Hee-Kook takes photos of Ah-Jin and In-Gang when the two have a kiss on the street in Dear X episode 7. Jae-Oh takes a photo of Ah-Jin and In-Gang as well in the room. He’s sad because the man stole his girl’s first kiss. Le-Na and Jun-Seo walk to the car. Le-Na wonders if Jun-Seo thought he can defeat those guys. He reveals he wanted to be beaten to lose consciousness. It promises her to think that the man is a psychopath. But she likes it.
Le-Na gets in her car. She falls asleep. Hee-Kook calls her. Jun-Seo picks up the phone. He learns that Hee-Kook is watching Ah-Jin and In-Gang. Le-Na leaves after the driver arrived. Jun-Seo texts Ah-Jin. He asks her to be careful.
The next day, Mi-Ri meets Ah-Jin in the office. She asks the girl to break up with In-Gang when she’s watching the photo. Ah-Jin claims that she and In-Gang love each other. But Mi-Ri scolds Ah-Jin. She thinks she should date at this time. Ah-Jin knows the photo was given by Hee-Kook. She decides to make a deal with the guy. In-Gang walks into the office. Ah-Jin leaves.
Mi-Ri wonders what happened. She mentions In-Gang claimed that he doesn’t like the girl. He apologizes to her. He didn’t expect that he would do that. She yells at him. She thinks his image will be ruined because he just broke up with Le-Na. He decides to take the duty. He wishes her to bless him and Ah-Jin.
Ah-Jin meets Hee-Kook at a restaurant. She explains it to him that she bought him a meal because she heard he’s an outstanding reporter. He threatens her that a popular actor will be ruined because of what she did. She laughs. She thinks he’s not good at threatening someone. He needs to tell the words to In-Gang. She knows she won’t lose anything in the relationship. People will be in interested in her because of the rumor. He offers to post the article. He hands over the draft to her. She reads the draft. She’s arrogant to ask him to change the title. She knows he’s Le-Na’s cousin. She wants to be his friend. He rejects it. He wonders if she has other proposals. She realizes that he wants to get some money from her. But she won’t give him the money because he has salaries. She brings up that people are interested in her and In-Gang’s love stories. She offers to let him write the articles for them. She will give him the exclusive reporting rights. She gives him some photos. She promises him that her love stories will be great.
People know Ah-Jin and In-Gang are in love because of Hee-Kook’s covers. They support the new couple after the two made their relationship public. Ah-Jin learns that Hyang-I is going to go on a blind date. She decides to let the beauty salon prepare a new hairstyle for the girl. Hyang-I is moved. But she’s asked not to drink too much. Because she will be honest once she’s drunk.
Hyang-I dates Jae-Oh at a restaurant. She finds out that he’s very handsome. She confesses it to him that she took the fall for the star ever. Le-Na meets Mi-Ri in the office. Le-Na wishes to get a new script. But she’s told that there’s no actor wanting to work with her. Because she beat Ah-Jin. Le-Na is furious to leave Mi-Ri’s office. She receives the footage that Hyang-I says that she took the fall for Le-Na. Ah-Jin shows up. She smiles to walk to Le-Na. She mentions what she told her not to provoke her. Le-Na clings to a sliver of hope that Ah-Jin didn’t post the video. She begs Ah-Jin not to do that. Because she knows she will be over. But Ah-Jin claims that it’s just the beginning. She wants Le-Na to stay in hell. Le-Na’s cell phone drops. Ah-Jin picks up the cell phone. She’s happy to show Le-Na the messages. She thinks she wouldn’t get the bad ending if she didn’t hurt her. She puts the cell phone into her pocket. She tells her that she won’t help her return to the industry. She walks away. Le-Na cries.
Hyang-I waits for Ah-Jin outside the building. But Ah-Jin ignores her manager. She gets in her van. She mentions what she told the girl to be careful. She fires her because she cannot trust her. Ah-Jin and In-Gang wish In-Gang’s grandma a happy birthday. The old lady is very happy. The two go to the beach to have fun. They’re caught at the airport by the reporters. In-Gang asks the fans to like Ah-Jin. Because he loves the girl.
