Anko finds Nazuna in the classroom in Call Of The Night Season 2 episode 10. Nazuna claims that she came to stop Anko. Anko says that she came to stop the vampire Nazuna. She wears her coat.
Ms. Detective’s Plan

Niko meets Kou in a warehouse. She wonders what he will do. He doesn’t wish Anko to die. He also doesn’t wish the vampires to be killed. He understands that the vampires have to kill Anko to survive. He wonders why Niko and the vampires don’t do something. She claims that they can do nothing. Because they don’t know who is Anko and where she is. Anko’s detective agency is an empty shell. So the guy begins to take action. She wants to kill the vampires. It’s a chance to get rid of the threat.
Kou scolds Niko. He thinks she told him a lie. He knows she worries that they will kill the detective. He claims that he likes the vampires who are warm and friendly. He asks her to listen to his request. He says that he wants to save Nazuna’s friend. He wishes Nazuna and Anko to make up.
Seri descends from the sky. She thinks Akihito was too cunning to call her teacher. She learns that he was beaten down by the detective. She thinks he’s a loser. He cannot refute it. He tells her that he got angry with the detective who attacked her. But he wonders what he did is right. He doesn’t think the detective wanted to kill him. He suspects that the detective has another idea. He worries that they will be set up if they do it. He has thought about Ms. Detective’s goal. She wanted to kill the vampires. But she chose the attack that cannot kill Seri and the vampires. He wonders if the girl doesn’t have the weakness of the vampires. He thinks it’s impossible to kill Nazuna. Because Nazuna doesn’t have any weakness. He wonders what Anko will do. He mentions Ms. Detective asked him to go home before he loses the beautiful night. He figures it out that she wants to make them lose night.
Anko reveals she conducted numerous experiments. She caught the vampire who tried to approach her. She tested how much damage he could withstand. She spent her youth on those things. Nazuna thinks Anko’s youth is gloomy. She asks her about the result. Anko feels regret that vampire cannot be killed. She walks to Nazuna when she takes out a knife. She attacks her. Nazuna dodges the attack. But Anko takes out a revolver from her pocket. She aims at Nazuna’s eye. She says that the vampire’s Achilles’ Heel is just like humans. She shoots her eye.
Nazuna covers her eye. It hurts. But she doesn’t scream. Anko praises Nazuna. She thinks she’s weak after she was hurt. She punches her. She knows she won’t die because she can recover. She tells her that she doesn’t want to hurt her. She persuades her to give up Kou. She thinks Kou is too poor. Nazuna is furious to ask Anko not to say such words. Because she knows nothing. But Anko stares at Nazuna. She thinks she doesn’t know human’s heart. Nazuna claims that Kou will live with her. Anko claims that she made the decision. She thinks it’s Nazuna’s fault. She plans to kill Kou.
Nazuna swears to kill Anko. Anko learns that Nazuna wants to take action in the end. She persuades her to give it a try. Nazuna jumps onto the table. Anko throws a knife at Nazuna. She’s on the window when she catches the knife. She thinks vampires are the fools who don’t know how to use their brains. She jumps from the third floor. Nazuna worries about Anko. But Anko asks Nazuna to kill her. Nazuna wonders why she feels relieved when Anko runs away. She mentions Anko wants to kill Kou.
Nazuna rushes to Anko. Anko stops. She dodges. Nazuna slips. Anko laughs to tell Nazuna that she could see through because she rushed without a plan. She mentions she didn’t study. But she knew how to use her brain. She persuades Nazuna to use her brain. She reminds her that Kou will die if she doesn’t kill her.
Niko and Kou walk on the street in the evening. Niko is told that Anko plans to make them lose night. She’s confused so that she asks Kou about it. He doesn’t understand it as well. He receives a message from Anko. He’s shocked after he saw the message.
Nazuna fights Anko on the campus. Nazuna believes that Anko cannot hurt Kou because she didn’t ask the boy to come. Anko trips Nazuna up. She reminds Nazuna that she just needs to send a message to the boy. She holds her cell phone. Nazuna tries to stop Anko. But Anko has sent the message. She shows the message to Nazuna. She catches the chance to kick her belly. Nazuna kneels on the ground. She vomits. Anko thinks it hurts after she hit Nazuna. She’s disappointed because Nazuna is just like humans. She thinks she cannot kill her before Kou appears. She tells Nazuna that it’s her fault that she’s weak.
