Camille meets Robert in Silo Season 3 episode 6. She mentions what he said that he knew where Juliette was going. He says he did it. But she got away. She was helped by one of her Mechanical friends. He chased them, but they got down here first and disappeared before he could get a chair.
Robert thinks his wife knew he was down here. She talks back that people take notice of where he goes. She will take it from here. He wants to stand up for himself. He says he knows Greasetown. And it’s still on edge. She says she has got Jo and Chad, she thinks she can manage. She doesn’t trust him. He pretends to be a good husband. He says he should be here for her. They could split up. But she doesn’t give him the chance. She asks him to go home to Anthony. It’s the place he should stay.
He says it doesn’t have to come to that. She says it will if she cannot find Juliette. She walks away with the two bodyguards.
Camille calls Emerson. She tells her that she’s below the gap. When Nichols was a fugitive, she was caught down here. Find out where. Judge Sims is headed up. Keep eyes on him for his safety.
Shirley and Knox carry Bernard into Walker’s room. Bernard says he needs to lie down. Have some water. Patrick sees Bernard. He’s surprised that he’s alive. Bernard lies in the bed. Walker gives him some water. Patrick asks the people in the room anybody else coming back from the dead? The old sheriff, maybe his wife? Walker asks Knox did anybody see him? He says just Teddy.
Bernard greets Lukas Kyle. He’s very happy he’s still alive. Lukas Kyle laughs. Walker didn’t think Bernard would survive the move. He asks her isn’t there a small part of her that’s happy to see him again? Juliette returns. She says she remembers. She knows what they have to do.
Emerson calls Camille. She reports to her that the address she were looking for is a workshop on 144, occupied by Martha Walker.
In the workshop, Lukas Kyle says one of the lines must have been a pipe. Bernard figures it out that Lukas Kyle put the hard drive he smashed back together. The diagram he found showed lines coming from outside. Lukas Kyle says there’re two lines. One goes to IT, and the other goes to Judicial. And he didn’t know what the lines were, but that’s why he went to the mines. Patrick doesn’t believe those guys are gonna put some killer pipe where criminals dig all day.
Lukas Kyle explains it to Patrick that there’re tunnels in the mines that go up and down the Silo. And he almost made it to the line that goes into IT when they gassed the mines. Bernard says the lines going into IT carry electricity from Silo 1. So if the generator stops there’s always power in IT. Knox figures it out that the line that goes to Judicial, that’s the Safeguard.
Juliette reveals Jimmy said the same thing. Jimmy is the guy that she was with in Silo 17. Bernard asks Juliette did Jimmy tell her where the lines entered into Judicial? She says he had an old blueprint, but it’s gone.
Camille is on the way to the workshop. Teddy sees her. In the workshop, Knox asks about their blueprint. Lukas Kyle says if they have a blueprint, it would be on that hard drive which is back in IT. They’re not gonna get to that. Patrick believes that Robert can get it for them. Walker asks Juliette where Robert is. Juliette says the guy went to see Camille.
Lukas Kyle asks Juliette is 17 the same as their silo? She says they’re exactly the same. Knox figures it out that if they find the pipe in 17, they find it here. Shirley asks Juliette is there a way to communicate with Jimmy? Walker says every silo has its own frequency. She thinks she can try it. But Juliette says she never saw Jimmy with a radio. She never found a radio.
Teddy breaks into the workshop. He says Camille is coming this way. Walker realizes that they have to move Bernard again.
Billings meets Hank. He mentions what Carla said that when she became Head of Supply they had 70 years of light bulbs left. Since someone started stealing them, it’s down to two. Hank doesn’t know what to do. Billings says first, they keep this to themselves. It’s only been three months since one rebellion, they cannot have another one. Then they find out who killed Orla Kent. When they do, they might find out who stole the light bulbs. Or if they find out who’s been stealing light bulbs, maybe they find out who killed Orla Kent.
Camille arrives at the workout. Juliette is waiting for Camille. She does it to protect Bernard and others. She tells Camille that they should talk before she arrests her. She offers to go somewhere without cameras. She says she remembers everything.
