Naoya beats Choso. He knocks him against the wall in Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 episode 2. Choso cannot judge Naoya’s cursed technique. Because Naoya moved too fast. Choso cannot control the blood outside Naoya’s body. He stands up after he was hit. Naoya thinks Choso can take a beating. He wonders who he is. Choso claims that he’s the older brother of ten brothers. He uses the cursed technique Flowing Red Scale: Stack.
Naoya thinks Choso didn’t give him the answer he wants to hear. He asks him why he’s so strong. He attacks him. Choso keeps up with Naoya’s pace this time. But Naoya punches Choso’s belly. Choso vomits blood. Naoya figures it out that the cursed technique Choso used is Flowing Red Scale. It focuses the power on the eye muscles. It increases sensitivity of dynamic vision. Fortunately, Naoya had a plan to counterattack in the beginning. He thinks Choso is a tough guy. So he needs to use the weapon a sword.
Naoya believes that Choso can stop the bleeding. Because Choso can use Blood Manipulation. Naoya asks Choso to give it a try that how long he can fight him. Choso wonders if Naoya is ready for it. But Naoya wants to keep the secret. He confesses it to Choso that he thinks sorcerer shouldn’t carry a weapon. Because it will make him look like that he cannot win without a weapon. He mentions his brothers were losers. But they looked down on Toji.
Choso learns that Naoya hates his brothers. Naoya thinks the older brother shouldn’t live in the world if he’s more useless than his younger brother. Choso reminds Naoya that he makes it because of his brothers. But Naoya thinks what Choso said is disgusting. Choso claims that older brother is role model of younger brother whether he’s useless or not. He thinks younger brother should avoid it if older brother takes a wrong path. Younger brother should follow if older brother is on the right path. He tells Naoya that his strength is because of his brothers’ frailty. He reveals he’s tough because he doesn’t have any role model. He made mistake again and again. Even so, he needs to walk ahead of his brothers.
A blood flood appears. Naoya wonders why Choso is alive since he lost so much blood. He runs when the blood flood chases him. We are told that Cursed Womb Death Painting is mixed-race child of human and cursed spirit. He owns special constitution. The constitution can turn cursed power into blood. He won’t die because of losing blood as long as he has cursed power.
Naoya finds out that his legs are heavy. He guesses his legs are fixed by the blood underground. Choso shows up. He thinks Naoya knows what will happen to him. It’s a deadlock. Blood drips from the ceiling. Naoya refuses to admit that it’s a deadlock. He mentions his cursed technique can track up the completed action in advance. He thinks he can move easily if it’s the reason Choso slowed him down. He runs to Choso. But Choso doesn’t attack Naoya.
We learn that Choso kept facing his own cursed techniques in the past 150 years. He created the original cursed technique Supernova. Naoya is hurt by Supernova. Choso is on the way to approach Naoya. He doesn’t understand why Naoya doesn’t like his brothers. He tries to kill Naoya. But Yuta appears behind Choso. He knocks Choso aside. Choso passes out. Yuta drags Yuji. He thinks it was a tough fight when he looks at Naoya. Naoya gets angry. Because Yuta is looking down on him. He vomits blood suddenly. He wonders if it’s a poison. He realizes that it’s not the effect of Blood Manipulation. He thinks Choso isn’t a human since Choso has so much blood. He figures it out that his body is rejecting it after it was mixed by the blood of non-human. Yuta wonders if Naoya wants him to heal him. He mentions his Reverse Cursed Technique saved many people. He asks Naoya to report it to the boss that Yuji is dead.
It flashes back. Yuji is born. His father Jin takes care of the baby in the ward. Yuji’s grandfather Wasuke doesn’t want Jin to stay with Yuji’s mother Kaori. He thinks Jin will die if he doesn’t stay away from the woman. Jin asks Wasuke not to say such words in front of Yuji. He reminds his father that baby can remember more than what he imagines. Wasuke knows Jin wants to get a child. But Kaori cannot give Jin a child. Wasuke mentions Kaori’s death. But Kaori shows up behind Wasuke.
At present, Yuji wakes up from the floor. He sees Yuta who’s in front of the bonfire. Yuta feels relieved after knowing Yuji is alive. He reveals Gojo visited him in September. Gojo asked Yuta to take care of Yuji. Yuta had no choice but to act.
