Zoro practices swordplay on the ship in One Piece Season 2 episode 3. Dracule Mihawk tells Zoro that he’s weak. He just uses a small knife to make Zoro step back. He says that he’s not his rival. He thinks he cannot reach his level if he keeps doing so. Zoro tries to resist. But Mihawk still suppresses Zoro. He says fish.
Usopp tries the catch the big fish. Zoro goes to help Usopp. Usopp brags that no beast is his rival. Sanji chops the fish in the cabin. He finds out that the fish in the Grand Line is so different. Mr. 9 is surprised that Sanji is impressed by a fish. Zoro wants to gag Mr. 9. Nami returns to the cabin. She complains it to those guys that the weather is unpredictable. Sanji tries to show off his technique and style. But Zoro points out that what Sanji cuts is dead. Nami comes back again. She reveals there’s a blizzard outside. Usopp offers to make a snowman. Sanji and Usopp run out of the cabin.
Mr. 9 laughs after he realized that what kind of person Zoro is. He thinks Baroque Works shouldn’t have tried to recruit Zoro. It promotes Zoro to wonder if he needs to tell Mr. 9 how he killed Mr. 7. He believes that he can beat him because Sanji did it. Mr. 9 asks Zoro to until so that he will see how powerful he is. But Zoro isn’t a fool.
In the room, Luffy meets Miss Wednesday. He thinks her name is funny after he knew her name. She says that the name is a code. He asks her if she likes to be an assassin. She says that she likes it very much. He wonders why her partner wears a crown. She reveals the guy does it because of childhood trauma. He intends to go to take a dried squid for her. But she doesn’t want to eat it. She plans to come up with a way to flee if his interrogation ends. He claims that he’s not interrogating her. He wants to know her. She tells him that he just needs to know that she’s an agent of Baroque Works. He takes out a knife.
Luffy unties Miss Wednesday. He takes her out onto the deck. Zoro and Nami see Miss Wednesday. They draw their weapons. Nami questions Luffy how Miss Wednesday got free. Miss Wednesday tells Nami that Luffy helped her. Zoro holds a sword to Mr. 9’s throat. He asks Luffy if he knows what an assassin is. Luffy knows about it. But he doesn’t think Miss Wednesday wants to hurt them. Nami wonders why Miss Wednesday attacked her. He says that his gut tells him that Miss Wednesday can be trusted. Zoro unseals Mr. 9’s mouth. He allows him to say something. Mr. 9 praises Luffy. He begs him to release him as well. Nami persuades Luffy to tie the assassins up.
Miss Wednesday points at the island. It promotes the Straw Hats to go to see the island. But Miss Wednesday and Mr. 9 catch the chance to flee. Usopp thinks it’s a solution.
The Straw Hats arrive on Cactus Island. The people are nice to them. Luffy guesses those guys like pirates. But Nami doesn’t think so. The guy walks to Luffy after he heard that they’re pirates. Luffy introduces himself as the future King of the Pirates. The guy gives Luffy a hug. He reveals the people in Whisky Peak like pirates very much. He introduces himself to the Straw Hats. His name is Igaram. He’s the mayor of the town. Nami is surprised that Igaram likes pirates. He tells Nami that the people in Whisky Peak loves tales of adventure. The place is one of the first stops on the Grand Line. They found out that welcoming pirates is a lot easier than fighting them. He stops the sister. He brings a good news to her that they’re going to entertain another pirate crew. The sister hopes those guys will be funny like Tulip Pirates. Sanji promises the sister that they will be way more fun. Usopp wonders if Tulip Pirates are still there. Igaram reveals those guys left. Luffy asks Igaram if he likes assassins as well. He says that the two assassins escaped his ship. He guesses they might wash up on the island. Igaram comforts the captain that he has power to take care of the assassins. Nami finds out that her Log Pose doesn’t reset. She asks Igaram how long it takes. He tells her that the Log Post will reset by morning. She learns that they have to stay the whole night on the island. He promises her that she won’t forget the night. He takes the people to go to taste the finest Whisky Peak. But they need to tell about their tales of adventure.
