Eight months ago, Economos takes Flag to ARGUS in Peacemaker Season 2 episode 2. They see the news that Flag is appointed as the new acting director of ARGUS. Economos notices that the new director isn’t excited. Flag claims that he’s not like Waller. Economos admits that Waller was weird. Flag reveals he wasn’t interested in the job. But the president chose him. Economos calls Flag old friend. Flag learns that the guy is flattering him. He tells him that it won’t work.
Economos takes Flag into Flag’s office. Flag asks Economos for the full report of his son’s death. But Economos doesn’t wish Flag to be sad. Flag claims that he can handle it. Economos explains it to Flag that it was Waller’s order. But Flag doesn’t want to listen to the guy’s explanation. Flag gets the report soon. He learns that Peacemaker killed his son. He’s furious to hit his desk. He walks out of his office. He asks Bordeaux to monitor Chris. But she points out that Chris is in their agency’s grace because of his work in Project Butterfly.
Chris finds out that he killed Peacemaker-2 in the Quantum Unfolding Chamber. He tries to hide the body. But he fails. He returns to his room. He calls Adrian. He asks for the bone saws. He goes to the bathroom. He washes the blood off his body. He cries. Leota returns home. She’s very happy when she sees her dogs. She takes the hair stuff. She’s going to leave. But she runs into Keeya. Keeya learns that Leota is going to go to visit Chris. She scolds the girl because Leota didn’t inform her before she came. She reminds her that they broke up. Leota notices that Keeya wears a nice uniform. Keeya has known that Leota started a spy business. Leota mentions Keeya told her to follow her dreams.
Emilia goes shopping at the store. She runs into a customer. The customer mistakes that Emilia was beaten by her husband. She wants to help her. Emilia throws a fit to the customer. Economos is monitoring Chris’s house from his van. Someone opens the doors of the van. Economos points his gun at the person. The person raises his hands. Fleury introduces himself to Economos. He reveals he was sent by Bordeaux. Economos still doesn’t trust Fleury. He wants to see Fleury’s badge. He asks him to take it out slowly.
Fleury laughs. He points out that Economos cannot shoot him because he doesn’t remove the holster. He shows him the badge. Economos learns that Fleury is his colleague. He complains it to the man that Bordeaux didn’t call him. Fleury gets into the van. He guesses the lady thought Economos needs some backup. He wonders if Economos likes a hug. But Economos prefers a nod. Fleury laughs. He thinks it’s cool.
Chris makes a cup of coffee after he took a shower. He turns around when Leota visits him. Fleury sees Leota from the monitor. He wonders who is the girl. Economos reveals the girl is one of his friends. Fleury tells the guy that Bordeaux sent him there because the lady worried that he will betray the group. Economos claims that he only cares for his job.
Chris and Leota are outside the house. He disallows her to enter the house. He explains it to her that the house is a mess. Eagly comes out of the house. Leota is very happy when she sees her old friend. But Eagly attacks her. Chris tells the girl that Eagly likes her. But she doesn’t so. Eagly flies away. Fleury mistakes Eagly for a parrot. He reveals he has a bird blindness.
Chris shows Leota the Quantum Unfolding Chamber. He reveals it’s a dimensional portal that leads to 99 other universes. The dimensional portal is in the bedroom of Chris’s father. But the bedroom belongs to Chris. Chris tells Leota that he didn’t use the portal too much. She mentions he didn’t leak it. He explains it to her that he thinks it’s not a big deal. He throws a fit to her after she won the debate. She notices that he’s going to have a breakdown.
Leota informs Chris that Flag is monitoring him. Flag has known that Chris killed his son. Leota got the information from her friend. She suggests that Chris shouldn’t use the portal. She asks him to give the portal to those guys. He claims that the portal belongs to him. But she reminds him that he will be sent to prison if he keeps the portal.