It flashes back. Gojo walks Yuta on the street. Gojo worries that something will happen to him. He wants Yuta to be in charge of the first class and the second class. Yuta mistakes that Gojo offended a woman. It promotes Gojo to think that Yuta is a real joker. Yuta laughs. He explains it to Gojo that he cannot imagine what will happen to Gojo. Gojo brings up Yuji. He thinks Yuji is like Yuta.
At present, Yuta tells Yuji that the acting is the best choice. He points out that those guys aren’t stupid. He mentions he got the restraint to kill Yuji when he became the executioner. So he killed Yuji. Yuji touches the wound on his chest. He wonders why he’s alive. Yuta explains it to Yuji that it was Reverse Cursed Technique. He used the Reverse Cursed Technique to heal Yuji when Yuji’s heart stopped. Nobody knows Yuta can export positive energy. So it was the second time that Yuta faked Yuji’s death. Yuta knows it will be discovered soon. But he points out that Yuji’s execution will be treated as execution completed.
Yuji wonders why Yuta did it for him. Yuta confesses it to Yuji that he cares for him very much. He reveals he owned the power that is stronger than himself. He mistook that the power was imposed on him. He found out that he caused it himself. It’s different from Yuji. The power Yuji owns doesn’t belong to Yuji. Yuta tells Yuji that it wasn’t his mistake. Yuji doesn’t think so. He tries to bring up that he killed some people. But Megumi shows up behind Yuji. He grabs his arm. He asks him to return to Tokyo Prefectural Jujutsu High School with him. He reveals the barrier around the school weakened. He thinks Yuji can go back as long as Yuji doesn’t run into any person.
Yuji scolds Megumi. He thinks he shouldn’t accept him. He asks him not to pretend that the case didn’t happen. He knows he killed the people. He shakes off Megumi’s hand. He mentions someone died because of him. Megumi asks Yuji not to give up. He reminds him that they’re not heroes. They’re sorcerers. He thinks nobody has right to judge them. So they need to prove their value. They don’t have time to worry about themselves. Megumi persuades Yuji to go to save others. He claims that he’s his guidelines. He asks him to save him first.
Megumi mentions the murder game that Noritoshi Kamo designed forced the people who got cursed techniques to kill each other. It’s Culling Game. Tsumiki got involved in the game. Megumi tells Yuji that they need his power.
Yuji tells Yuta that Curse Ryomen Sukuna controlled his body when he was in Shibuya. He reveals he was forced to eat a few fingers. He has fifteen fingers in his body. He thinks he won’t be possessed again even if he eats the rest five fingers. He asks Yuta to kill him if he swaps with Sukuna. Yuta promises Yuji that he will try his best.
Yuji asks Megumi what he should do. Megumi asks Yuji to return to the school. Yuji needs to meet Tengen. Megumi believes that Tengen knows Noritoshi Kamo’s plan. Yuta wonders if the lady Yuki knows something. Megumi had a talk with Yuki. She gave him the idea. She’s hiding in the school. Yuta points out that the problem is Tengen’s hidden barrier. There’s only one door to Tombs of the Star where Tengen lives. Yuji figures it out that they can see Tengen once they find the right door. He asks Megumi about Nobara. He grabs his fist tightly after he realized that the girl is dead. He cries. Choso shows up. He reveals he has a way to deal with the hidden barrier. Yuta is surprised that Choso was listening to it. Megumi asks Choso about his method. Choso mentions Mahito stole Sukuna’s fingers and Cursed Womb Death Paintings. He thinks they just need to do what Mahito did.
Yuji walks into the basement. He sees Maki. Yuta is surprised that Maki can move. Yuki claims that she couldn’t heal the scars. But she praises Maki for her physical strength. She feels regret that she couldn’t help her get the position of the head of the clan. Maki claims that she doesn’t chase the stuff. She asks Megumi about the barrier of Tengen. He tries to explain it. But Choso volunteers to do the job. He reveals the bodies of his brothers are on the way to Tombs of the Star. He can sense the bodies with his cursed technique. Yuki thinks the idea is cool. But Maki wants to know who the guy is. Yuji introduces Choso as his older brother.

The people get off the elevator. Yuji sees the blood on the floor. He guesses something happened there. Yuki reveals it was the case of twelve years. She realizes that all the distortions began from that time on. They get into the main palace. But they see nothing. Yuki points out that they were rejected by Tengen. She reveals Tengen won’t interfere with the real world. She mistook that they might have a chance to contact Tengen after the six eyes were sealed. She thinks she was too naive. She discovers that Tengen only rejected her. The people try to leave. But Tengen stops them. He calls the vessel for Sukuna.
