Ling Yizhou has meal with Xia Lin and hears the rumors. Xia Lin decides to help him since he helped her to deal with the dress. She teaches him how to use weibo, and gets rid of the rumors. But he registers an account of earning money to raise Mumu, and asks her to manage it. He gave the nickname Mumu to her. Fortunately, nobody knows the nickname.
Xia Lin checks Ling Yizhou’s weibo, and finds out many people like his weibo since he changed his style. She picks up a dog at street, and takes him home. The man who gave her the necktie sees it. He hates Ling Yizhou after looking into their relationship.
Xia Lin knows Ling Yizhou doesn’t like small animals, but she still takes the dog home. So she flatters him when he returns. But he begins the cold war with her when he sees the dog peeing in his bed. Xia Lin doesn’t want to offend Ling Yizhou, so she has to abandon the dog. The man calls her, and claims he is the owner of the dog. He asks her to keep the dog for a few days.
Xia Lin tells Jia Fei that Ling Yizhou isn’t a gay, and he is good at hooking women. Jia Fei thinks Xia Lin has been hooked. An Ran cancels Chu Yan’s movie date. Xia Lin and Jia Fei run into Chu Yan at the cinema, and they watch the movie together.
Chu Yan gets asthma, and Xia Lin asks him where his medicine is. He says that he dropped somewhere, and is in pain. So she goes to look for the medicine. An Ran was intention to get Xin Lin and Chu Yan together, and makes Ling Yizhou misunderstand.
Xia Lin gives the medicine to Chu Yan in time, but her hand gets hurt. He wants to pay back, but she just asks him to help her make Ling Yizhou cool down. Chu Yan tells Xia Lin that Ling Yizhou got hurt because of dog when he is a kid. She knows why Ling Yizhou closes his heart. Ling Yizhou is jealous when seeing Chu Yan walking Xia Lin.
Xia Lin apologizes to Ling Yizhou and asks him to keep the dog for a few says. But he asks her to give birth for him, and she is scared. Then he says it’s a joke. Xia Lin prepares the dinner for his birthday. But Ling Yizhou never celebrates the birthday before. An Ran is drunk when he doesn’t show up. The waiter calls Ling Yizhou, so he has to go to pick her up.
An Ran posts on social media, and makes Xia Lin see her celebrating birthday with Ling Yizhou. Xia Lin thinks he abandoned her to visit An Ran. Ling Yizhou finds out that An Ran lied to him, and she isn’t drunk. She confesses her love to him, but he isn’t moved. He claims his wife is Xia Lin, and An Ran just wants to get him. He leaves and make her sad.
The man shows up and wants to cooperate with An Ran. Ling Yizhou returns home, and Xia Lin is still in anger. He gives a building to her as present. She doesn’t prepare any present, so she takes him to cake shop. They have a kiss.
Well Intended Love Chinese Drama Recap: Episode 6
Xia Lin tells Jia Fei that she wants to sort out her feelings to Ling Yizhou. But he drives to visit them, and wants to treat them a meal. Xia Lin suspects his passing by, so he admits that he went to pick her up. Jia Fei envies and asks Xia Lin to get in the back seat. Ling Yizhou is intention to sit with Xia Lin, but Jia Fei messed it.
Xia Lin mentions Jia Fei is looking for a house, and asks her to move in. Jia Fei agrees, but Ling Yizhou is upset. Wen Li asks Jia Fei to move in his house, so he will take care of her. Ling Yizhou finds out that Xia Lin is avoiding him, and is upset.
Xia Lin visits the man who gave her the necktie, and his name is A Nan. He thinks human being is cruel to dog, but dog never abandons his owner. She cooks porridge for him when he is sick. He is moved after waking up.
Ling Yizhou drops Xia Lin to crew, and asks her not to dress sexy clothes and contact with other men. He treats himself as her husband, and asks her to wear the wedding ring. Wen Li mentions the crew is invested by An Ran, and she wants to take care of Xia Lin for him. But Ling Yizhou rejects it.
An Ran introduces the actor Lu Di to Xia Lin, and asks him to make some rumors with Xia Lin. Ling Xizhou wants to know what the girls like, so Wen Li asks Jia Fei for Xia Lin’s hobby. Lu Di touches Xia Lin when acting. Chu Yan passes by and stops him.
Chu Yan tells Xia Lin that he wasn’t intention to help her but Ling Yizhou. Lu Di failed his task, and gets scolded by An Ran. She tells him to keep going, otherwise his future will be ended. It’s raining. Xia Lin worries about Chu Yan, and goes to give him the umbrella. But she hears he talks with his father, and knows he is an orphan.
Chu Yan is upset and fights with Xia Lin because she knows his secret. Lu Di keeps annoying Xia Lin, and Chu Yan helps her again. But someone takes photo of them secretly when they laugh. Chu Yan tells Ling Yizhou that someone is targeting Xia Lin. Ling Yizhou is shocked and gives a dog to Xia Lin. He asks the crew to take a holiday for two days.
Ling Yizhou and Xia Lin arrive at the hotel. But there is only one room, and he offers to spend more money to get another room. But she worries about the spending. So they sleep together. She is shy and wants to keep the last defense. He asks her what she will do if someone cheated her. But she falls asleep when he admits that he lied to her that she got leukemia.
Ling Yizhou helps the waitress Tong Tong pay off the debts, but he worries to get kidnapped by thugs. Xia Lin offers to avoid them in Tong Tong’s room, and hires her to be the assistant. Ling Yizhou visits An Ran and asks her to end the filming with the benefits and make Lu Di disappear. An Ran is furious.
