Gojo and Marin go to the park in My Dress-Up Darling season 2 episode 8. Marin says goodbye to Gojo because she needs to go to see her friend. Gojo looks at the man’s photo on his cell phone. He wonders what kind of person Akira is. He doesn’t know Akira is a girl. Because he doesn’t see her face. She’s smoking with a man in a room. She sees Gojo’s message.
Marin meets with her friend. Her friend is surprised that Marin bought Kiss M camera. Marin is happy to reveal that she made the decision when she saw the camera. Her friend Suzuka praises her for her decision. She feels happy because Marin and her take the same camera. They wait for Amano. But the girl doesn’t come. Marin wonders what happened. She checks the message Amano sent to her. She learns that the girl got changed.
A Bad Meeting
Amano is taking photos with the fans. She cannot leave. She ran into a fan when she was on the way to see Marin. The fan wished to take a photo of her. She agreed to it. But more fans came. Marin finds Amano. She offers to take a photo of Amano. Amano is very happy after she saw Marin. Marin finds out that there are many people waiting in line. Amano apologizes to Marin. She explains it to her that she didn’t intend to do that. Marin comforts Amano that it’s fine. She thinks Amano’s dress is very cute.
Amano notices that Marin bought a camera. She plans to buy a camera as well. Marin takes photos of Amano. She reveals Gojo went to see the stylist. Suzuka brings up that one of her friends is a stylist as well. Gojo waits for Akira on the street. Akira sends a message to the boy. She says that she wears an embroidered jacket with dragon design.
Gojo looks around. He sees Akira. The two are shocked when they see each other. Suzuka introduces her friend Miyako to Marin and Amano. Marin is shocked because Miyako is very famous. She takes a photo of the boy. It’s Suzuka’s turn. She crouches down when she holds the camera. Amano wonders why Suzuka does so. Suzuka reveals the photo is different when she shoots from an upward angle.
Marin remembers Shinju crouched down to shoot when he took group photos. Suzuka tells Marin that she should shoot Amano from a bird’s-eye view if she wants to take a good photo of her. Miyako invites Marin and Amano to attend his party.
Gojo apologizes to Akira for mistaking her for a boy. She feels sorry as well because she mistook him for a girl as well. They sit on the bench in the park. He shows her the cosplay photo. He wishes to know the role of the cosplay. She reveals it’s her original character. He’s excited after he knew her role. He guesses she likes men’s styles. She admits it but she thinks her cosplay isn’t special. She mentions the sword is ordinary.
Gojo agrees to what Akira said. But he was moved by her cosplay. So he contacted her. He thinks her cosplay is amazing. She laughs and she thanks him. She knows he wishes to know about shaping. She agrees to teach it to him. But he wants to tell her about what he thought. She’s surprised. Because he sent many of his ideas to her. She realized that he looked at her cosplay very carefully. So she asked him for a meeting up.
But Gojo reveals it was just half of his thoughts. He tries to read the article he wrote on his cell phone. But he gets a call from Marin. He picks up the phone after Akira allowed him to do that. Marine learns that Gojo is at the bench. She plans to take her friend to see him because they’re not far away from him. He asks her to wait him for a while. He explains it to Akira that he came with his friend.
Akira learns that Gojo plans to gather with his friend. She thinks it’s fine. He’s happy to thank her. He tells Marine that his friend agreed to it. But she has seen him. He’s startled to stand up. He looks up and he sees her. She’s waving at him when she sees him. Akira sees Marine. She’s shocked. Marine runs to Akira and Gojo. She’s happy to reveal that Suzuka’s friend invited her to the party. She plans to take a friend to the party. It’s obvious that the friend Marine is going to take is Gojo.
Gojo introduces Akira to Marin. Marin is happy to introduce herself to Akira. But Akira still avoids Marin. Suzuka arrives. She recognizes Akira. Marin figures it out that Akira is Suzuka’s friend. She introduces Suzuka to Gojo. Suzuka is surprised that Gojo is a boy. She asks him to stay healthy. She sends a message to Miyako. She brings a bad news to him that Akira and Marin had a meeting.
The people go to the restaurant. Miyako is very happy after she removed her makeup. Marin shows Miyako’s photo to Gojo. She reveals Suzuka taught her how to take photos. Akira hands over the bag to Miyako. Miyako takes out a doll from her bag. She talks with the doll. Gojo remembers he talked with his doll. He’s very happy after he found out that he wasn’t the only one who talked with dolls.
Marin reveals she helped her doll wear clothes. She shows her friends the doll photo. She explains it to them that she didn’t take the doll because she worried that she would get her dirty. She reveals Gojo took the doll to the school.
Miyako gets a message from Aoi. Aoi is very sad because the cosplayers won’t come to take part in the shooting. Suzuka feels regret because they can only shoot Miyako and Akira. Marin is interested in the shooting. So she asks Suzuka about it. Suzuka reveals the shooting is about Hitsugi. Marin swears to take part in the shooting. Gojo doesn’t know what is Hitsugi.

Marin reveals Hitsugi is a horror game to find out who killed the nuns. She says that they need six roles. Amano wants to join the game. Suzuka and Miyako cry to thank the boy. Amano invites Marin to take part in the game. But she’s losing weight. She claims that she doesn’t have time to make the dress. Amano suggests that she can order dress like him.

Marine decides to take part in the group shooting after Gojo thought the idea is very good. Suzuka and Miyako are very happy. But Akira isn’t in a good mood. Marine decides to invite another cosplayer to take part in the shooting. She calls someone. Gojo realizes who is the person Marine is calling. He worries that the girl Zhuzhu won’t agree to it. Zhu Zhu is at the mall. She’s cold to Marine when Marine calls her.
