The workers beat a robot in front of RobCo Industries in Fallout Season 2 episode 1. The CEO of RobCo Industries Robert Edwin House is interviewed on the TV. He claims that he’s the only one who can save the nation. But the guy who drinks at the bar doesn’t think so. He persuades others not to vote for Robert. But the gentleman takes Robert’s side. He provokes the construction worker. He thinks he should thank Robert. Because he can work fast because of Robert’s technique.
The construction worker takes the gentleman out of the bar. He punches him. The gentleman opens the trunk of his car. The construction worker sees a trunk of cash. He’s told that he can get the money once he agrees to install the stuff on the back of his neck. He rejects it. He threatens to ruin the gentleman’s arms. The gentleman catches the chance to install the stuff on the back of the construction worker’s neck. He gives the construction worker Bill a bat. He orders him to kill his friends. Bill does it. But he turns around. He wants to attack the gentleman. The gentleman adjusts the remote. Bill’s head is broken.
The Ghoul breaks into Khans’ camp. He’s caught. He doesn’t fear those guys at all. He announces that he’s going to take action. Lucy hides in a stone dinosaur with a gun. She and The Ghoul are partners even if he cut off one of her fingers. The Ghoul gives the girl an order. But she doesn’t shoot any enemies. He knows he will be killed because of her. He has to accept his destiny. The Khan pulls the trigger. The Ghoul’s neck is choked by a rope. The Khans laugh after they saw The Ghoul suffering.
Lucy shows up. She confesses it to the Khan that The Ghoul planned to kill them after she shoots the rope. But she thinks it’s not a good plan. Because she’s a good girl. She asks him to release her and The Ghoul. She thinks they can be friends. But he asks his accomplices to kill her. He tempts them that the one who does it can eat Lucy’s dog.
The negotiation fails. Lucy shoots the rope. The Ghoul is free. He kiss all Khans. He teaches Lucy what’s professional. The Ghoul and Lucy leave the Khans’ camp. He thinks she didn’t help him because she only shot the knees and ass of those guys. But she refuses to apologize for not killing innocent people.
Lucy, The Ghoul and the dog arrive in the city. Lucy is very happy after she saw the beautiful city. The Ghoul figures it out that the bombs got shot down. Lucy wonders why those guys didn’t attack America since they did it to Las Vegas. He points out that they have only one enemy who’s Robert Edwin House. She believes that his family is safe because they went to Las Vegas. But he doesn’t think so. Because his family is close to Robert House. She wonders why her father went to Las Vegas. He doesn’t give her the answer. He continues on his way. She’s silent to follow him.
It flashes back. Robert House has a meeting with the people in the meeting room. He learns that he will be rich if he destroys the world. He questions The Ghoul’s wife Barb how she will achieve it. She reveals she plans to drop the bomb on their own. The Ghoul overhears it. He’s shocked. He returns home. He calls his wife and his daughter Janey. But nobody responds to him. Janey shows up when his father is going to lose hope. She runs into his arms. He feels relieved. He asks her to go to take the clothes and the toys that she likes.
The Ghoul, Janey and Dog are on the way somewhere. Janey questions her father where they’re going. He reveals they’re going to Bakersfield. She asks him about her mother then. She wonders if her mother is going to join them. The people are scared on the street after they realized what will happen to them. The Ghoul hugs his daughter to comfort her.
We go to Vault 33. Reg sucks on a lollipop walking into Betty’s office. Betty is told that they’re blowing through their water reserves at a troubling rate. She makes the decision to reallocate power to the water filters. Reg wants to know where Norm went. He’s told that Norm was sent to Vault 31. He complains it to Betty that everyone moved up except him. He understands that they need to survive. He learns that she’s studying the water chip that helps them survive. But the stuff is broken. He claims that he’s an engineer. He wants to help her. But he breaks the machine. She realizes that she shouldn’t let him vandalize there. So she suggests that he should find something he can do. She offers to start a club. He’s interested in it. She mentions he can talk about his feelings at the club. The feelings include shame and uselessness. He can accept shame. But he asks for a snack budget. She promises to give the money to him. He’s happy to leave her office.
We go to Vault 32. The resident Davey visits the Overseer Stephanie in her office. He complains it to her that it was hard to reach the elevator. But it didn’t happen when he was in Vault 33. She mentions what she told him to do the opposite. But he thinks it’s not simple. She asks him if he has a feasible solution. He thinks the only way to resolve the problem is the signage. But he worries that the residents will go against it. He wants her to allow him to study the signage. She laughs.
