angry and smiles that he likes her. He tells her that he asks Rose City Chief to get Qian Qian and Han Shuo to break up. She goes to see her mom and asks her not to marry her to Pei Heng. Mom agrees to it but asks Qian Qian to break up with Han Shuo.
Qian Qian doesn’t know how to explain it to Han Shuo, and she gets on knees. He shows up and wonders why she had to do that. The follower of Pei Heng brings the red bean, and tells Qian Qian that Pei Heng misses her. Han Shuo learns that Qian Qian wants to break up with him, and drives the follower away. He tells her that he cannot live without her, and threatens her to deal with it.
Qian Qian talks with the writers about Han Shuo, and leaks that he will blast the rose city. The man of tiger city Mr. Han tells Han Shuo to boost their plan, but Han Shuo wants to postpone it. Qian Qian throws a banquet for the envoy of tiger city, and Mr. Han asks Qian Qian to dance for him. She offers to summon Han Shuo to dance. But he rejects it. Meanwhile the drunk Chu Chu confesses to Han Shuo that she likes him. But Han Shuo rejects her.
Han Shuo is furious after knowing Mr. Han asked Qian Qian to dance, and he is told that Rose City Chief gets Qian Qian and him to break up. He sees Qian Qian passes by with Pei Heng. Pei Heng takes off the rose from Qian Qian’s hair.
Qian Qian asks Pei Heng to tell her mom that she doesn’t like her. She worries that he will do something to hurt herself. But Su Mu points out that Pei Heng is strong. The Romance of Tiger and Rose ends with Qian Qian telling Mu Mu that Yuan Yuan likes him. Yuan Yuan shows up and stops her younger sister. Qian Qian realizes that she’s spoiler of it.