Adrian shows up with a toolbox. He greets Chris and Leota. Leota asks the two to come to the party before she leaves. Chris takes Adrian into the house. He opens the portal even if he knows he’s monitored. Fleury notices it when he stares at the monitor. He gets a call from Bordeaux. She asks him to take a team to sneak into Chris’s house after Economos and Chris leave.
Adrian and Chris are in the Quantum Unfolding Chamber. Adrian is told that Chris killed his doppelganger from another dimension. The world is better than the current world. Adrian thinks it’s cool. He wants to see his doppelganger. But Chris persuades his friend not to do that. Because he has tasted it. The two find the body. Chris asks Adrian to get rid of the body. He doesn’t wish his brother and his father to find it. The big monster shows up when Adrian and Chris are disposing of the body. Chris throws a fit to the big monster. The big monster leaves from his portal. Adrian laughs. He wonders who is the guy. Chris complains it to his friend that the guy never responded to him after he greeted him many times.
Chris returns to his bedroom. He takes out his cell phone. He checks the group photos of him and Emilia. He takes a look at the portal. Fleury monitors Chris in the van. He sees the guy getting into his car. The agent decides to take action. But Fleury stops the agent because he worries that Chris will come back to take the present.
Economos visits Emilia when she’s dressing up in her bathroom. She opens the door. She asks him to inform the people to the roof. He follows her when they’re on the way to the roof. He’s surprised that she volunteered to play host. She complains it to him that Eagly tried to kill her when she visited Chris. He laughs when they reach the roof. He finds out that the place is very nice.
Adrian shows up with two cases of beer. Emilia wonders how the guy reached the roof. She’s told that he came from the fire escape. She’s not happy with it. He gives the beer to her and Economos. Leota is very happy after she saw her old friends. Chris gives Economos a hug. Adrian mistakes that Chris and Leota came together. Chris denies it. He reveals he ran into the girl in the stairwell. Leota notices that Emilia’s eye was hurt. She cares for the girl. Chris drinks with his friends. He thinks nobody can break them apart.
Fleury and the agents get off the van. He assigns the tasks to the agents. They break into Chris’s house. One of the agents discovers the portal in the bedroom. Eagly attacks him before the guy opens the portal. The agents try to shoot Eagly. But Eagly is too powerful. Fleury cannot help his teammates because his bird blindness. The entire team is wiped out. Eagly returns to his house after he drove out the invaders.
Chris doesn’t know what happened. He has fun with his friends on the roof. He pretends to be fishing. It promotes Emilia to walk to him. He mentions she came because of his fishing line. He worries that he didn’t respect the lady. Leota drinks with Economos. She tells him that he’s very important to them. She reveals Chris and Emilia had a gathering alone. They’re excited after they found the little secret. Leota is told that Economos is nervous because of his job. She persuades him to resign. But he needs to earn money. She gives him a hug. She thinks it’s the only way to help him.

Fleury passes out on the ground after Eagly attacked him. The teammate wakes Fleury up. He asks the guy to retreat because the agents were hurt. Chris and Emilia enjoy the night view together. He asks her about the injury. She reveals she was beaten by a guy at the bar. He knows the bar. Because he followed her to the bar ever. He thought she’s cool. He tells her that the bar is a good place to fight. She learns that he thinks she intended to go to the bar to get into fights. She tells him that he’s the troublemaker. He thinks they’re a certain type of people. But she denies it. Chris tells Emilia that he worries about her. But she knows he wishes her to be a broken bird. She walks away.

Chris is drunk to return home. Eagly is waiting for Chris in the bedroom. Chris gives his brother a hug. But Eagly is shy to fly away. Chris tries to text Emilia. She doesn’t receive his message. Because she blocks his number. He goes to another universe through the Quantum Unfolding Chamber. He hears that his brother and his father are looking for him. They found the blood. They don’t know what happened to Chris. Chris receives a message from Emilia. Her heart is broken because of what he did to her.