At the bar, the Straw Hats are partying. Usopp brags that he fought the monster for saving Sanji. Sanji tells the people that what Usopp said isn’t true. Luffy reveals the whale released his crew after he sang a song. Igaram shows up when he sings. He learns that Luffy is a music lover. Luffy tells the guy that he’s looking for a musician for his crew. Igaram thinks it’s a tempting proposition. But his responsibilities lie elsewhere.
Miss Wednesday and Mr. 9 arrive on the island. Mr. 9 complains it to Miss Wednesday that his sock is wet. She reminds him that Mr. 8 hates to wait. She thinks the guy won’t accept the excuse that they were swallowed by a whale. She thinks they need to find the guy immediately. She tries to leave. But he stops her. He expresses that he wants to go with her. He worries that she will take all the credit. He thinks she shouldn’t shift all the blame. She comforts him that it wasn’t their fault. She promises him that she will tell Mr. 8 that he helped her. He’s surprised that she will do that. She reminds him that they’re partners. She believes that the Straw Hats have arrived. It includes Zoro. She will go to report it to the boss. He needs to tie up loose ends. So Mr. 8 will be happy with it.
At the bar, the sister is drunk to sleep at the table. Nami takes the cash from the table. She claims that she outdrank the sister fair and square. She plans to sketch the island. But she sees the painting. She guesses there’s a great view from on top of the cactus mountains. The sister wakes up. She persuades Nami not to go to the mountains. Because it’s very dangerous. But Nami insists on going to the mountains. She guesses the sister conceals a truth that there’s a treasure. The sister begs Nami not to take the money. She says that the money is from the collection plate. She cannot tell the congregation if Nami does it. Nami tells the sister that it’s her business. She leaves the bar.
Luffy joins Zoro. He thinks he gathered an amazing crew. They made it to the Grand Line. They’re one step closer to their dreams. But Zoro feels very down. Because he cannot defeat Mihawk. Luffy comforts Zoro that he can feel it in his gut that he will defeat Mihawk after he fights the strong rivals on the journey. Zoro asks Luffy if his gut told him to let the assassin go. Luffy is hungry. His stomach tells him that he should eat dessert. He saw a bakery on their way into the town.
Sanji talks with the two lovely ladies. He’s told that they’re twins. He wants to make a little dessert daiquiri for them. But they prefer straight up. He tries to make it for them. But one of the ladies claims that they don’t drink the swill. Another lady reveals those guys put the best bottles in the lounge upstairs. She guesses Sanji wants to taste the wine. She asks him to take his friend. Sanji runs to Usopp. He informs him that the two ladies want him to taste their finest.
At the bakery, Luffy eats the apple pie. He expresses that he likes it very much. But Igaram prefers the boysenberry. Luffy tells the guy that he will pay for it. But Igaram doesn’t need Luffy to pay. It promotes Luffy to think that Igaram is nice to pirates. Igaram confesses it to Luffy that he has ulterior motives. Luffy thanks Igaram for not killing them. Igaram brings a bad news to Luffy that not everyone is like them on the Grand Line. He mentions he’s a high bounty pirate. Luffy is surprised that Igaram knows about his bounty. Igaram claims that they hear all about the happenings of the various Blues. He wonders why someone wants to catch the young pirate like Luffy. Luffy reveals he defeated a marine and an evil butler. He killed a fishman who kidnapped the people of Nami’s village. Igaram learns that Luffy helped many people. He suggests that he shouldn’t trust anyone. But Luffy knows Igaram is a good person. He thinks the assassin lady is a good person as well. Igaram realizes that what Luffy meant is Miss Wednesday. Miss Wednesday shows up. Igaram is Mr. 8. He plays the saxophone. Miss Wednesday dances. It makes Luffy pass out on the floor.
Miss Wednesday gives Mr. 8 a hug. He tells her that he worried about her. She thinks the mission was a success. Nami gets into an abandoned building. She finds the bodies of Tulip Pirates. The guy shows up from behind her. He thinks she shouldn’t have seen it. She realizes that the people in the town killed the pirates. He comforts her that he will bury her as well. Nami stuns the guy after a fight.
