Laura is on the way to see Cherry in The Girlfriend episode 4. She calls Cherry. She tells her that she’s going to arrive at her house. She plans to tell the girl that Daniel is fine. Laura waits for Cherry outside Cherry’s house. Cherry shows up with good dress. Laura takes a look at the girl. She changes her mind. She follows Cherry into the house. Cherry cleans her table. It’s obvious that she drank last night. She intends to make Laura a cup of tea. But Laura rejects it. She finds a business card on the floor. She picks it up and she puts it into her pocket.
Laura sees a man’s pants on the couch. She asks Cherry if Daniel lived there. Cherry denies it. Laura notices the laptop on the table. Cherry used the laptop to buy an expensive dress. She also used it to work. But the laptop belongs to Daniel. So Laura puts it into her bag. Cherry tries to show what she bought to Laura. But Laura stops the girl. Because she wants to have a talk with her.
Laura expresses that she knows Daniel is very important to Cherry. Cherry brings up that Daniel made a proposal to her. Laura thinks it was a wrong decision because Daniel haven’t known Cherry for very long. Cherry tells Laura that she cannot change it because she and Daniel decided it. She reveals Daniel wished them to be a family. She asks her about the funeral date. But Laura reveals they arranged the funeral for Daniel. Cherry is furious to ask Laura to leave her house.
Laura takes the bag to leave Cherry’s house. She returns home. She takes out the laptop from the bag. Cherry pounds on the door outside. She knows Laura is in the house. But Laura doesn’t open the door. Cherry has to leave. Laura calls Howard. She offers not to let their son return to London. He brings up that the doctor wished Daniel to leave the hospital. She thinks they can take Daniel to Spain. She persuades him that it will be good if they’re alone together.
Laura, Howard and Daniel are on the plane. They’re going to arrive in Spain. Daniel wakes up when Laura puts a blanket on him. He asks her about Cherry. She reveals the girl didn’t pick up her phone when she called her. It promotes him to think that he did something wrong. She denies it and she thinks the girl betrayed him. She comforts him that she bought him a new phone. Laura takes out the phone. She sees the messages Cherry sent to Daniel. She deletes them all.
Daniel has breakfast with his family at the house in Spain. Laura tells her son that the outstanding Physical Therapist is going to come. She tries to help him get the food. But he thinks he can do it on his own. Howard asks his wife about the gallery. She says that it’s good. She reveals she’s looking for a new painter. Daniel fails to cut the food. He’s frustrated. Laura cuts the food for him. She persuades him that he can do it one day. She tries to feed him. But he’s rude to stop her. He reveals he’s not angry because of the case. Laura sneaks into her son’s room in the evening. She takes out Daniel’s phone from the drawer. She discovers that her son sent a message to Cherry. Daniel asked the girl to call him. The next day, Laura calls Isabella. She reveals she’s in Spain. She asks her to make sure that her daughter won’t talk about Daniel. Because Daniel is recovering.
It flashes back. Cherry is at home. She gets the bad news from Laura that Daniel is dead. She wears her clothes on the couch. She calls Daniel. But she only gets his message. She cries to tell the guy that she cannot live with him. She asks him to come back. She collapses onto the couch. Cherry walks into the clothing store. She tries to buy a blue suit for Daniel. But she’s told that her card was rejected. So she uses Daniel’s card to pay the bill. She tells the salesgirl that she wants to use the suit for her boyfriend’s funeral. She wishes her boyfriend to wear the suit when he’s buried.
Cherry leaves the clothing store. She gets a call from Laura. She’s told that Laura is going to come to her house. She drives home. She puts on her sunglasses because she doesn’t want Laura to see that she just cried. She goes to the bathroom. She wipes away her tears. But she’s told that Laura arranged the funeral. She’s shocked. She questions Laura why she didn’t call her. Laura explains it to Cherry that she did it because she’s not their family. She asks the girl to forget Daniel. She leaves Cherry’s house before Cherry says something. Cherry blames Laura.
Cherry goes to see Laura. But Laura doesn’t open the door. Cherry leaves a message to Laura. She wishes to know where Daniel was buried. She leaves. The next day, Cherry is on the bus. Laura calls Cherry. She asks the girl to move out of Daniel’s house. Because she plans to sell it.
We go to Laura’s house in Spain. Laura found a pretty girl for Daniel. She and Howard watch their son have fun in the swimming pool with the girl. She thinks it’s the best way to heal Daniel’s broken heart. But Howard wonders why Cherry disappeared suddenly. She thinks Cherry is a bad girl. She offers not to let Daniel live in the house. But he knows Daniel will go against it. She begs him to have a talk with their son. He agrees to it.
