Maia reveals Tallulah is with Tessa in Mar Vista. She wonder who would live on the West Side. Her boyfriend Dylan reveals he lived in Santa Monica ever. He thinks the place is pretty good.
Maia claims that she doesn’t like chill culture. She thinks not everyone wants to be a lifeguard. She mentions she doesn’t like beach. Dylan isn’t happy after he heard her words. She brings up that she likes pool. She wants to celebrate Christmas with him at a pool. It promotes him to think that they’re rich. She doesn’t deny it. Because she has a big plan. She gets him to open the door for her. She promises to have dinner with him.
Maia cooks a food at the company. She worries that it’s not good. But her colleague thinks it’s perfect. She agrees with Maia said that Antoine shouldn’t come to dump. She walks to Antoine. She tells him that the girl is Tallulah. She’s Tallulah’s manager. She shakes hands with him. He notices that she’s a mini-Alyssa. She reveals she and Tallulah want to go to Forme dinner. He asks Geoffrey to arrange the meeting up of him and Tallulah.
Maia runs into the phone booth. She calls Tallulah. But Tallulah doesn’t pick up Maia’s phone. So Maia leaves a message to Tallulah that her fate will be changed. Charlie walks out of the clinic after he had a hair transplant. His girlfriend played the video that she slipped for making him happy.
Tallulah and Tessa come back after the trip. Maia brings a good news to her friend that Antoine is going to see her. But Tallulah isn’t interested in the meeting. She reveals she’s tired from the weekend. Maia is surprised that the vacation made Tallulah tired. Tallulah claims that it’s not a vacation. Because she drove a lot. Maia reminds Tallulah that it’s a good chance. Tallulah brings up that Ritz was a flop. Maia disagrees with what Tallulah said. She yells at her. She mentions she helped her earn 100,000 dollars. Tallulah reveals she and Tessa had a talk about their next plan. They agreed to slow down and take a breath.
Maia is in anger when Tessa explains her theory to Maia. Maia tries to cut the box. But she stabs her leg by mistake. She worries that she’s paralyzed. Tessa tries to go to call an ambulance. But Maia pulls the knife out on her own.
Tessa drives her truck on the street. She’s on the way to take Maia to the hospital. Tallulah calls Charlie. She informs him that Maia was hurt. But he thinks it’s nothing because he was hurt as well. Maia begs Charlie to prepare the clothes for the meeting. He reveals he had a dress for her. But the dress is in his studio. She asks him to deliver the dress to Good Samaritan. She’s going to the hospital.
Tessa, Maia and Tallulah arrive at the hospital. Maia gets off the truck on her own when Tallulah has a talk with Tessa in the truck. Maia finds a wheelchair. She calls Tallulah. Tallulah has to end the talk with her girlfriend. She takes Maia into the hospital. Maia explains it to the nurse that she had an accident because of Tallulah. But Tallulah doesn’t like her friend’s tone. Because she thinks it wasn’t her mistake.
Maia is told that she needs a few hours to get her foot treated. She is asked to go to find a place to wait. Because some people on the bus were hurt. Maia wonders if someone died. The nurse denies it. She reveals there’re a lot of broken bones and scared people.
Charlie returns to his studio. He’s startled by Mimi. She reveals she came to take her antique French scoliosis corset. But he cannot help her because he needs to get clothes for her injured friend. She confesses it to him that she didn’t came to take her corset. She reveals she took a tumble because she wore the asymmetrical train. He wonders why her stylist got her to wear like that. She reveals her stylist planned to rebrand her as a mermaid. He’s surprised because her entire thing is alien. He thinks the guy is a fool if he did it. But the stylist did it. He was fired because of it.
Mimi complains it to Charlie that she cannot trust anyone. He tries to comfort her. But she sees the hat that explains why she fired all employees. He explains it to her that the hat was sent by a fan. But she suspects that he made the hat on his own. He admits it. But she thinks the hat is pretty good. She wonders what he will say if she hires him because he’s a gay and Jewish. He reveals he will consider it. He wears the hat. He smiles at her.
Back to the hospital, Maia offers to pretend that they were on the bus. Tallulah thinks it’s a good idea. She takes Maia to see the nurse. But they find out that it’s a bus that full of Orthodox children. Tallulah thinks she and Maia are over. But Maia doesn’t think so. She mentions everyone thinks that she’s Jewish. She thinks they just need to pretend it. But Tallulah goes against it. She mentions the knife and the accident. She thinks it was God’s will. She persuades Maia to give up the meeting. But Maia rejects it. She reminds her friend that it’s about Forme. She mentions Addison and Emma Chamberlain made it because of the dinner. She believes that people will like Tallulah as long as Tallulah pulls a sick enough look. She thinks it’s not Ritz.
Tallulah learns that Maia admits Ritz was a flop. Maia denies it. She thinks it was less elevated than other more elevated jobs. Tallulah wonders why Maia didn’t admit her mistake. But she cannot wait for it. She asks him to do the stitches. She gets a call from Alyssa. She reports it to her boss that she and Tallulah are on the way to the dinner. But Alyssa brings a bad news to Maia that Antoine needs to return to Paris tomorrow. He cancelled the meeting. Maia doesn’t give up. She wants to call the guy. But Alyssa rejects it. She comforts Maia that she will get more chances next year.
Tallulah takes Charlie and Alani to the hospital. They look for Maia in the hallway. Charlie hears Maia’s scream first. The three run into Maia’s ward. Maia laughs after she saw Charlie’s hair.
