Nam-Sook takes Kyeong-Do to deliver clothes in the evening. She has known the rumor of her son and the woman. Kyeong-Do claims that Ji-Woo is just his friend. Kyeong-Do goes for a run. His ankle is hurt. He blames Ji-Woo. He visits his friends Se-Young and Woo-Sik. He decides to resolve the problem before he goes to Chicago. Because his mother was affected by Ji-Woo. He knows the woman is going to go to the UK. He swears not to forgive her.
The next day, Se-Young meets Ji-Woo at a cafe. She persuades her to attend the friends gathering. Ji-Woo wonders why Se-Young told her about it since it’s Kyeong-Do’s request. Se-Young guesses the guy felt sorry. But Ji-Woo thinks Kyeong-Do felt embarrassed. She thinks the guy cannot see the reality.
Se-Young takes Ji-Woo to visit Kyeong-Do. Se-Young explains it to the guy that she thought it will be better if he can has a talk with Ji-Woo alone. She flees. Kyeong-Do returns to the house when Ji-Woo is waiting for him on the couch. He complains it to Ji-Woo that Se-Young took someone else to his house. But she thinks he’s selfish. Spring 2007, Kyeong-Do takes Ji-Woo to Se-Young’s house in the evening. She realizes that she needs to sleep in the house. He comforts her that the brothers live there as well. Kyeong-Do is at his house. Han-Kyung calls him. She wants to put one of his photos on the news. He returns home. He finds the photo in his room. But his mother wants to place the fridge in his room. Because she knows he won’t get married. He leaves home.
Ji-Woo shows up at Se-Young’s house with a new look. She’s very happy after she saw Woo-Sik and Jeong-Min. The two guys reveal Kyeong-Do cried on the show after Ji-Woo didn’t come. Ji-Woo is surprised that the man cried for her. He claims that he did it because he was honest. But Se-Young disagrees. Because many people cancelled the tickets. Kyeong-Do wonders why she’s obsessed with the past. She points out that he was the one who wanted to recall the past. Kyeong-Do, Ji-Woo and their friends take a group photo outside. Ji-Woo laughs. Kyeong-Do takes a look at his girl.
Kyeong-Do and Ji-Woo walk on the street in the evening. He asks her to choose the man carefully. She hopes she won’t encounter the man like him. He agrees with what she said. She laughs. Min-Woo is playing tennis on the tennis court in the evening. He’s told that his wife went out alone. Ji-Yeon is outside Nam-Sook’s laundry shop. She looks at Nam-Sook and her husband. She thinks the place is very good.
Han-Kyung and Kyeong-Do have dinner at a restaurant. She thanks him for saving her. She wonders if Ji-Woo is going to go to the UK. He doesn’t care for it. Because he and the woman are over. She thinks she just needs to act well since her only love rival is out. She reminds him that she confessed her feelings to him. He remembers she promised to buy him shoes as long as he goes out with her. She claims that it was confession. He gets a call from Ji-Yeon.
Kyeong-Do returns home. Ji-Yeon is waiting for him. He thinks it’s their first time to meet. But she reminds him that they had a meeting in the cafeteria at the school. She confesses it to him that she was the one who send the person to take a photo of him and Ji-Woo. She thinks he’s the only one who can keep Ji-Woo. Kyeong-Do claims that he’s not related to Ji-Woo. But Ji-Yeon points out that he drank for her sister. She knows he still cares for Ji-Woo. She mentions her mother and her husband aren’t good people.
