At the hospital, the doctor tells Si-Yeol that he just sustained some minor scrapes in No Tail to Tell episode 7. He thinks it’s unthinkable if the stuff smashed down slightly off-center. He guesses he did something good so that heaven blessed him. But nobody knows if he has the good luck next time. So he should be careful.

Si-Yeol leaves the doctor’s office. The nurse gets into the office then. She doesn’t see the doctor. The doctor shows up from behind her. It startles her. She thought he was in the office. He reveals he just came back from outside. She points out that the person finished the consultation and he left.

Eun-Ho breaks into the ward to look for Si-Yeol. She doesn’t find him. She’s anxious. He shows up from behind her. He wonders why she was anxious to call him. He tells her that he’s there. She yells at him. She says that she mistook that he was dead. He smiles. He guesses she was terrified. She mentions he asked her to care for him. He says that he’s fine. He wonders when she took his words seriously. She runs to him and she hugs him. She tears up. She tells him that she will kill him on her own if he dies. He laughs. He thinks her way to care for people is too extreme. She wonders if he’s fine. He reveals the doctor said that he just scraped his skin. She yells at him. She expresses that she was almost scared to death by him. She hits him. She thinks he should have watched by her side when she woke up. He’s happy to tell her that it’s hurt. She wonders where he went. He reveals he went to inquire after he heard that the test results are in. They’re fine. She feels relieved after she heard the good news. He offers to go home. She smiles when she looks at him.

Eun-Ho and Si-Yeol leave the hospital. They walk on the street. She takes a look at him. He looks at her. She avoids his eyes. She thinks it’s awkward. She wonders why he doesn’t say something. The leaf falls on her head. He tries to take off the leaf for her. But the leaf is blown away by the wind. They have an eye contact. He explains it to her that there’s a leaf on her head. But he’s no different from a beggar. He reminds her that he just visited hell. She doesn’t take the bait. She says that what she means is that he’s very dirty. She asks him to stay away from her. But he thinks it doesn’t work. Because her look isn’t better than him. She takes a look at herself. She figures it out that what he means is that she’s dirty as well. Eun-Ho and Si-Yeol go to the department store. Si-Yeol picks some clothes. She gives it to the salesgirl. Si-Yeol asks Eun-Ho if she knows how much they need to pay for the clothes. She points out that he found back his wallet. He admits it. But he doesn’t know his financial position. She reminds him that he volunteered to buy her. She wonders why he changed his mind. He explains it to her that what he means is that they should only buy a few t-shirts and jeans. She points out that they will be rich once she changes back. She persuades him not to be stingy. She asks him to go to swipe his card. She throws the clothes into his arms. She’s not embarrassed anymore. She wonders what happened.

Eun-Ho walks out of the restroom. Si-Yeol is waiting for her. They go to another clothing store. She tries to buy silk lingerie. He persuades her to go to buy sportswear. He thinks it’s fine as long as she can wear it at home. But she thinks the sleep quality is very important. She worries that she can do nothing well if she’s tired. She wonders if he doesn’t want to go back to the previous life. He agrees with what she said that sleep quality is very important. She’s happy to nod. She wants to buy a bottle of perfume. She smells it. She feels pretty good. He wonders if she cannot buy the cheap cucumber soap. He thinks the soap smells wonderful as well. He mentions there’s no bathtub at home. But the person still wants to buy bath bomb. He has nothing to say. He lets her buy it.

Eun-Ho is interested in the cell phone. She claims that it’s very inconvenient that she doesn’t have a cell phone. Her cell phone is still in the mountain. Si-Yeol points out that Eun-Ho doesn’t have any person that she can contact. But she says that she wants to call him.

Eun-Ho and Si-Yeol sit on the couch to watch the TV. Eun-Ho decides to order the TV. He thinks they don’t need the big TV because their house is very small. She says that she cannot watch small TV. She thinks it’s better that the TV is more larger. He’s surprised that the nine-tailed fox is so materialistic. She mentions what he said that they don’t know how long the situation will continue.

Si-Yeol goes to swipe his card. The Cashier tells Si-Yeol that his card balance is insufficient. Si-Yeol complains it to Eun-Ho that he’s out of money. He asks her to return the items. But she runs away and she removes the tag. She shows him the tag. She tells him that the tag dropped.

