She thinks she just doesn’t want to let her guard down. Because victory is her mission.
Ming Xian defeats the rival in the arena in Love in The Clouds episode 1. Her father God Lord is happy with it. She tries to take the key. But she’s attacked by someone. She’s not hurt because she dodged the attack. We learn that the person who attacked Ming Xian was Ji Bozai. He’s the guest fighter of Pole Star Abyss.
Ming Xian discovers that there was a fish she didn’t catch. She attacks Ji Bozai. She wonders why he didn’t fight. He looks at her eyes. They disappear. The people worry that Ming Xian is going to lose. The princess of Pole Star Abyss, Tian Ji. She worries that if they can defeat Ming Xian.
Ming Xian is sent to a mysterious space. She removes her mask. She finds out that the space limits her spiritual powers. She cannot maintain her battle armor. She thinks the guy isn’t simple. Ji Bozai shows up with a long sword. Ming Xian asks him who he is after knowing his strength. He’s surprised that she could say such words when she’s in his Spiritual Affinity Well. She claims that she can defeat him even if her spiritual powers weakened.
Ming Xian hurts her hand. She pulls out a blood sword with her blood. She rushes to him. She attacks him. But their swords are all broken after the fight. Ji Bozai praises Ming Xian for making a weapon with her blood. She says that she only knows to win. But he wants to defeat her. He flies into the air. He casts countless icicles to her. She uses her flame magic to resist. But she’s knocked away. She vomits blood when she falls onto the snow. She finds out that her arm was hurt.
Ming Xian comes out of Ji Bozai’s realm. She vomits blood when she lies on the floor of the arena. Her mother the empress of Yaoguang Mountain, Jing Shu worries about her. Tian Ji is very happy after her man won. Ji Bozai gets the key. He uses the key to open the tower. The old man announces that Pole Star Abyss won. Tian Ji thinks she chose a right man. The blessing goes to Pole Star Abyss. The people on the street cheer. We are told that they haven’t gotten the blessing within seven years.
Ming Xian leaves Blue Clouds Meeting after she was defeated. The people scold her. Because they cannot leave without the blessing. But nobody cares for her injury. Ming Xian turns around. She takes a look at the tower. She mentions she won for Yaoguang Mountain for seven years. But she thinks she never won.
Ming Xian returns to Yaoguang Palace. She tries to fix her arm. But she fails. Her pet Twenty-Seven shows up. He cares for her. She reveals her spiritual vein is broken. She figures it out that she was poisoned. She remembers Ji Bozai poisoned her. She thinks the guy is evil. Jing Shu shows up. Ming Xian gets up. She greets her mother. Jing Shu orders Ming Xian to leave. Ming Xian guesses her mother wants to drive her away. Jing Shu mentions Ming Xian’s spiritual vein is broken. She wonders if her daughter wants to be killed by the people who want to take her position.
Ming Xian begs her mother. She promises to fix her spiritual vein. She swears to take back what Yaoguang Mountain lost in the next Blue Clouds Meeting. She asks her not to drive her away. Jing Shu tells Ming Xian that she doesn’t intend to kick her out. She wishes her to live well. She tells her that it’s not a way out that she stays in Yaoguang Mountain. She thinks nobody can recognize her. She asks her not to come back forever. But Ming Xian promises to return to Blue Clouds after she fixes her spiritual vein.
Two months later, Ji Bozai drinks at the club Flower Moon Night. The beauties accompany him. The beauty mentions he came to the club after he won. He claims that he tried his best to fight Blue Clouds for the day that he can get anything. She points out that he asks for it when she has something. He touches her chin. He asks her what she has. He feeds her a grape. He throws a bag of gold to her before he leaves. She’s happy to thank him.
Ming Xian is at the club as well. She thinks Ji Bozai is a bad guy. Because he drinks with the fairies at the club after he won. She cannot approach him after she tried it for two months. He throws a banquet at the place after he got the title “Blue Clouds Fighter”. She wants to catch the chance.
Ming Xian drinks with the fighter Sun Liao. She flatters him. She mentions he did a good job in Blue Clouds Meeting. She thinks he’s not the guy who would be defeated by Ming Xian. He gets angry. He guesses Ji Bozai spread the rumor. He thinks Ji Bozai told a lie. But she says that it’s not related to Ji Bozai. He wonders why she told such words to him. She tells him that it’s a misunderstanding. She thinks it’s the right time. She falls from the stairs. Ji Bozai catches her. They look at each other’s eyes.
Ming Xian plans to trick Ji Bozai to save her. So she will catch the chance to approach him. But he tries to leave after he dropped her. She learns that the trick doesn’t work. She grabs his clothes. She begs him not to leave. Sun Liao guesses that Ming Xian plans to let Ji Bozai support her. But she tells him that Ji Bozai didn’t tell her about his case. She asks him not to blame Ji Bozai. Sun Liao is furious to ask Ji Bozai if he spread his rumor. He mentions Ji Bozai was just a prisoner. But he knew the princess Tian Ji.
Ji Bozai provokes Sun Liao that he was very fast. But Ming Xian was faster than him. Sun Liao tries to beat Ji Bozai. But Ji Bozai stops Sun Liao’s fist with one of his fingers. The doctor Yan Xiao shows up. He mentions Ji Bozai fought for a fairy. Ji Bozai releases Sun Liao. Sun Liao tries to beat Ji Bozai again. Yan Xiao reminds the guy that it’s Ji Bozai’s banquet. He asks him not to bring trouble. Ming Xian learns that Ji Bozai is hard to be approached. She decides to come up with another idea. The maid informs Ji Bozai that the banquet is ready.
