The girl takes a bus to Godolkin University in Gen V Season 2 episode 3. She knows the place is terrifying. So she takes a medicine. She’s a human and she works for the school. She enters the school through the human entrance. The guard lets her pass after he scanned her. She runs to the cafeteria. She opens her burger store. She prepares a tips bottle and some snacks. But she sees the Starlight poster someone posted. She grabs the poster. She crushes it and she throws it into the trash can.
A man shows up at the girl’s store. She welcomes him. But he points at the Starlight poster when he scolds her. She crushes the Starlight poster. She thinks it will be fine. But he grabs her collar. He spits into the tips bottle. He takes the orange cranberry scone. He thinks she deserves it.
Marie takes a look at her family photo in Anderson’s house. She claims that she’s not Odessa. Jordan mentions every baby is dead except Marie. Emma wonders if Marie and the 24 people killed each other in a cage. Marie disagrees. Because her powers appeared when she was a teenager. Anderson points out that Marie is the only survivor no matter what happened. He mentions what Starlight said that Odessa is a weapon. He plans to use Marie as a weapon. But she claims that she’s not a weapon.
Jordan thinks they shouldn’t believe Starlight. She mentions the superhero asked Marie to go to look for Odessa. But Marie found out that she’s Odessa. She believes that Starlight knew the secret. Marie wonders why Starlight saved her if the superhero knew she’s Odessa. Jordan thinks it’s just a coincidence. Emma realizes that it’s a tremendous discovery. She wonders what they do. Marie decides to go to ask Pam about it. But Anderson doesn’t know who’s Pam.
Marie points at the photo. She reveals Pam is her aunt. Anderson plans to ask his friends about Pam. He orders the girls to go back to the school. But Emma wants to skip the class. But Anderson changes his tone. He asks the girls to get lost. But he stops Emma from leaving. He asks her what happened after she grew larger. She reveals she vomited. She claims that she’s fine. She tells Anderson that she can shrink once she hates herself. She thinks it’s a step forward.
Marie and Jordan leave Anderson’s house. Marie still doesn’t believe that she’s Odessa. She guesses Pam might know something. She reveals Pam refused to talk with her when she met the lady. The lady planned to raise Anna Beth when she let Marie suffer. Marie was very happy after knowing Pam failed. She wants to talk with Jordan about what she said to her. But Jordan thinks it’s not the right time. She walks away. Marie texts Pam. She asks the aunt for a talk.
Cate returns to the school. The crazy fans welcome their idol. But Cate doesn’t feel well because the fans’ reckless actions. Stacy picks up Cate. She thinks the people like Cate. The fan try to approach Cate. But she bumps Stacy. Stacy throws a fit to the fan. She threatens to kill her. Cate finds out that she cannot hear anything. She sees Marie, Jordan and Emma. The three know that they’re over when they see Cate. Stacy doesn’t know what happened. So she thinks it’s a good news that Marie and Cate came back.
Marie asks Cate if she’s fine. Stacy mentions the culprit was punished. Cate agrees to what Stacy said. But she stares at Marie. She knows she’s the real culprit. Stacy invites the three to go to the Hero Optimization class with Cate. But Emma rejects it because she knows it’s a murder class. She walks away.
Marie defeats Fiona in the class. Cipher shows up. He praises Marie. But he thinks it’s not good enough. He mentions Cate was defeated by some Starlighters. He thinks they will be over if they’re not strong. Marie tries to leave after the class. But Cipher stops her. He wants to talk with her. He questions her why she cut herself for using her powers. But she claims that she has always done this. He thinks self-harm isn’t a distasteful disorder. He tells her that it’s very human. But she claims that it’s her fight style. They don’t know Cate is watching them.
Sam sits on the grass. He remembers Emma told him that Cate brainwashed his brother. He sees himself killing some people. Justine knows something happened to her boyfriend. She doesn’t plan to help him. She breaks up with him instead. The cake is alive. He tells Sam that Justine left him because he’s a monster. Sam is furious to throw the cake into the trash can. But he finds out that the world turns into a fairy tale world.
Marie walks out of the building with Jordan. She wonders why Cipher asked her to be a stronger girl. Jordan guesses the guy knows Marie is the chosen one. But she snaps at him. She wonders if Cate reported them. Jordan doesn’t know it. She snaps at him again. She realizes that she shouldn’t do it to her boyfriend. She guesses she did it because Jordan took her virginity.
Jordan sees his poster. He wonders what happened. Stacy shows up. She explains it to Jordan that she wants to shape him into a savior like Homelander. But he wonders why she hung his posters. She’s excited to bring a good news to him that his ranking is number one. She takes him away for the ceremony. Marie gets a message from Pam. Pam agrees to see Marie.