In another abandoned building, Zoro is peeing. The two guys show up. Zoro stuns them. Nami reports to Zoro that the place is a trap. She asks him about the others. She thinks they should leave the island. He reveals Luffy went to look for a bakery. Usopp and Sanji are still at the bar. Nami decides to go to look for Luffy. She asks Zoro to get Usopp and Sanji at the bar. They will meet back at the merry in the end.
Zoro breaks into the bar. He knocks the two guys away. He claims that the two cannot take him down. Mr. 9 shows up. He applauds. He praises Zoro. Zoro tells Mr. 9 that he has known that they killed the pirates. Mr. 9 reveals they also stole the pirates’ loot. Zoro wonders if Mr. 9 did it for his costume budget. Mr. 9 claims that he did it for Baroque Works. He tells his people that Zoro killed Mr. 7. He tempts them that anyone who kills Zoro can be frontier agent. The guys at the bar begin to grab their weapons. Mr. 9 is confident that he will win. Because they have the numbers on their side.
Zoro puts on his headscarf. He thinks it’s a good chance to use his new swords. He kills some of the guys. But he stops when he faces the sister. The sister asks Zoro to forgive her. She catches the chance to spray him with the mist. The cross in her hand turns into a knife. She walks to him. She stabs his shoulder. He kicks her away. She tries to attack him the second time. But he stuns her. The shooters shoot Zoro on the stairs. Zoro runs over the table. He hides behind the table. So the bullets cannot hurt him.
Mihawk shows up. He reminds Zoro that he only killed 40 agents. He thinks he won’t surpass him and Yoru if he doesn’t learn to use his new swords. He will shatter his swords like he did before. Zoro throws the table at the agents. He fights them. He has killed 63 agents.
At the bakery, Miss Wednesday persuades Mr. 8 to go to steal Luffy’s ship. She thinks they have no choice. Luffy wakes up. He gets angry after knowing Mr. 8 is in cahoots with Miss Wednesday. He yells at Miss Wednesday. He claims that he won’t let her steal their ship. Miss Wednesday and Mr. 8 run out of the bakery. They drive the car away. Luffy grabs the car with his hand.
At the bar, Zoro has killed 72 agents. He reaches the second floor. But the agent who holds a mace blocks Zoro’s way. Zoro is knocked into the room where Usopp and Sanji are kidnapped. Usopp asks Zoro to save them. Zoro kills the two female agents. He asks Usopp to go to prepare the ship. Sanji stops Zoro from leaving. He thinks he should untie them. Zoro kicks the knife to Sanji. He reminds him that he’s good at using knife.
Zoro gets out of the room. He’s chased by the agents who holds a mace. Zoro makes the agent fall off the bridge. He has killed 92 agents. He’s close to Mr. 9. But the guy flees. On the street, Luffy hits the window of the car when Mr. 8 is driving. He sees Nami. He grabs the two buildings. It makes Mr. 8 and Miss Wednesday get out of the car. Luffy tells Nami that the two are Baroque Works. Miss Wednesday tries to make Nami believe that she and Mr. 8 are good people. But Nami only knows that Miss Wednesday and her friend drew them into a trap. Luffy reports it to Nami that Miss Wednesday wanted to steal the Merry. Mr. 8 feels sorry. But they have to do that.
Miss Valentine laughs when she shows up with Mr. 5. Miss Wednesday guesses the two were sent by Mr. Zero. She claims that they don’t need backup. But they didn’t came to backup. They have known Miss Wednesday’s true identity. Mr. 5 mentions someone has been poking their nose into their group’s secrets. Nami realizes that the two didn’t come to kill them.
Mr. 5 picks his nose. Miss Wednesday realizes that it’s Bomb Bomb Fruit. He casts the bomb to the four. The four run aside. The car explodes. Nami notices that Miss Valentine disappeared. Miss Wednesday tells Nami that Miss Valentine can change her body weight at will. Miss Valentine flies to Nami and Miss Wednesday. She hits the ground. Nami and Miss Valentine take Luffy and Mr. 8 to flee.
