In a village, the girl Kusimayu looks at the sky in Pluribus episode 9. Her mother walks out of the house. She asks Kusimayu to have meal. She tells her that the time is up. Kusimayu is excited. She reveals she kept cleaning the same place. A plane arrives at the airport. The village head takes over the box from the person on the plane. He drives the jeep to return to the village. The box is in the jeep.
Kusimayu holds a sheep sitting in the village. Her mother sings a song for her. She notices the sky is blue and the air is fresh. She thinks it means hope. The village head arrives. Kusimayu tells her mother that she’s not afraid of it at all. She puts down the sheep. She follows her mother. Her mother takes out a metal bottle from the box. She promises Kusimayu that they won’t hurt her. The bottle is opened. Kusimayu smells the smoke. She passes out. Her mother puts her on a mat. Kusimayu convulses. But she’s fine soon. She smiles to get up from the mat. She releases the sheep. Her mother puts the box back to the jeep.
Carol and Zosia watch Manousos’s ambulance at home. Carol wonders how long the guy will arrive. Zosia thinks it’s about two hours. Carol figures it out that Manousos was the guy who yelled on the plane. She asks Zosia about the guy’s goal. Zosia doesn’t know it. She reveals the guy refused to talk to them. But he received Carol’s first video. She guesses Manousos is heeding Carol’s call. She thinks she should avoid the guy when he arrives. She worries that the guy will be unhappy if she’s there. She suggests that Carol shouldn’t be there as well. But she respects her decision. Carol learns that the guy came from Paraguay. She thinks she owes it to him. She decides to send him away after she meets him. She mentions he’s not a dangerous person. She wonders if the guy is dangerous when she looks at Zosia. Zosia tells Carol that Manousos won’t hurt her.
Manousos drives the ambulance to Carol’s house. He gets off the ambulance. He informs the lady that he arrived. Carol walks out of her house. Manousos claims that he didn’t join those guys. He wants to save the world. He tries to approach her after she introduced herself. But she stops him. She asks him to give up his machete. She reminds him that the place isn’t dangerous. He puts his machete into the ambulance. He opens the doors of the ambulance. He asks her to have a talk with him in the ambulance.
Carol returns to her house to take her cell phone. She comes out soon. She contacts Zosia. She expresses that she doesn’t want to get into Manousos’s creepy ambulance. But the guy grabs the cell phone from Carol. He throws it into the sewer. She’s furious to tell him that she won’t see him. She gets into her house. He picks up her cell phone from the sewer. He rings the doorbell. He agrees to her plan. But he needs an umbrella.
Manousos takes Carol to the field. He opens the umbrella. He asks her to come to him. He reveals he worries that those guys will watch them. She offers to have a talk in her house. He disagrees. He worries that there’s a bug in her house. She doesn’t believe it. He follows her into her house. He finds a sensor. She calls Zosia. She blames her for spying on her. She reveals she found the stuff in her liquor cabinet. She thinks she put it. Zosia reminds Carol the day that she was freezing her eggs. She reveals the device is a movement sensor. It detects when the cabinet is opened. It records then. She emphasizes that she didn’t put it. Carol realizes that Helen put it. Zosia feels sorry for letting Carol remember her deceased girlfriend.
Carol hangs up. She tells Manousos that the one who put the sensor was her ex-girlfriend. Her ex-girlfriend did it for preventing her from drinking. He learns that she was talking with those guys. She takes him to a house. She asks him to sleep in the house tonight. But he refuses to do that. Because the house doesn’t belong to him. She realizes that he wants to sleep in his ambulance. She doesn’t care for it. She leaves the house. Because she worries that her wine is cold. Manousos doesn’t choose his ambulance. He calls his friend. He learns that the weirdo who talked with Carol was Zosia. He wants to talk with Zosia as well.
Carol wakes up on the couch at home in the evening. She turns off the music. She carries a chair to block the door. She does it for preventing Manousos from getting into her house. She glances out the window. She sees Zosia’s car parking at Manousos’s house. She runs into Manousos’s house. She sees Zosia and Manousos. She asks Manousos to explain it to her what happened. He mentions what she told him to have a talk. She scolds him. Because she doesn’t want him to talk with Zosia. She learns that Zosia has told everything to Manousos. She takes Zosia to leave the house.
Carol takes Zosia to return to her house. She locks the door. Zosia explains it to Carol that she had to answer Manousos. Carol knows it. But she doesn’t understand why Zosia was honest to the guy. Zosia explains it to Carol that it’s not their nature to deceive them. She tells her that she loves her and Manousos. Carol gets angry. Because Zosia slept with her. She thinks she’s an important master to Zosia. Zosia cannot deny it. Carol asks Zosia to stay away from Manousos. She reminds her that the guy carried a machete. She reveals the guy badmouthed her. Zosia lies on the floor. She convulses.
Carol realizes that Manousos did something. She rushes into his house. She sees the weirdo convulses like Zosia. She persuades Manousos not to do that. She worries that he will kill many people. But he ignores her. He goes back to his ambulance. He takes a radio. He lets the weirdo hold the radio. He tries to wake his friend Rick up. Carol shoots the wall. She stops Manousos’s crazy plan.
Zosia wakes up in Carol’s house. Carol gets Zosia to lean up against the chair. Zosia is fine after she drank the water. Laxmi calls Carol. Carol tells Laximi that she didn’t do that. She knows what Zosia is going to do. Zosia leaves Carol’s house. She worries about Manousos. Carol comforts Zosia that the guy is fine. Zosia takes the guy’s side. She explains it to Carol that the guy informed them before he took action. She feels sorry for the guy. She drives away.
Carol opens the trunk. She releases Manousos. She tells him that those people are going to leave the city again. But he thinks he did nothing wrong. He knows he’s going to save the world. He asks Carol if she wants to save the girl. She ignores him. She drives away.

The next day, Zosia swims in the pool. Carol reads a book at the pool. She takes Zosia to the beach. They take bath together in a bathtub. They go to the snowy mountains. They return to their big house then. Carol lets the stove warm her feet. Zosia brings the drink to Carol. Carol wonders if Zosia had a boyfriend before the joining. Zosia admits it. Carol learns that Zosia is planning to get her to join them. Because they have her eggs. They only need to extract the stem cells from the eggs. She gets angry. She thinks Zosia doesn’t love her. But Zosia denies it.
Carol takes the helicopter to arrive at Manousos’s house. She says goodbye to Zosia. She agrees to save the world with Manousos. He notices the box Zosia left. He asks Carol about it. She reveals the atom bomb is in the box.