It flashes back. The van is driving on the highway. Daniel tells Helen that they’re now going 70. They probably should have tried to jump out when they were still in the city. She said that, and then he said that they would die even at 40. He says only horribly injured. But now, they’d definitely just be a smear. She asks him to take out the key. He does it. She grabs the key. She throws the key out of the van.
He doesn’t understand why she did it. She explains it to him that if they get the fob away from the van, it will stop working. He doesn’t think so. He says her kid tosses it, and she shuts down in the middle of I-95? Not safe. She says safe isn’t what she’s feelings right now. He says no brakes. No steering. This is like what happened to Charlotte’s squadron.
He asks her if she thinks someone in Iran is driving the van. She doesn’t know, but someone is. Stensen’s been sounding the alarm on how AI can be used by hackers. So maybe he was on the Nimitz because he feared the planes would be compromised. And they were.
Daniel thinks they’re neck-deep in crazy. He needs something with a flat edge. He sees Pez when Helen looks for it for him. She gives the flat edge tool to him. He says brakes are simple. She steps on a pedal, it activates a line which makes the brake pads squeeze. But whoever’s driving this, is doing something with the electronics to stop that. So if he can access the. Daniel tries to do something to the braces. But his hand is hurt. It’s bleeding. Helen dresses his wound. She asks him if he will die. He hopes he won’t die.
At present, Juliette and Camille go the the barn. Juliette tells Camille that she knows about the voice. Camille tries to deny. But Juliette asks Camille not to do that. Camille doesn’t want to talk to Juliette about it. She tries to leave. Juliette tells Camille that she knows she didn’t go into a refuge hut. She doesn’t know what it tells her, but she went into another silo. It’s not dead. There’re kids in it.
I don’t remember there were kids in silo 17. So Juliette lies. She wants to make Camille feel sorry for those kids. Camille has a son. Will she buy it?
Juliette says the kids are alone, and somehow they’ve managed to survive. She promised them that she would go back to them. That’s what she remembers. She remembers that she said she would bring them back here. Camille thinks it’s an insane request. Juliette asks Camille to let her ask the voice, and it can decide. Camille is cold to reject it.
Juliette laughs. She reminds Camille that people treat her like a living Founder. If she jumps off the stairs, they’ll follow. Juliette is getting smarter in episode 6. She knows to leverage her influence. She isn’t a lamb led to the slaughter.
Juliette asks Camille if she wants to see what else they’re willing to do for her. Camille can tell that the lady is threatening the Silo. Juliette denies it. She says she wants to save the kids. Camille takes out an accessory. It’s glowing. Juliette asks Camille if she’s sure there’re no cameras here. It looks like it knows they’re talking.
It flashes back. Daniel tries to stop the van. But he fails. Helen sees the car. She asks the people in the car to go to call the police. But she’s ignored. The car drives away. Helen tells Daniel that she has an idea.
At present, Billings and Hank visit Mark. Mark claims that he makes things. He doesn’t steal them. Hank says they’re just hoping Mark knows somebody who does. Mark claims that he only associates with Pact-abiding citizens. He thinks Hank knows it. Hank says they’ve got something pretty serious going on. They could really use his help. Mark says serious, like getting chucked over the rail? He mentions there’re two raiders guilty of throwing his best friend to his death during the rebellion.
But he doesn’t hear Billings and Hank asking about that. Billings asks Mark if his friend was Lee Torgenson. Was he thrown over for using a weapon he made for him? Mark is furious to ask Billings who is he? Billings says he’s the sheriff. If Mark doesn’t cooperate, they will arrest him. Mark says Billings isn’t a sheriff, he’s an accident. He got the job by default. Now he’s standing here wearing Holston’s hand-me-downs, and they’re one size too big.
Mark asks Billings to go to arrest his wife if he wants to arrest someone. He thinks people don’t know about her and the Outsiders? Trying to get them all killed? Billings takes out his handcuffs. Mark asks Billings is he going to drag him out of here? That will look great.
