Anko finds Nazuna and Kou in Call Of The Night Season 2 episode 9. Nazuna greets Anko. Anko sees that Nazuna and her new friend got along well. Nazuna mentions someone is living in Anko’s house. Anko heard the rent is very cheap because the house was listed as a haunted house. She tells Kou that she came to see him. She worries about him because she only kills vampire. Anko doesn’t want to kill Kou. But she’s ready for it if she has to do that. She gives the boy the last chance. But he decides to live with Nazuna. Anko thinks the boy is very cool.
Powerful Detective
Nazuna meets with the vampires. She reveals Anko knew their weaknesses because Anko killed her father who turned into a servant of the vampire. Kabura is surprised that Nazuna had a friend ever. She yells at Nazuna. She thinks the girl should let her know about it early. Seri figures it out that Nazuna knew the detective. Nazuna apologizes to Seri. She reveals she knew it was Anko when she heard the detective.
But Nazuna didn’t want to confirm it. She didn’t wish Anko to hunt vampires because of the revenge. She thinks it happened because of her. She promises to stop Anko. Midori notices that Nazuna is changed. Niko thinks Nazuna has grown up. She asks the vampires to destroy their weaknesses. But she still thinks they should be careful.
Kou walks on the street alone. She thinks how Anko will kill Nazuna. Akira shows up behind Kou after she heard his words. She worries about him. They go to a park. She brings up Halloween. He remembers it was Halloween when Anko’s family was ruined. He reports it to Niko. But she doesn’t believe that Anko will hurt humans. She promises to let the vampires know it.
Anko is in the room. She tries to shoot herself with the revolver. She gives up the mind in the end. There’re many people appearing on the street. They celebrate Halloween. The bad guy Kimura tangles the pretty girl Lira in a dark alley. Anko punches him. She knows he has a wife but he still pursued pretty girls. She promises to keep the secret from his wife. But she asks him to do something for her.
Kou and Akira appear on the street. They find out that the people are doing cosplay. Midori recognizes Kou. She learns that Akira is Kou’s friend. She hands over the flyer to the girl. She invites her and Kou to come to her cafe. Kabura asks Kou to do cosplay. But he’s not interested in it. She’s furious to scold him. Kou wears the vampire clothes. Akira puts on the maid outfit. Midori invites the girl to work with them.
Kou and Akira find Nazuna who just drank. Nazuna is happy to run away. Kou thinks Niko’s clothes are ordinary. But she claims that she can tempt students. She asks him to be a great vampire. She says goodbye to him and Akira. She walks on the street. She plans to make a new servant. Someone appears behind Niko. She shoots her. We learn that the person is Anko. She wears a mask. But we can still recognize her. She flees soon. Niko falls down. She gets up. She’s told that she was shot.
Kou hears the gunshot. He sees the masked Anko. He’s told that there was a girl falling down. Anko flees to the alley. She takes off her mask. Seri and Akihito are outside the cafe. They look at the crowd. Seri asks Akihito if he saw any girl he likes. But he tells her that she’s very cute. She’s shy and she thinks he’s a fool. She asks him to go to search for prey. But he likes her.
Akihito asks Seri to play a policewoman. A policewoman shows up. She shoots Seri’s eye. Niko runs into Kou. She thinks he was right. She reveals Anko carried a gun. He wonders why Anko did so. Because vampire cannot be killed by a gun. Kou thinks Anko shouldn’t have taken the risk. Anko laughs after she shot Seri.

Seri gathers the vampires. She decides to kill Anko. Kou takes Anko’s side. But Seri thinks they can resolve the problem after they kill Anko. She plans to surround the detective when there’s nobody. Kou yells at Niko. He wishes her to do something. But she thinks they have no choice. She persuades the boy that it’s time to take action. Akihito reveals he’s in anger after Anko hurt Seri. He asks Kou not to stop them. He leaves with Seri.

Niko doesn’t want to hurt Anko because she knows Nazuna won’t be happy with it. But Anko used the gun on the street. She asks Kou about his plan. Akihito finds Anko in the alley. He tries to attack her. But she throws him into a trash can. She asks the vampires to come to catch her. She flees to the school. She opens the door of the classroom. Nazuna is waiting for Anko. She calls her Holmes. Anko calls Nazuna Watson.
