Anko Uguisu takes Nazuna Nanakusa home in Call Of The Night Season 2 episode 8. But Anko’s mother returns home suddenly. Anko lets Nazuna go to hide. Anko’s mother opens the door of Anko’s room. She thinks her daughter should have replied to her since she’s at home. Anko explains that she didn’t hear it. Her mother walks into the room. She asks Anko if her father is at home.
Anko is nervous. She tells her mother that her father isn’t at home. Anko’s mother looks for her husband in the room. She doesn’t find any person. Nazuna hides in the closet. She asks Anko for her shoes. Anko reveals she hid Nazuna’s shoes behind the shoe cabinet. It promotes Nazuna to think that Anko is like a culprit. The two girls laugh.
Vampire
Anko takes Nazuna to the cafe across from the company of Anko’s father. We learn that Anko is looking into her father because she suspects that the man cheated on his wife. Anko wants to guard her family because she knows the family will be broken if her father divorced her mother. Nazuna gets angry. She thinks the man took away the place where Anko lives. She offers to continue to be detective with Anko.
Anko sees her father. The man walks into the cafe. She hides under the table. He finds a table and he has a seat. He begins to work. She figures it out that his mistress isn’t his colleague. He leaves the cafe. Nazuna tails Anko’s father. She sees the man getting in a taxi. The taxi leaves. She goes to chase the taxi. But she bumped something.
Nazuna apologizes to Anko for losing track of the man. But Anko cares for Nazuna’s injured hand. Nazuna reveals she tripped while she tailed the taxi. Anko tries to dress Nazuna’s wound. But she finds out that Nazuna’s hand recovered. Nazuna reveals she’s a vampire. Anko wishes to be a vampire. Nazuna tells Anko that she needs to fall for a vampire. Anko thinks it’s impossible. Because she cannot even fall for a human.
Anko and Nazuna leave the internet cafe. Nazuna holds an umbrella. Anko learns that the girl is really a vampire. She tells Nazuna that she’s like a star. Anko decides to return home to take her schoolbag. She doesn’t know how to explain it to her mother why she didn’t return home last night. Nazuna takes Anko home. She says goodbye to the girl.
Nazuna visits Anko in the evening. She still wears the sunglasses. She learns that Anko’s parents didn’t scold Anko. Anko cries after she realized that her mother doesn’t care for her at all. Nazuna hugs Anko for comforting her. Anko complains it to Nazuna that she cannot tell it to any of her friends. She feels sad when she thinks about that she needs to have the feelings all her life. She asks Nazuna to help her. Nazuna invites Anko to be her servant. She asks the girl to fall for her. Anko agrees to it.
Nazuna and Anko are outside. Nazuna reveals it was her first time to bite a human. Anko is shocked. She wonders what Nazuna did before. Nazuna reveals she sucked the drunkard’s blood. She tells Anko that she’s her first servant. Anko wants to kiss Nazuna. But Nazuna is shy to reject it. She takes Anko to fly in the sky. Anko is scared.
Anko returns home. Her father apologizes to her. He promises her that he will care for her and her mother from now on. She yells at him because she knows he cheated on her mother. He points out that he has broken up with the woman. Anko’s mother apologizes to Anko as well. Anko thinks it’s too late. She falls down when she cries. Her parents support her.
Anko’s parents prepare a cake for Anko. They know it’s her birthday today. Anko blows out the candle. She tastes the cake. Anko’s father wants to give a present to Anko. She mentions the lighter she gave to him. She lights his cigarette. But he beats her. Anko’s mother blames her husband for beating their daughter. But the man kills her. He’s a vampire now. He wants to suck Anko’s blood. Anko picks up the lighter from the floor. She tells her father that she has wanted to get a room.

Nazuna walks into Anko’s house. She finds out that Anko’s parents are dead. She learns that the case is related to vampire. Anko tells Nazuna that she won’t become vampire. She leaves home and she wears her father’s glasses. She runs into two vampires in the evening.