Davey walks out of Stephanie’s office. He sees Chet with a baby. He tells him that he has a good wife. But Chet disagrees. Because he and Stephanie don’t get married. The baby doesn’t belong to him. Davey doesn’t have a family. So he doesn’t know Chet’s feelings. But Chet claims that he doesn’t have a family as well. He walks into his wife’s office. He wants to get a job from Stephanie. He volunteers to be the Gate-Keeper. But she goes against it. Because she needs him to take care of her baby. He refuses to accept the job. He mentions the baby isn’t his son. He doesn’t like people calling the baby Chet Jr. He explains it to her that Chet Jr is his father’s name. So it hurts his feelings when people do that. She stabs her desk with a knife for threatening him. He smiles at her. He accepts the name. She’s very happy. She wonders if he knows how to use computer. He denies it. He reveals Norm can do that. He suggests that she should contact Norm. She tries to contact Vault 31. But Inter-Vault Communications disables.
We go to Vault 31. The brain Bud Askins finds Norm. He notices that he’s hungry. He suggests that he should use his father’s cryo pod. Norm refuses to do that. He knows he will be Bud’s prisoner. Bud points out that Norm is already his prisoner. He tells Norm that he just needs to wait until the surface is safe to recolonize. Norm persuades Bud to release him. He reminds him that people will notice that he’s missing. But Bud reveals Norm’s Overseer will take care of it. He tells Norm the bad news that nobody is going to come to look for him. He turns off the lights in Vault 31. He thinks Norm will change his mind once he tastes the darkness. Norm climbs to his father’s cryo pod.
Lucy and The Ghoul are on the way to Las Vegas. Lucy learns that The Ghoul wants her father to help him find his family. She doesn’t believe his family is alive after 200 years. He mentions her father has many friends when they see a body on the road. He steps over the body.
Lucy and The Ghoul visit the restaurant. The Ghoul sees the restaurant owner who’s an old lady. He figures it out that the old lady saw Lucy’s father. He tries to draw his gun. But Lucy stops the guy. She’s friendly to the old lady. But she finds out that they can only order flea soup. She adjusts her mood. She orders a bowl of the flea soup. She tries to ask the old lady if she saw someone. But she notices that she tickles her hair. The flea drops into the soup. The old lady wants to give some crackers to Lucy. She reveals the crackers are in her pants. Lucy rejects the old lady’s offer. She has a bad feelings about the crackers. She tastes the soup. She’s told that the man took away the old lady’s son. The Ghoul points out that the old lady’s son is dead. Lucy disagrees. She worries that the old lady will be sad. But the old lady accepts the fact. She doesn’t like her son at all. Because he stole her money.
Lucy and The Ghoul leave the restaurant. He wants to know her plan. He wonders if she’s going to let him kill her father. She denies it. She decides to let her father stand trial. She thinks her father deserves it. So everyone will have hope. She knows he still has hope even if he claimed that he gave up. He tells her that what she was taught isn’t good. She knows it. But she doesn’t like his method as well. They pass by the Starlight cinema. Lucy follows the dog into the cinema.
It flashes back. The Ghoul meets Moldaver at a cafe. She learns that he has known what happened. She persuades him to stop his wife’s terrifying plan. But he only wants to go home. He takes his daughter to leave the cafe. The Ghoul cooks in the kitchen. His wife returns home. He turns around. He welcomes her.
At present, Lucy and The Ghoul find a Vault at the cinema. He mentions the Vaults reminded him his wife and his daughter. She leaks she went to Vault 4. He thinks the Vault is humanitarianism. He mentions it destroyed many towns. He lets her open the Vault. He knows her father visited the place, according the trail. He picks up a hat from the floor. He throws it to her. They get into the Vault.
In Vault 33, Reg forms a club with some people. The girl offers to change the rule no inbreeding. But Reg goes against it. So she leaves the club with her boyfriend. The member Marianne mentions she has a mild allergy to dusk. She thinks it was her father’s mistake. Because he married his cousin. Reg takes Marianne’s side for keeping her. He will be the only member in the club if she leaves. She stays there for a reason. The snacks he provided are pretty good.
In Vault 31, Norm is dying because he refused to use his father’s cryo pod. Bud wonders why the boy is so stubborn. But Norm wants to know his father’s story. Bud tells Norm that his father was an ambitious man. He suggests that he should let him kill him. But Norm walks to the machine. He thaws everyone. Bud fails to stop Norm.
In Vault 24, Lucy and The Ghoul find the American who was brainwashed by Lucy’s father. The guy’s head is broken after he asked the two to go home. The Ghoul picks up the stuff the guy left. He wonders if Lucy saw her father using it. She denies it. She knows her father is going to continue to hurt more people. She leaves the place with The Ghoul.
Hank wears the suit to visit Vault-Tec. He gets changed. He reports to his boss that he will continue the work he didn’t complete. He believes that he will bed him after he finishes it.