Cate visits Cipher. She looks at the rug. She remembers the girl was killed there. Cipher likes the rug. He wonders why Cate wanted to see him. She asks him to tell Vought the truth that Emma, Jordan and Marie tried to kill her. But he thinks it’s a bad idea. She threatens him that she’s going to do it on her own if he does do it. But he reminds her that she will lose her position if she does so. He wonders why she wants to risk herself. She complains it to him that the three girls left her for dead. She doesn’t want to be their friend. He persuades her to regain her powers. Because she’s nothing if she doesn’t own powers. He says goodbye to her. She walks out of his study. She sees the vault. She tries to approach the vault. But he asks her to leave.
Jordan gets a car and many presents after he became number one. He’s happy with it. He agrees to it when the fan wishes to take a photo with him. But the fan asks Jordan if he can switch. Jordan lets the fan disappear. Stacy prepares a great speech for Jordan. She mentions he’s a trans. But he claims that he’s a bi-gender. She learns that he doesn’t know how to be grateful. He plans not to give the speech. She threatens him that she’s going to send him to Elmira. She asks him to switch if there’s a fan wishing him to do that.
Emma goes to the cafeteria. She runs into Cate. Cate mentions Emma left her for dead. Emma points out that the people did it to Cate were Marie and Jordan. So Cate forgives Emma. Emma visits Jitter Bean. She orders 17 muffins. She reveals she’s going to throw a party. But someone posts the flyer at the store. The girl takes the flyer. She’s nervous to tell Emma that it wasn’t her. She complains it to her that there were different men wanting to beat her for the flyers. Emma suggests that the girl should resign. But girl cannot do it because she needs the job.
Emma asks the girl to help them catch the culprit. But the girl points out that the cameras didn’t catch anyone. Emma guesses the person is Speedster. She sees Speedster soon. She chases him into the bathhouse. But he flees. Cate is in her room. She takes off her knit hat. We see the injury on her head. Sam knocks at the door. She opens the door. He mentions they killed some people. He asks her to let those people disappear. But she cannot do that because she lost her powers. But she cannot tell him the truth. So she makes an excuse that the doctor asked her not to use the powers. Sam insists on asking Cate to use the powers on him. She has to confess it to him that she lost her powers.
Sam returns to his room. He begins to smash things. Jordan stops Sam. Sam fights Jordan. They fall from the upper floor. Jordan switches. He’s a girl now. She yells at Sam. She thinks he shouldn’t hurt the people who want to help him. But he knows nobody can help him. She begs him to give her a chance. He collapses onto the grass. He reveals he wants to forget it. He wants to die like his brother Luke. But Jordan thinks it’s not a good idea. Because she knows Luke doesn’t wish Sam to die.
Marie visits Pam. Pam mentions Marie was sent to the prison. She tells the girl that she worried about her. Marie reveals she looked for Anna Beth ever. She wishes to know her sister’s message from Pam. But Pam doesn’t know the girl’s whereabouts as well. Marie shows Pam the photo. She reveals she found the photo from a file called Odessa. She asks Pam if she heard Odessa. Pam doesn’t know it. But she sees that the photo was taken at the clinic where Marie was born. Marie is surprised that she was conceived at Godolkin University. Pam reveals she took some photos when Marie was born. She gives the photos to Marie. Marie sees Cipher in one of the photos. The doctor is carrying her.
Emma enters the classroom when Anderson is teaching. She finds out that her classmate Harper was the spray painter. Harper pretends not to understand what Emma says. She runs out of the classroom. Emma follows Harper. She tells the girl that the red-yellow-handed betrayed her. She asks her to admit that she’s a Starlighter. Harper throws Emma into a room. She enters the room then. Emma realizes that she was right. She mentions Harper’s line. Harper asks Emma to keep the secret for her. She confesses it to her that she can copy anyone’s power. She copies Emma’s power soon. Emma learns that Harper has some accomplices.
Marie and Pam look at the photos together. They enjoy the happy times. Pam tells Marie that her parents loved her very much. But Marie finds out that her sister stayed at the house together. But Pam didn’t let her know about it. She blames Pam for doing it to her. Pam tells Marie that she’s a monster because she killed her parents. She let Marie’s sister believe that Marie is a monster. Marie claims that she did nothing wrong because her parents drugged her.

Jordan and Sam watch the kids’ show together. Jordan understands Sam’s feelings now. She finds out that he’s not a bad guy. Harper takes Emma to see her friend Ally. She tells Ally that Emma can be trusted. Emma persuades the two girls to be heroes.

Marie returns to the school. She looks Jordan. But he’s not there. Cipher gives a speech. He promotes the school’s ranking system. Jordan calls Marie. She runs to him. He asks her about Pam. He confesses his feelings to her. She kisses him. Jordan runs to the stage. He switches. She’s a girl now. She tells the people that Vought murdered Andre. She admits that she was the one who attacked Cate. Marie worries about her girlfriend. She knows Jordan will be hurt.