At the book signing event, Woo-Seok tries to sign for the man. But he sees a black business card in the book. The man tells Woo-Seok that his name is Lee Yoon. Woo-Seok remembers he saw the man in the courtroom. The man was a defendant. Woo-Seok stands up from his chair. He recognizes Lee Yoon. Lee Yoon is surprised that Woo-Seok still remembers him. He thinks it’s been so long since that happened. Woo-Seok is furious to punch Lee Yoon. He tries to beat him. But he’s stopped by the bodyguards.

Si-Yeol and Eun-Ho return home in the evening. Eun-Ho is tired to lie on the couch. She thinks it’s a home even if it’s very shabby. Si-Yeol wonders how he encountered such a person. He puts the items on the floor. She claims that she just bought essentials. He doesn’t know what to do because they’re out of money. He asks her if she has a plan. She says that she can earn money. She thinks he only knows to play football. She mentions she lived for hundreds of years. She has the skills even if she has no magical powers. She brags that she’s good at everything. He wonders if he can expect her when he sits on the chair. She says, “Of course.” She asks him if he heard Hobbyist. She tried every interesting thing. She learns that he doesn’t know it. She wonders if he knows where she learned English. He’s surprised that she can speak English. She revels she learned everything from the school. She thinks it’s very easy to raise him. Although he wants to trust her, he feels uneasy. She thinks he shouldn’t be so broke even if his fate is changed. She says that it’s ridiculous that his account balance is running low after one shopping. He agrees with what he said. He played football for some time, and he made some money. His house isn’t good, and he doesn’t have a car. He wonders if he has other fixed-term passbooks. She tells him that human can squeeze out some money somewhere if he’s driven to desperation. But he asks her to speak out her plan. He wonders if she’s going to do the hypocritical good deeds. He thinks the case wasn’t a coincidence. So they saved those kids. But they cannot expect that there’s that kind of coincidence again. She tells him that it’s not coincidence. It’s fate. She thinks those guys in heaven have a shred of conscience. She guesses it was ten lives. She figures it out that heaven decided to help them.

Eun-Ho guesses Geum-Ho is stunned when she eats wild vegetables in the mountain. But Geum-Ho doesn’t think show when she shows up. Eun-Ho is startled by Geum-Ho. She asks her to knock at the door before she comes in next time. She doesn’t want her to appear suddenly. Geum-Ho promises her sister. She tells Eun-Ho and Si-Yeol that heaven doesn’t plan to help them. She checks Eun-Ho’s bead. She doesn’t see any magic power. She wonders if Eun-Ho does good deeds diligently. Si-Yeol asks Eun-Ho what happened. She doesn’t know it as well. She asks him what they’re going to do.

At the book signing event, Lee Yoon is hurt after Woo-Seok beat him. Sang-Cheol is friendly to hand over the water to the guy. He asks him if he needs to go to hospital. Lee Yoon rejects it. Sang-Cheol persuades Woo-Seok to apologize to Lee Yoon. But Woo-Seok yells at his father. He reminds him that his life was ruined because of the guy. It promotes Sang-Cheol to think that Lee Yoon and Woo-Seok know each other. Lee Yoon says that he and Woo-Seok’s entanglement is deeper than he had imagined. He mentions Woo-Seok’s reaction after he saw the business card. He thinks they should have a talk alone.

Woo-Seok gets his father to leave the meeting room. Lee Yoon takes out the business card. He learns that Woo-Seok saw it before. But it’s a fake. Lee Yoon tears up the business card. He asks Woo-Seok a favor if he’s just a client of the nine-tailed fox. He says that he and the fox have a misunderstanding. He wants to talk things out and clear up the misunderstanding. He asks Woo-Seok to contact the fox. After all, he will pay handsomely. But Woo-Seok has no reason to do that. He wants to see him suffer all his life more than anyone. Lee Yoon brings up Si-Yeol. He can tell that Woo-Seok is close to Si-Yeol. He reminds Woo-Seok that he didn’t hit him or ruin his life. He thinks he did it too much that he’s so emotionally charged. Woo-Seok suddenly gets headache. He sees a memory about him and Eun-Ho. Lee Yoon wonders if the fox did something to Woo-Seok’s memory. Woo-Seok remembers Eun-Ho got Geum-Ho to delete his memory. He realizes that he found something, and the fox thought he will hinder her. Lee Yoon wonders if it’s a weakness. Woo-Seok yells at Lee Yoon. He says that he doesn’t remember it. Lee Yoon calms Woo-Seok down. He asks him to leak what what he found out if he helps him recover the memory. He knows someone who can help.