Le-Na visits Jun-Seo. She invites him to go to watch the film premiere of Ah-Jin with her. Jun-Seo goes to the theater with Le-Na. They run into Ah-Jin and In-Gang. Jun-Seo remembers the girl promised him that she will only date In-Gang one year. Ah-Jin and In-Gang are on the way home. She leans her head on his shoulder. She tells him that she likes his body smell.
Jun-Seo returns home. Jae-Oh is interested in Jun-Seo’s book suddenly. He hopes Ah-Jin will call him. He refuses to leave. Because he knows Jun-Seo will be boring. Ji-Sun calls Jun-Seo. She asks her son to prepare the money within one week. Jun-Seo visits his grandpa. He asks the secretary not to let his mother know that his grandpa is sick.
Ji-Sun gets someone to open the door of Jun-Seo’s house. She sneaks into the house. She finds the investment agreement about Longstar Entertainment. Ji-Sun finds Ah-Jin in the lobby at Longstar Entertainment. She gets angry after she realized that Ah-Jin persuaded her son to invest in the company. Ah-Jin threatens the madam that Jun-Seo will be ruined if he knows he’s not his father’s real son.
Sung-Hee runs into Ah-Jin in the mall. She’s shocked. Because she’s just an ordinary salesgirl. But Ah-Jin is the super star. Sung-Hee posts the dark past of Ah-Jin. Jae-Oh knows the person was Sung-Hee. He gets her to delete the article. Mi-Ri meets Ah-Jin in the office after she saw the article. Ah-Jin comforts her boss that she was a good girl. Mi-Ri chooses to trust Ah-Jin. But she thinks Ah-Jin should be careful.
In-Gang calls Ah-Jin at the airport. He worries about her. He offers to let his grandma go to accompany her. She rejects it. She claims that she wants to sleep. Ah-Jin has a nightmare in her bedroom in the evening. In-Gang’s grandma Kyung-Suk visits Ah-Jin. She brings the porridge to her. She feeds her the porridge.
Kyung-Suk and Ah-Jin sleep in the bed. Kyung-Suk brings up the stray cats she raised. She wants to show it to Ah-Jin one day. She tells her that she will always take her side. Because she knows she’s a good girl. She treats her as her child like In-Gang. She hugs her.
The next day, Kyung-Suk is going to leave Ah-Jin’s house. Ah-Jin tells the door lock password of her house to Kyung-Suk. So Kyung-Suk doesn’t have to wait outside in the winter. Kyung-Suk is very happy. In-Gang goes to Thailand to attend a fan meeting. He sings a song.
In-Gang is tired to lie on the couch in the room of the hotel. Mi-Ri visits him with a bottle of wine. She persuades him to accept the script of the director. But he worries that he will ruin the happiness of him and Ah-Jin. He takes out the baby shoes he bought from the mall. He plans to marry Ah-Jin. Because he thinks the girl needs to agree with it first. He’s very happy. But Mi-Ri worries about it.
Ah-Jin runs into Jung-Ho at the temple. She’s surprised after she saw him. He reveals he was released early. He wonders if she got what she wants. She tells him that he’s a good person. But he doesn’t plan to continue to be a good person. Kyung-Suk shows up. She recognizes Jung-Ho. She tries to introduce Ah-Jin to Jung-Ho. But she’s told that Ah-Jin and Jung-Ho knew each other. Ah-Jin wonders how Kyung-Suk knew Jung-Ho. Jung-Ho reveals Kyung-Suk worked at the prison he stayed. He gets Kyung-Suk’s number before he leaves.
Jae-Oh gets into Jun-Seo’s house in the evening. Le-Na hugs the guy from his back because she mistook him for Jun-Seo. She thinks Jae-Oh is a pervert after she found out that she hugged a wrong person. He learns that she’s the has-been actress. He leaves Jun-Seo’s house. He gets a call from Ah-Jin. She gives him a task. Jun-Seo returns home. He sees Jae-Oh talking with someone over the phone. He realizes that Ah-Jin called the guy. Jae-Oh reveals Ah-Jin was feeling down. But he refuses to tell the details to Jun-Seo. He asks Jun-Seo to be careful of the crazy woman in his house.
