In Rimuru’s mansion, Shuna runs in the hallway in That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime Season 4 episode 1. She finds Shion and Diablo. She asks the two if they saw Rimuru. Diablo feels regret for not seeing the guy. Shuna looks out the window. She wonders where Rimuru went.
A Brand New Day
Rimuru reaches the mountain top. He looks at the city. He thinks the city is developing very well. He remembers the National Foundation Ceremony came to a close. In the beginning, it was just a Goblin village. As it grew and expanded step by step, the village turned into a town. The number of companions also increased. Including the Dungeon in beta, various urban planning projects were currently underway. He wishes he will create an environment that humans and demons can help each other. He jumps down from a tree. He asks his partner to aid him. A light ball shows up. She asks her master to leave it to her.
Rimuru walks on the street. The stall owner asks Rimuru to take away the Takoyaki. Rimuru tastes the snack. He burns his tongue. The demon asks Rimuru if he came to patrol the streets. Rimuru admits it. He thinks inspection is also an important job.

He thinks it’s a man’s romance. He believes that all the kingdoms will be connected by the magic train. Rigurd tells Rimuru that the New Assembly Hall will be completed. Rimuru remembers Rigurd told him that the building is magnificent. Rigurd thinks it will let Rimuru’s glory be known by people.
But Rimuru isn’t interested in it. He thinks it’s a good thing that the city is growing. Gobkyuu asks Rimuru if the dungeon developed well. Rimuru thinks it’s a good question. He reveals he carried Gobta’s research facilities into the dungeon. He opened an elf shop on the 95th floor.
But the guy is angry about the dungeon. He complains it to the goblins that he only saw enemies, and he didn’t find rare gear. He thinks they don’t plan to let him pass the test. He grabs the goblin guard’s collar. He tells him that it’s a fraud. They only know to defraud people out of their admission fees. He blames demons.
Benimaru shows up. The guy runs away after he saw Benimaru. Rimuru arrives. He guesses something happened. The goblin reveals the challenger complained that he couldn’t reach the second floor no matter how many times he tried. There were many people like the challenger. Rimuru apologizes to the goblin for letting them suffer. Benimaru thinks the challenger is a loser. Rimuru agrees with what Benimaru said. But he worries that the running will be affected. He thinks he should reflect on himself.
In the classroom, the teacher Hinata is teaching. She asks her students if they know the skill characteristics of the mage who controls elf. Rimuru raises his hand when he yells. But he’s recognized by the students. Hinata walks to the guy. She asks him what he’s doing. He claims that he’s on an inspection tour. But she throws him out of the classroom. She closes the doors. The students are afraid of the teacher after they saw what she did to Rimuru.
Outside the classroom, Tiss asks Rimuru if he’s fine. He says that he wanted to take Hinata’s class. She laughs. She thinks the kids listen to Hinata. She thanks the teacher for coming to teach. Hinata is an expert who can manipulate the elf. She thinks it’s suitable that letting her teach the kids. Rimuru is surprised that Hinata agreed. Tiss notices that the kids are very happy after they came to the school. They become friends immediately.
Rimuru thinks he shouldn’t let Yuuki stay in Kingdom of Englassia since the guy is the mastermind. He returns to his mansion. He smells the smell. Shuna shows up. She feels relieved after she saw Rimuru. She asks him to taste the cake she developed. He’s excited after he saw the cake. He believes that it’s delicious. She wished he would be the first one to taste the cake. So she has looked for him.
At Free Guild in Kingdom of Englassia, Yuuki drinks coffee in his office. He doesn’t know what to do after he realized that Rimuru suspected him. He wishes he won’t be the slime’s enemy. Laplace wonders if it was a wrong move to provoke the slime. Kagali mentions Yuuki incited Seven Luminaries and made Hinata raid the demon king Rimuru. She thinks what he did was known by Rimuru.
Laplace believes that Yuuki wouldn’t leave any evidence, according to his boss’s style. Yuuki reveals the plan was through another person. But he knows Shizu Teacher and the slime’s relationship. The papers they used were made by the empire. He thinks it’s a stretch if he claims that there is no contact between the two sides. Rimuru obtains circumstantial evidence. Kagali offers to revise the plan since the slime has suspected it. The plan cannot continue. But Yuuki thinks there won’t be any problems if they maintain the status quo. He thinks they just need to let Rimuru not go against them. Because people will change their minds, according to different circumstances. After all, the guy asked them to help him run the dungeon.
Rimuru wished Yuuki promoted the dungeon in the guild. Laplace tells his boss that it’s suspicious. Tear guesses it’s a trap. But Yuuki thinks Rimuru gave the proposal based on the pros and cons. He decides to watch it while he plays a card. He says that it’s for their ambitions. After all, he doesn’t give up western hegemony.
In Jura-Tempest Federation, Rimuru eats pudding with his people in the meeting room on the 100th floor in the dungeon. He reveals the adventurers were defeated on the first floor. He believes that there won’t be any adventurers reaching the 10th floor. He says that it’s a major crisis.
Veldora is shocked after knowing it. He wants to know the chances of their appearing. Ramiris doesn’t want her masterpiece to be overlooked. Gard thinks it happened because there were too many rookies. Rimuru offers to give those guys some tips. Masayuki wants to give a lecture about how to raid the dungeon. But Rimuru thinks he did it right to invite the guy to attend the meeting. Veldora tells Masayuki that he will have a good future. Ramiris mentions Masayuki came from another world with Rimuru.
Rimuru introduces Veldora to Masayuki. He reveals Veldora is the boss of 100th floor. He introduces Ramiris then. Ramiris was the elf who created the dungeon. She’s one of eight star demon lords. Ramiris asks Masayuki to be her follower. Gard reminds the demon lord that the boy is in a difficult position. He mentions they came up with a good plan because of Masayuki. He wants to make a suggestion as well.
The next day, the adventurers are told that they will get 100 star gold coins if they pass the 100th floor of the dungeon. It promotes the adventurers to come to the dungeon after they received the message. Rimuru sees the guys from his office. He thinks the reaction was quite intense. Masayuki asks the slime if he really wants to give the gold coins to the winner. Gard points out that the one who guards the last floor is Veldora. So they need to provide the money for the winner.
Veldora laughs. He believes that there’s nobody being able to defeat the greatest dragon like him. Rimuru says that those guys won’t have any chances. Gard agrees with what the slime said. She decides to go to make another cup of tea for him. She runs out of his office.
Diablo tries to leave Rimuru’s office. But Rimuru stops Diablo. He mentions he didn’t reward him for raiding the Kingdom of Farmenas. Diablo claims that he doesn’t need any rewards. It’s his wish to do his very best for Rimuru. He wants a subordinate who can takes care of miscellaneous tasks. Rimuru learns that the powerful demon doesn’t want to just make tea. Diablo denies it. He claims that it’s his job to take care of Rimuru. He explains it to him that the tasks he meant is ruining others’ countries. He thinks he can stay by his side at all times as long as the subordinate can do the job for him. He plans to invite an old friend to join them. He wishes he prepares a body that her friend can possess. Rimuru offers to prepare a puppet. Diablo agrees. He will make his friend not reject it. Rimuru promises to go to prepare. He asks Diablo not to come back covered in injuries. Diablo is moved. He disappears.
