Mira is a powerful commander. She has a great ideal that is becoming the Supreme Commander. But she’s overly conceited. She doesn’t know when she should stop. She has a chance to avoid her death when Kuusetsu tries to leave. But she chooses to provoke the god and corner her. I don’t object to her going to save those people. But she should delay the enemy until Kyouka and Yuuki come.
I feel a bit regretful that Kuusetsu absorbs Mira. Mira is a good role. She shouldn’t be sacrificed so early. She hopes she will create some special abilities with Yuuki. But it’s impossible since she passes away. Mira is deeply loyal and devoted. She cares for the people in her hometown very much. So she works hard to protect the people in the city after Kuusetsu releases the monsters. She has a chance to win. But she saves those people even if she doesn’t know them.

Kuusetsu actually doesn’t want to absorb Mira. She kidnapped some women for eating. But Mira and her partners interrupted her meal plan. She has to harm Mira. She respects Mira as a rival. But Mato Defense Force loses an important commander. Combat effectiveness is reduced. Kuusetsu will gain Mira’s ability after she eats her. It’s a big trouble.
I don’t like Kyouka and Yuuki’s performance in the episode. They’re the ones that make Mira fight alone. They give Mira the highlight. But it proves their incompetence as lead roles. Yuuki doesn’t kill any Shuuki in episode 9. How will he make me believe that he will make revenge for his sister? I would think the two kill Mira if I don’t know the truth. They’re a team. A team should help each other. Kyouka shouldn’t let her teammate alone. She needs to clean up the mess on her own in the end.