Daniel is hurt during his training. Laura enters the swimming pool to help her son. Therapist leaves after she completed her job. Cherry calls Daniel suddenly. Laura turns off Daniel’s cell phone. She doesn’t want her son to know that Cherry is calling him. She makes an excuse that she’s going to go to take some snacks. She walks away and she blocks Cherry’s number.
Laura enters the room. She checks her cell phone. She discovers that her son just sent a photo to Cherry. Howard shows up. He mentions Daniel went to sleep. He wants to catch the chance to kiss Laura. She allows him to touch her. But she stops him soon after she found out that her son sent another photo to the girl. She asks him to wait for her in their bedroom. He leaves. She uses Cherry’s account to reject Daniel. Daniel gets angry after he was rejected. He throws away his cell phone.
Cherry is working in the office. The colleague invites Cherry to go to the bar with her. Cherry rejects it. She returns home. She finds out that her stuff was thrown out of the house. The lock was also changed. She calls Laura. But the madam doesn’t pick up her phone. Cherry goes to the motel. The place is dirty. She cannot stand it. She goes to the bar with her colleague. She runs into a guy. She dances with him. She takes him upstairs. She sees Brigitte. Brigitte mocks Cherry after she knew the girl changed a boyfriend. She refuses to be Cherry’s friend after Cherry hurt Daniel. Cherry thinks it’s unfair because she was hurt as well. But Brigitte doesn’t believe Cherry after she saw her new boyfriend. She thinks Daniel is pitiful. She walks away with her friend.
Isabella reports to Laura that Brigitte ran into Cherry. Laura learns that Cherry went to a bar to look for a new boyfriend. She logins in Cherry’s account. She posts an article. Cherry is sleeping in her room. Her boss calls her. He informs her that she’s fired. She checks her account. She sees the article. She returns home. Tracey welcomes her daughter.
Tracey takes Cherry to her meat store. Cherry decides to work at the store. But she knows she won’t stay at the place too long. She tries to apply for the position. But the person rejects her after he saw the article. Cherry complains it to her mother that there’s no company wanting to accept her.
Daniel recovers well after the Therapist Elena accompanied him. Laura is happy with it. Daniel and Elena go to the city. Laura drinks with Howard. She thinks they can have fun since their son left. She asks him to leave Marian. But she still wants to respect his decision. He agrees to break up with Marian. Because he loves her. She takes off her clothes. She sleeps with him.
Daniel returns in the evening. He’s in a good mood after he had fun with Elena. He smokes with Laura. He thinks his mother was right that Cherry isn’t a good girl. He reveals he deleted the girl’s number. He thinks it’s time to go home. She agrees to it. She checks Cherry’s company. She finds out that the girl was fired. She feels relieved.
Laura and Daniel return to the house in London. She wants to help him carry the suitcase. But he insists on carrying the suitcase on his own. Cherry is working in her mother’s meat store. Tracey runs into an old friend. She plans to let Cherry marry her friend’s son. But Cherry suggests that Tracey should do it on her own. Tracey blames her daughter. She thinks Cherry doesn’t respect her. Cherry still misses Daniel. She doesn’t want to accept any man. She doesn’t know her lover came back.
Cherry returns home. She finds the business card Howard left to her. She throws it away. Tracey shows up. She asks her daughter if she wants to go to have fun. Cherry agrees to it. But Tracey needs to pay the bill. They go to the bar. They sing together. Cherry is outside the bar. Tracey joins her daughter. She feels happy after Cherry smiled. Cherry confesses it to her mother that she misses Daniel. She worries that she won’t encounter a man like Daniel. Tracey tells her daughter that she won’t encounter the man anymore. Because true love comes only once.
Tracey mentions she didn’t date any man after she divorced Cherry’s father. She thinks Cherry will pull herself together like her. She asks Cherry to go to see her father. She persuades her to forgive her father because she has forgiven the man.

Cherry goes to the nursing home with her mother. They enter Cherry’s father John’s room. Tracey goes to get water. Cherry and John are alone in the room. Cherry reveals she just lost her job. But John asks his daughter to get lost. Cherry leaves the nursing home. She returns home and she picks up the business card from the trash can. She calls the person Max.
Cherry goes to Max’s company. She gets the chance to meet with Max. She tells her idea to him. But he thinks the idea isn’t fresh at all. She claims that she has passion. He brings up that she badmouth rich people. She admits that she lost her job because of the behavior. She reveals she did it for getting attention. He agrees to help her. But he wonders if she had a talk with Howard about it. She denies it. She tells him that she didn’t contact the man after Daniel passed away. But she’s told that Daniel is alive. He’s eating downstairs. Cherry goes to the restaurant downstairs. She sees Laura and Daniel.