The next day, Jae-Oh finds Jung-Ho at the cemetery. Le-Na takes a bath in the bathroom at home. She’s happy when she watches the news. She’s going to be the female lead of a drama. Mi-Ri visits Jun-Seo. Because his novel is going to be adapted into a drama. She knows he supports Ah-Jin. But she claims that she cares for In-Gang. Because In-Gang is her brother.
Mi-Ri calls In-Gang. She asks him to let Ah-Jin work. Because the writer of the novel wants her to star the drama. In-Gang has breakfast with Ah-Jin. He brings up that Jun-Seo wants her to star the drama. He offers to think about it.
Jun-Seo returns home. He sees Ah-Jin in his bedroom. He thinks she’s late. Because she promised him that she will come back after one year. She thinks he made it. She mentions he forced her to visit him. She wonders why he did it. He thinks she fell for In-Gang because she didn’t break up with the guy. She brings up that he’s dating Le-Na. He asks her if she cares for it. She reminds him that they don’t know what Le-Na will do. He points out that he kept the girl so that the girl wouldn’t approach her. She notices that he’s changed. He tries to kiss her. But she doesn’t give him the chance.
Le-Na shows up when she worries that Jun-Seo didn’t have dinner. But she sees Jun-Seo and Ah-Jin in the bedroom. She asks Jun-Seo to explain it. He claims that he and Ah-Jin were having a talk. Le-Na points out that Jun-Seo and Ah-Jin should have done it outside. She threatens to expose the relation of the two. But Ah-Jin doesn’t care for it at all. Le-Na is furious to chase Ah-Jin when she yells at her. Jun-Seo stops the angry Le-Na. Jae-Oh meets Ah-Jin. She watches Jung-Ho’s footage. Jae-Oh reveals Jung-Ho visited Ah-Jin’s father. He apologized to him. Ah-Jin thinks the guy isn’t changed. She tells Jae-Oh that she’s very happy after she dated In-Gang.
The next day, In-Gang takes Ah-Jin to a restaurant. He wishes her a happy birthday. He takes out a ring. He tries to make a proposal to her. But Le-Na shows up with Jun-Seo. In-Gang is told that Jun-Seo and Ah-Jin were brother and sister. Jun-Seo feels guilty because his mother wasn’t nice to Ah-Jin. Le-Na brings up that Ah-Jin visited Jun-Seo in the evening. Ah-Jin explains it to Le-Na that she did it for rejecting Jun-Seo’s drama. But Le-Na doesn’t believe it. In-Gang and Ah-Jin leave the restaurant. Le-Na asks Jun-Seo to make a choice between her and Ah-Jin. Because she thinks Ah-Jin is a bad girl.

Kyung-Suk’s hand is hurt when she cooks at Ah-Jin’s house. She finds her notebook. Ah-Jin and In-Gang are on the roof. In-Gang asks Ah-Jin why she didn’t tell him that she and Jun-Seo were brother and sister. She points out that he didn’t ask her about it. He gets a call from his brother In-Mo. He’s told that his grandma found her notebook. Ah-Jin is nervous because she hid the notebook at home. She worries that Kyung-Suk has found out her two face. It will affect the relationship of her and In-Gang.

In-Gang asks Ah-Jin to take care of his grandma. Jun-Seo shows up. He wishes Ah-Jin a happy birthday. He leaves with Le-Na. Ah-Jin is on the way to Kyung-Suk’s house. Jae-Oh rides the motorcycle to pick her up on the street. They arrive at Kyung-Suk’s house soon. Ah-Jin gets into the house. Kyung-Suk is waiting for Ah-Jin. Jun-Seo joins Jae-Oh outside the building. They hear the sound. Jae-Oh runs into the building. He sees Kyung-Suk dying on the stairs. Ah-Jin stands at the stairwell. Jun-Seo arrives. He takes a look at Ah-Jin.