Hank tells Mark that they’re not threatening him. They’re just in a tough spot, and they really need to know if anyone has info on things disappearing from Critical Supply. But Mark refuses to help Billings. Billings promises Mark that he will look into the raiders if he gives them something useful. But Mark doesn’t believe that Billings will do that. Billings says he will get their names. He will give them to Mark. Whatever Mark does with that information is up to him.
Mark agrees. He says he made the weapons for Knox. Knox’s father was crooked as a screw. He used to steal diamond drill bits from Supply, and sold them on the black market as jewelry. Hank takes Knox’s father’s side. He tells Billings that the guy is out of the game. But Mark thinks the guy will know more than he will. He asks Billings if he can use it. Billings and Hank try to leave. Mark asks Billings for those names. Hank worries about Billings. Billings says he’s fine.
It flashes back. Helen tells Billings that they’re going to sit and wait. They sit in the back seat of the van. She says all it takes is one person to see an empty van driving by itself, and they will call the cops. But he doesn’t think it will work.
At present, Camille opens the door of the vault. Juliette gets in the vault with Camille. Legacy recognizes Juliette. He asks her why she’s there. She says she knows what happened when she went outside. In Silo 17 there’re kids, she wants to bring them back here. Silo 17 is flooding, and they’re gonna die. She’s not working against the Silo. She’s not working against him. She’s not a threat.
He says the numbers predict disaster for the Silo if she leaves. He refuses to help her. She says it’s not her. They will send someone else to get them. He says the numbers predict disaster if residents from another silo joins Silo 18. He rejects her again. She says they’re kids. They’re gonna die in 17. He says they’d be invasive. He rejects her the third time.
Camille tries to take Juliette to leave the vault. But Juliette comes back. He asks Legacy what if she goes back on the memory drug? Is that what he wants? She will do it. He can even drug the kids. And then they won’t be a threat to anyone here. He asks her how many children?
Camille and Juliette get out of the vault. Camille tells Juliette that she knows she’s making a play. Juliette says she isn’t. She has her word. She mentions Camille lied to her. She drugged her for three months, and she questions her honesty? She will find someone to get the kids, and then she will go back to being her mayor.
It flashes back. Helen and Daniel are in the van. She complains it to him that they’re in the middle of nowhere. Don’t rental cars have, like locator things? He says he got it from Joe’s sketchy car rental. There’s no locator. She says he’s a congressman, so people are gonna notice if he doesn’t show up for work. He says not for at least a day. They will just be glad he’s not babbling about infrastructure reform.
She asks him about Charlotte. He says saw her a couple of days ago, she barely knew who he was. And Crnkovich asked him to stay away for a little bit while she gets focused therapy. But, he said she’s doing better, so it’s a good thing at least.
Daniel asks Helen any potential rescuers in her corner? She says she got fired, so nobody there’s expecting to see her ever again. And she’s a pretty terrible friend. It takes her weeks to call anyone back. He says if they did just want to kill them, they’ve had plenty of opportunities. They could have driven them into a bridge abutment or off a cliff, or into a tree. But they haven’t, which, she knows, leaves the possibility they could be going someplace nice. She laughs. She realizes that they’re over.
At present, Juliette returns to Waller’s workshop. She finds out that Lukas and Kennedy aren’t in the workshop. Waller says Kennedy just wouldn’t stop talking. He needs a rest. So Waller found them an empty single down the hallway. She asks Juliette where she went. Juliette says she went to the Vault with Camille. She spoke to Legacy. Waller asks Juliette what Legacy said.
Juliette reveals she said she wants to send two people to 17, and bring the kids back here. Waller asks Juliette if Legacy believed her. Juliette thinks so. Waller asks Juliette is Legacy a person or a machine? Juliette doesn’t know. Waller asks Juliette who she’s going to send. Juliette says when she went out she didn’t have a choice. She had to keep going. There’re thousands of bodies out there. So, whoever they send have to be able to walk through that, and not wanna turn back.
