Do-Ha’s father Ki-Ho takes Do-Ha to his room in Last Summer episode 2. He tells his son that he can do anything because he’s an architect. Do-Ha drills a hole. He sees Ha-Kyeong through the hole. Ha-Kyeong is furious to throw the pencil at Do-Ha. Ki-Ho forces Do-Ha to be a friend of Ha-Kyeong. Do-Ha doesn’t want to know the girl because she almost blinded him.
Do-Ha tells Ha-Kyeong that she’s ugly when they eat at the table. She’s furious to have a fight with him. Her mother Ae-Jung locks the two kids in the room. The two kids play the video game together. Ha-Kyeong wins because Do-Ha let her win.
Do-Ha and his colleague Jong-Shin go to see the client. Do-Ha convinces the client to accept his design. He and Jong-Shin are on the way to return to the company Pluto Atelier. He remembers Ha-Kyeong told him that she doesn’t have feelings for him anymore. He receives a message from his friend Seung-Taek. Seung-Taek wishes to know what happened to Do-Ha and Ha-Kyeong. Because the girl hasn’t said anything for an hour. Ha-Kyeong grabs the cell phone from Seung-Taek. She learns that Seung-Taek is Do-Ha’s follower. She reminds him that Do-Ha is the defendant. She figures it out that he recommend the lawyer Soo-Hyeok to Do-Ha. He explains it to her that he didn’t expect that the lawyer would take the case. She thinks their relationship is over after knowing what he did. He persuades her to have a talk with Do-Ha. Because they hasn’t seen each other for two years. She’s furious to tell him that she and Do-Ha aren’t related. She thinks she won’t lose.
We go to the court. Soo-Hyeok’s client Gi-Man is suspected to take drug in the hotel room. The prosecutor thinks Gi-Han couldn’t sleep with a girl within three minutes in the room. But Soo-Hyeok takes out the evidence that the defendant has premature ejaculation. Soo-Hyeok walks out of the court. Ha-Kyeong is waiting for him. She asks him not to help Do-Ha. She claims that she won many cases. She thinks he’s not her rival. She gives the cases to him.
Soo-Hyeok meets Do-Ha in the office. He brings up that Ha-Kyeong fixed the house on her own. He thinks it’s disadvantageous to them. But Do-Ha doesn’t think so. Ha-Kyeong has a meeting with the people of Patan Town Community Service Center. Ji-Ae plans to let Ha-Kyeong go to support when it rains. Ha-Kyeong thinks Ji-Ae is crazy.
Ha-Kyeong breaks into Do-Ha’s study in the evening. She gets angry after knowing Do-Ha sent the money to her with the pretext of repair cost. He admits it to her that he sent the money to her for the repair cost. He mentions she didn’t take the duty after she got the money. He takes her to see the stump. He asks her to explain it to him what happened to his tree. She claims that the tree died because she was sick. He thinks she didn’t do a good job. He reveals he has twelve pieces of evidence that’s disadvantageous for her. He claims that he won’t let her win this time.
Ha-Kyeong wonders why Do-Ha came back. She claims that she’s not interested in his cases. But he knows she told him a lie. She tells him that she doesn’t trust him because he’s a fraudster. She regrets for not suing him two years ago. He says that he doesn’t feel sorry for her. She thanks him for being a trash in the end.
The next day, Ha-Kyeong visits Ye-Eun in Pacheon City Hall. Ye-Eun learns that there were only 40 percent residents agreeing to Ha-Kyeong’s plan. Nam-Jin shows up. He supports Ha-Kyeong. He signs the agreement because he’s also one of the Patan Town residents. Ha-Kyeong walks out of the city hall. Nam-Jin drives his new car to follow her. He asks her to get in his car. He expresses that he still loves her even if she hurt him. But she threatens to break the rearview mirror of his car.
Do-Ha is working at home. He goes to take snack for Little Watermelon. He finds Ha-Kyeong’s sleeping pills. Lee Seul’s grandpa calls Lee Seul. She runs to the cafe for seeing her grandpa. But she sees the guy Jeong-Han. She learns that her grandpa arranged a blind date for her. She rejects the guy because she has a boyfriend. She returns home. She blames her grandpa for arranging the blind date for her. Because he knows she has a boyfriend. He asks her to make a choice between him and her boyfriend. She cries to tell him that Seung-Taek is an outstanding man.
Seung-Taek plays hockey on the field. Lee Seul cheers her boyfriend on. Do-Ha shows up. The girl asks him to keep a distance from her. Because she wants to support her best friend. Ha-Kyeong returns home. She finds out that Do-Ha is installing curtains for her. He allows her to go to his room to sleep. But she pushes him out of her room. She locks the doors. She comes back from outside. She’s surprised that he’s still in her kitchen. He shows her the master key. He offers to give the house to her. But he asks her to do something with him.
The next day, Do-Ha and Ha-Kyeong go to the garden to buy the tree. But they don’t find the tree Do-Ha wants to buy. They’re on the way home in the evening. Ha-Kyeong falls asleep in the car. Do-Ha remembers Lee Seul told him that Ha-Kyeong couldn’t sleep because her mother was dead and her father went overseas.
Ha-Kyeong wakes up. She finds out that Do-Ha is looking at her. He persuades her to take care of her face. Because she will be aged soon if she doesn’t do that. They get off the car. Nam-Jin shows up. He treats Do-Ha as his rival. He trips on his own. The three are taken to the police station. Nam-Jin loses his mind after Ha-Kyeong took Do-Ha’s side. He reveals Ha-Kyeong asked him to cut those threes.

Ha-Kyeong and Do-Ha return home. Ha-Kyeong admits it to Do-Ha that she asked the guys to cut those threes. She threatens him that she will leave the house if he doesn’t leave. She goes to her room to pack her stuff. Ha-Kyeong leaves home with Little Watermelon. She visits Lee Seul. She notices that it’s pouring rain outside. Lee Seul has a talk with Seung-Taek over the phone in her room. She walks out of her room. She finds out that Ha-Kyeong left.

Ha-Kyeong returns to her house. The house is flooded. She enters the basement to take the box. But she’s trapped because she locked the door before. She thinks she will be drowned. Someone calls her. Ha-Kyeong wakes up from the couch. Do-Ha was the one who saved her. Ha-Kyeong goes to check the box. Do-Ha learns that his girl cares for their memories. He decides to stay for helping her get through the summer.