Kou runs on the street. Niko asks him what happened. He doesn’t know what happened. But he knows Ms. Detective will die if he doesn’t hurry up. Anko tells Nazuna that she can only watch from the sidelines when Kou dies. Nazuna stands up. She realizes that Anko cannot kill Kou when she obstructs her. She thinks there’s a problem. She points out that Anko doesn’t want to kill Kou. Anko wonders why Nazuna thinks so. Nazuna mentions Anko talked too much. She thinks it’s better that she didn’t leak if she wants to kill Kou. She asks her about her goal.
Anko thinks Nazuna is pitiable. She kicks the sand. The sand gets into Nazuna’s eyes. Anko grabs Nazuna’s head. She throws her to the ground. She claims that what she thinks isn’t important at all. She only has one goal that is eradicating the vampires. She thinks she should kill Kou because the boy became an obstacle. She mentions Kou is the human who stands vampires’ side. She thinks Nazuna is too naive. She mentions she came after she was prepared. She swears to end it today.
Nazuna slaps Anko. Anko steps back. Nazuna yells at Anko when she tells her that she knows it. She rushes to her. But she’s thrown away. She keeps throwing things at Anko. Anko runs into the building. Nazuna enters the building. Anko catches the chance to hit Nazuna with a bat. But Nazuna isn’t hurt. The bat falls to the ground. Anko tries to attack Nazuna with the knife. Nazuna grabs Anko’s wrist. She pushes her to the floor. She tells her that it’s enough. She cries to express that she doesn’t want to kill her. Anko thinks Nazuna is a fool. Kou arrives.
Anko asked Kou not to come to look for her. She told him not to trust vampires. She thought he cannot become a vampire like her. Anko takes out her gun. She intends to shoot Kou. Nazuna tries to grab Anko’s hands. But she’s shaken off. She thinks Anko was too cunning. She wonders if she has to kill her. Anko tries to shoot Nazuna. But Kou pushes her down. She yells at him when she wonders what he’s doing. Nazuna intends to kill Anko. Kou stops his girlfriend. He tries to reveal Anko’s plan. But Anko slaps the boy. She points her gun at him when he lies on the floor.
Nazuna begs Anko to stop it. She claims that Kou is her friend. Anko mentions she was Nazuna’s friend ever. Nazuna apologizes to Kou. She thinks he wouldn’t be hurt if she killed Anko. But he comforts her that it’s fine. Because he knows the detective won’t kill him. He thinks the message she sent to him was her last wish. Nazuna learns that Anko didn’t ask Kou to come. Kou found the place on his own.
Kou reveals the case of Anko’s parents will reopen for investigation if Anko is found to be killed by vampires. He guesses that Anko left something that can prove the existence of vampires. He believes that it’s a note or a video. He thinks it’s Anko’s way to kill vampires. Humans won’t go out in the evening if they know vampires will attack them at night. Kou figures it out that Anko wants to starve vampires to death with her death.
Anko puts away her gun. She mentions she asked Kou not to come to look for her. She admits that she came to meet her death. She says that it’s very hard to prove the existence of vampires. Because those guys disappear after they passed away. She knows she will be treated like a weirdo even if she claims that vampires exist. So she wants to use her death to prove that some non-humans are pretending to be humans to live. What she wants is the video that she’s killed. She killed some vampires in the past ten years. But she couldn’t investigate those guys’ past. She concluded that she cannot kill all vampires. So she has to let them die. Vampires will lose food as long as there’s nobody goes out at night. They will become extinct.
Kou thinks the thing won’t go smoothly. Anko knows it. But she still wants to create a quiet night. She thinks it’s over since vampires know her plan. There’s no vampire who will kill her. Kou wonders what’s her next plan. She doesn’t know it. She’s tired. She tells Nazuna that she wishes to be killed by her. She picks up her glasses. She says goodbye to her. She mentions she refused to help her fulfill her wish.

Nazuna falls down. Kou runs to her. He worries about her. She reveals she’s just anemia. Because she’s a vampire. He asks her to suck his blood. She feels sorry that she didn’t kill Anko. But he thinks it would be terrible if she killed Anko. She explains it to him that he would be killed if she didn’t kill Anko. He points out that she doesn’t want to kill Anko. He tells her that he doesn’t wish her to do the things that she dislikes when she cries. He claims that he doesn’t wish Ms. Detective to die as well. He offers to go to look for Anko. Because the case isn’t over.
Anko is in a room alone. Kou breaks into the room when she tries to shoot herself. He rushes to her. He tries to grab the gun from her. But she shoots him.