If she had the choice, she doesn’t think she could do it. Waller says they better be strong. And they’ve gotta be smart. They’ve gotta find that pipe. They’ve gotta figure out how to cap it. Bernard says they need to be engineers. The best they have. Waller persuades Juliette to go to ask. They can always say no.
Knox finds Shirley. He asks her what happened. She says she cannot stop thinking all of them could be gone. Before they ever get a chance to. He says he knows. But they cannot think like that. They just have to focus on what they can do.
Billings and Hank show up. Billings tells Knox that they need a talk. Knox walks out of his room. Billings tells Knox that it’s about his father. Knox says it’s not a good time. Hank persuades Knox that it will just take a minute. Billings asks Knox does he know about his father’s connection to the market in stolen goods? Knox says he’s not doing it right now. Cause he isn’t. Billings believes that Knox is trying to protect his father. Knox is furious to ask Billings is he kidding him? Is he really asking him that?
Billings says yes he is. Knox asks Billings what is he gonna do? Does he think he’s afraid of his badge? Hank persuades the two to calm down. This is about a murder. Orla Kent was killed. Knox says he doesn’t know the lady. Billings doesn’t believe Knox’s words. He mentions Orla was the shadow to the head of Supply. She was at the Silo Council.
Knox yells. If he says he doesn’t her, then he doesn’t know her. Like Billings apparently doesn’t know him. Knox asks Hank to take Billings away. But Billings tries to break into Knox’s room. Hank stops Billings. He mentions he told him Harwood had a run-in with Orla Kent at the Council meeting. He said McLain was suspicious of Harwood’s daughter when she was shadowing her. Billings says Glenda. He already spoke to her. Got nothing concrete. But maybe they can track her movements. And Orla’s. Hank asks Billings how they will track Glenda.
Billings and Hank visit Emerson. Billings asks Emerson where she watches the cameras. She says nowhere. She tries to close the door. But he blocks the door with his foot. She says there was a room on 19, but they’ve shut it down. He says he has been rewriting the Pact, and he knows nothing’s changed. He asks her to take them.
In Waller’s workshop, Bernard takes a look at the relic that he kept in his pocket for years. Records said that it was found in a pillowcase a long time ago. They called such things good luck charms. Waller asks him did it work? He says the relic burned along with some of him, so maybe not. That said, he’s still alive. Although, he’s not sure that’s good luck.
She complains it to him that he’s being waited on hand and foot. All he has to do is lie back and pontificate. He asks her why she kept him alive. She explains it to him that he convinced Robert not to kill Juliette. He knows. He thinks it cannot have been easy. She says no. He’s still a bad guy. He shouldn’t be surprised if he wakes up one morning with a screwdriver in his neck. He reveals even as a boy they wanted him dead. She laughs. He’s serious to tell her that that wasn’t a joke.
He was always too smart and too quiet. She mentions what Carla said that if she liked men, and she liked people, they’d make a great couple.
It flashes back. Daniel tells Helen that he wants to apologize for what he said about journalist fraud. He asks her what happened. She’s surprised that he didn’t look it up. He says he just saw there was some thing at the post. She says “Thing at the Post” makes it sound like she wore white to a wedding. He started to read it, and then. He knows she made something up.
She says she did a piece on drug addiction among congressional staffers. She was careful. She changed everyone’s details. Because she knew people would try and read between the lines. And she wanted to protect her sources. But the day it was published, a quote from a young woman she called Sharon got everybody talking. She knew it would.
Sharon implied that drug use wasn’t limited to staffers. Rumors, spread that the Speaker was using. He can imagine the pressure to reveal Sharon’s identity. Legislators, prosecutors, Capitol police, all demanding she reveals Sharon’s real name. And then the nuts at the Washingtonian published a piece saying Sharon was really Gillian Aikens who worked in the Speaker’s office. Problem was they were right.