At Si-Yeol’s house, Eun-Ho tells Si-Yeol that she worries that she will die of old age as a human. She wonders why the magic power cannot be stored. He thinks the problem is because her intentions aren’t pure. She needs to do good deeds to accumulate magical power, according to what she said. But she waited for the person to jump down. She tried to set a fire and put out the fire then. He thinks the idea goes against the original intent of doing good. She takes a look at him. She thinks his look of picky and stingy is like those guys in heaven. She points out that it’s different this time. They saved the real children in danger. But he tells her that her starting point was wrong. He offers to use the orthodox way of doing good. But she rejects it. Because it needs two hundred years. She wonders if he wants her to pick through trash in the neighborhood. He says that it’s not what he means. He thinks they should confirm it first. They can sincerely do the things that they don’t try to be clever. It’s like doing volunteer activities.

Si-Yeol and Eun-Ho go to the nursing home. They tell the reception that they want to do volunteer activities. Eun-Ho claims that they didn’t come to recuperate. Si-Yeol reminds Eun-Ho that she should keep her thoughts pure. He tells the reception that they want to do the hardworking volunteer activities. They prefer physical labor. The nurse shows up with the old man. She calls Si-Yeol. But he doesn’t know who she is.

Si-Yeol and Eun-Ho work in the laundry room. Eun-Ho takes the quilt out of the washing machine. She complains it to Si-Yeol that the quit is too heavy. She points out that the quilt is wet. He persuades her to do a good job. She mentions she used to lift a stick to wash clothes by the river. She doesn’t want to go back to the time. But the machine is broken.

Si-Yeol and Eun-Ho dry quilts in the yard. Eun-Ho tells Si-Yeol that she doesn’t want to fall for a human. She waters him. Lee Yoon and Secretary Choi visit the person who can help Woo-Seok recover memories. But the person isn’t there. Secretary Choi reveals Mr. Kang’s wife and children passed away after he moved there. Lee Yoon is scared. But he still asks Secretary Choi to find the guy.

At the nursing home, the nurse scolds Si-Yeol and Eun-Ho for wetting the quilts. Eun-Ho talks back that the quilts will dry soon. Si-Yeol takes off his t-shirt for drying the t-shirt. But Eun-Ho wants him to wear it. She falls to the ground when she argues with him. He’s close to her after he fell with her. The guys of Daeheung Citizens Soccer Club recognize Si-Yeol. Eun-Ho pushes Si-Yeol away. But those guys misunderstand the two.

Si-Yeol takes Eun-Ho to the cafeteria to have lunch. He introduces her as his girlfriend to his teammates. He’s told that his grandma is at the nursing home as well. He mistook that her grandma passed away. He goes to see his grandma when she’s playing cards with Coach Park in the ward. He cries. He gives his grandma a hug.

Si-Yeol drinks coffee with Coach Park at the cafe. Coach Park reveals the club is going to pay the medical expenses of Si-Yeol’s grandma. He asks Si-Yeol not to thank him. Because he hates him. Si-Yeol returns to the ward to accompany his grandma. He feels guilty that he didn’t take her to go to travel. But she tells him that he has done it. She’s happy to show him the travel photos.

Outside the ward, the old man tries to strangle Eun-Ho. Si-Yeol stops the old man. The old man’s daughter-in-law apologizes to Eun-Ho. Si-Yeol wonders why the old man did it. In the old man’s ward, the old man tells the nurse that he doesn’t know why he did it. The old man’s son shows up. He apologizes to Eun-Ho. She remembers she met the old man ever.

Si-Yeol and Eun-Ho return home. Si-Yeol notices that Eun-Ho isn’t happy. So he cooks for her. They have dinner on the roof. She reveals the old man was her client. She doesn’t remember what she did to the old man. But she knows the guy hates her. Si-Yeol isn’t surprised because he experienced it. Eun-Ho learns that heaven wants her to reflect. She thinks she got Si-Yeol involved. But he asks her not to feel guilty. Because he thinks it’s not a punishment. She tells him that she wants to date him.