The banquet begins. The guests wish to give Ji Bozai a toast. Because Ji Bozai got the blessing for them. Ming Xian looks at the guy. She remembers her master told her that she doesn’t have too much time. Ming Xian met her master. He found out that she was poisoned. He asked her not to use her spiritual vein. Because she will have a poison attack if she does so. Ming Xian needs to find the antidote “The Dream of the Yellow Millet” within one year, otherwise she will die. He learned that Ji Bozai did it. He guessed that the guy has “The Dream of the Yellow Millet”. He asked her to go to Pole Star Abyss to look for the guy. He promised to gather with her after he cleans the enemies.
Ming Xian notices that Ji Bozai poured out the wine. She figures it out that he refused to drink the wine because he worries that others would poison him. She realizes that he doesn’t trust anyone because he’s evil. The prince Han Feng arrives. He tells the guests not to greet him. He thinks those guys should treat him as their friend like Ji Bozai. Ji Bozai brings up that he needed to get on his knees to Han Feng’s pet when he was a prisoner. He asks Han Feng not to let him bow to him.
Han Feng laughs. He gives two maids to Ji Bozai. He asks Ji Bozai if he likes the present. Ji Bozai knows that Han Feng is watching him. He points out that the banquet was thrown by Tian Ji. He worries that the princess won’t be happy if he accepts the girls. Han Feng reminds Ji Bozai that he offends him if he refuses to accept the present. Ming Xian thinks it’s her chance. She rejects Han Feng for Ji Bozai. She mentions Ji Bozai promised to take her home when she holds his hand. But he doesn’t remember he said so.
Ji Bozai explains it to Han Feng that he doesn’t remember it because he promised many fairies. Yan Xiao offers to let Ji Bozai take the three girls home. Han Feng thinks it’s a good idea. He volunteers to arrange it. But Ming Xian goes against it. Ji Bozai also only wants to take a girl home. He offers to give a test to decide on the candidate. He wonders how the girls will take care of his spiritual animals in his Homeless Sea. Ming Xian knows there’s no spiritual animals in the sea. Because it’s stagnant water. But it will show that she has a goal if she answers it right.
Ji Bozai asks Ming Xian to answer his question first. She guesses that there are some fish and shrimp in the sea. She begs him to keep her. Because she thinks she’s more loyal than his spiritual animals. Han Feng’s maids answer Ji Bozai’s question right. But Ji Bozai chooses Ming Xian. He knows he shouldn’t betray sincere feelings because he was a prisoner. He mentions the fairy Ming Yi treats him as her lover. He thinks he shouldn’t let the fairy down. He rejects the other two fairies. Ming Xian learns that the guy is hard to be handled. But she makes it.
Ji Bozai takes Ming Xian home. Grandma Xun opens the gate. She’s the housekeeper in the house. Ji Bozai puts a blindfold on Ming Xian after they entered the house. She wonders why he did it. He takes a look at the Peek Grass. He carries Ming Xian into his room when he tells her that he likes it. The Peek Grass reports it to Han Feng.
Ji Bozai places Ming Xian on the bed. She asks him to take off the blindfold for her. He points out that she acted for coming to Homeless Sea with him. She admits it. But he brings up that she acted with Sun Liao. She’s angry and she tries to slap him. She thinks he did it too much. He grabs her hand so that his face isn’t hurt. She blames him for using Sun Liao to question her true heart. She doesn’t like the blindfold because she thinks he’s interrogating her. But he asks her to answer him the question.
Ming Xian learns that Ji Bozai likes to question her when she’s tied up. She mentions she didn’t notice it. He removes the blindfold. He asks her about what she did before she came to Flower Moon Night. She realizes that he’s interrogating her. She thinks she should come up with a way to block the guy’s mouth. She reveals she came to the club after her parents passed away. He wants to ask her another question. But she thinks he’s suspecting her. She learns that he doesn’t like her. She falls out of the bed when she wonders why he took her home.
Ming Xian hugs Ji Bozai when he cares for her. But he tells her that he doesn’t like warm girl. He pushes her away. He tries to kiss her. But he sees the fire outside. Ming Xian is happy with the fire. She runs out of the room for checking it.
Ji Bozai joins Ming Xian outside. She asks him what happened. Grandma Xun shows up. She reports it to the master that the small house in the mountain is on fire. She asks him to go to check it. Ming Xian intends to go to the mountain with Ji Bozai. But he goes against it. Because he worries that she will be hurt. He makes a barrier. He tells her that only he and Grandma Xun can enter the barrier.
Ming Xian breaks the barrier after Ji Bozai and Grandma Xun left. But she’s in pain because she used the magic. Twenty-Seven shows up. He reminds Ming Xian that she can only use simple magic because her spiritual vein is broken. She wonders why he did it so much because she just asked him to stop Ji Bozai from sleeping over. He doesn’t understand it as well. He mentions he just set a small fire. But the fire grew larger.
Ming Xian decides to take action when Ji Bozai isn’t at home. He takes over the item from Twenty-Seven. Ji Bozai and Grandma Xun arrive at the small house. They see the burning house. Grandma Xun suspects Ming Yi. Because it happened after the fairy came. She comforts Ji Bozai that she’s going to look into it. But he rejects it because he doesn’t want to disturb Ming Yi. He remembers he asked Bu Xiu to set a fire.

She goes to Ming Xian’s room. But the fairy isn’t there. Grandma Xun reports it to Ji Bozai. He turns around. He sees the house.