Zoro walks out of the bar. Mr. 9 is waiting for Zoro. He tells him that he will face his elite guards. He gets his elite guards to attack Zoro. Zoro kills Mr. 9’s elite guards. Mr. 9 fights Zoro. He’s knocked into a building. He’s scared when Zoro chases him. Miss Monday shows up. She punches Zoro. But she’s beaten down. Mr. 9 casts two ropes to Zoro. He ties him up. Miss Monday walks to Zoro. She beats him.
Miss Valentine and Mr. 5 chase Miss Wednesday into a building. They think they should call the girl princess. Miss Wednesday notices that Mr. 5 is picking his nose. She tries to flee with her friends. But they’re hit by the bomb.
Outside the bar, Mr. 9 hears the explosion. He guesses Zoro’s friends were killed by the senior agent. He laughs. Zoro grabs Mr. 9’s rope. He makes the guy hit Miss Wednesday. He has killed 100 agents. He tells Mihawk that it’s just the start.
Luffy, Nami, Miss Wednesday and Mr. 8 survive. Miss Wednesday explains it to Nami that she and Igaram went undercover in Baroque Works to bring them down. So those guys are after them. She thinks it doesn’t matter if she believes them. They will be killed if they don’t leave the island.
Igaram was hurt. He tells Miss Wednesday that he cannot go to the ship with her. But she wants to die with him. He wipes away her tears. He introduces himself as the Captain of the Alabasta Royal Guard to Luffy. He asks Luffy to take his princess to safety. Because the future of their nation depends on it. Luffy promises to protect the princess. Nami thinks the guy shouldn’t promise. They don’t know what kind of danger they’re involved in. She asks Igaram for one billion berry. Zoro shows up. Nami tells the guy that they just got a job. Igaram decides to hold the agents off so that the Straw Hats can flee with the princess. Luffy wants to help Igaram. But Igaram thinks the princess’s safety is the priority. Miss Wednesday doesn’t want to abandon Igaram. He reminds her that only she can save the nation. He gives her a goodbye kiss.
Igaram walks out of the house. He faces Miss Valentine and Mr. 5 alone. Mr. 5 asks Igaram to surrender. He tells him that he will die in the fake town. Miss Valentine mentions the rule of the group that traitors must die. Igaram shoots the two. Miss Valentine and Mr. 5 run away.
Miss Wednesday goes to the ship with the Straw Hats. She worries about her friend. Igaram looks for Miss Valentine and Mr. 5. Miss Valentine appears suddenly. She hits Igaram’s wound with her umbrella. The guy is killed by Mr. 5. On the ship, Miss Wednesday sees Igaram dying in front of her. She cries. Nami gives the girl a hug to comfort her.

The next day, Miss Valentine and Mr. 5 get into the bar. They find Mr. 9 who’s drinking on the floor. Mr. 5 tells Mr. 9 that the lady he knows is a traitor. He asks him to help them find the girl. He will take revenge. But Mr. 9 refuses to tell anything to the two. Mr. 5 threatens Mr. 9 that he will be killed if he refuses to help them. But Mr. 9 doesn’t want to betray Miss Wednesday. Because the girl is his partner. He reminds the two the they failed. Because Miss Wednesday fled. He believes that Mr. Zero will kill them as well. Miss Valentine is heartless to kill Mr. 9.
On the Merry, Luffy tells Zoro that Miss Wednesday needs help. Miss Wednesday holds the handkerchief Igaram gave her. She promises him that she won’t let him down. She ties the handkerchief around her hair. She tells the Straw Hats that her name is Nefeltari Vivi. She’s the Princess of Alabasta. Baroque Works has been sowing dissent between her father and their citizens. Putting their nation on the verge of civil war. She doesn’t know those guys’ goal. Igaram and she discovered the true identity of Mr. Zero. They need to tell the information to the king. But she notices the fallen petals. Robin shows up. She thinks Luffy’s ship is good.