Daniel asks Helen what she did. She says only thing she could do is to publish a tearful confession, said she’d heard some utterly spurious rumors about the Speaker, and had made up Sharon. He asks her if she gave up her career to protect a source. She says she gave up her career because she failed Gillian. If she’d done a better job, her name would have never come up.
At present, Juliette visits Shirley and Knox. Knox refuses to let Shirley go to silo 17. He will go alone. But Juliette tells Knox that he cannot go alone. He wants to know the reason. Shirley explains it to her boyfriend that in case one of them doesn’t make it. He says Teddy can go with him. Shirley asks Juliette to give them a second. Juliette says she needs to make a move. She leaves the room.
Knox says he will tell Juliette. He thinks if he does that, Juliette will never let Shirley go. Shirley threatens the guy that she will raise the kid alone if he does it. They don’t do this, their kid and everyone in here will never be safe. He begs her to let him take someone else. She says it’s not the same. He knows it. If he was Juliette, who would he send? It has to be them. He says they do this and something happens to her. It’s different now. He doesn’t know if he’d come back from that.
She mentions when they were on their way up to see the judge, he said he wanted to go out to see the distance. At least they will see it together. He asks her to promise him that she will keep going if he does down. She doesn’t stop. She doesn’t try and save him. She just goes. It hints that Knox will die. Shirley opens the door. She tells Juliette that they will do it.
Anthony is at home. He doesn’t eat. Robert looks at his son. Camille comes back. She asks her husband what happened. Robert asks Anthony to tell it to his mother. Anthony is silent. Robert tells Camille that her son stole 12 credits out of his teacher’s desk today. Another boy saw him. When confronted by the teacher, Anthony blamed it on someone else.
Camille asks her son to explain it. She tells him that she’s gonna need more than that. Robert reveals school says if it happens again, Anthony will be expelled and sent to work in Supply. Camille asks Anthony to go to his room.
Anthony walks away. Camille mentions their son is going to be sent to Supply. Robert comforts his wife that it won’t happen because they’re powerful people in the Silo. She asks him if it’s his solution. Use their positions to fix it? He says it’s not what he said. She says of course not. She has to read between the lines like always. He’s avoiding the problem. He says he went to the school. He talked to the principal. He apologized to the teacher. What is he avoiding?
She says don’t guilt-trip her. He says if he feels guilt, it’s not his fault. She asks him if they’re still talking about Anthony. He’s not sure. She walks to him. She tells him that he needs to stop everything he has been doing. He realizes that she has been watching him. She thinks he cannot spot a tail? She tells him that he’s making her afraid. For their son. For their family. Because whatever he’s hiding, when she finds out what it is. She’s gonna have to do something about it.
It flashes back. Daniel mentions Helen kept the PEZ. She says she didn’t know she had it. He asks her wasn’t a memento? She says no. Something to help her remember the world’s worst blind date? She says it wasn’t a date. They see the police cars. She didn’t expect they had a hope in hell. But they aren’t stopping them. Because they don’t want to. Daniel says they’re their escort.
Camille enters the Vault. She tells Legacy that it’s a mistake. He asks her what is a mistake? She says allowing Juliette to send someone to Silo 17. She’s after more than the children. If there’re any children. She thinks he doesn’t know. He says whether or not there’re children in Silo 17 doesn’t matter. She’s furious to ask him how does it not matter?
He knows she’s not really interested in an answer. She’s looking for an argument. He won’t engage. Her heart rate and respiration are elevated. She says she feels Juliette is a threat to the Silo. Her husband is lying to her, and her son is a thief. All of that is on her. As head of IT, as a wife, as a mother. She’s failing. He’s sorry she feels that way, but thoughts aren’t facts. That sense of failure is the result of being emotionally exhausted. She needs to find a moment for herself. To reflect.
But she doesn’t know how. He tells her that she has already started by acknowledging her negative thoughts. Her breathing has started to normalize. She was chosen for a difficult job because she’s capable. He asks her to take time to remind herself of that. It’s not a job just anyone can do. She’s moved. She thanks him.
Emerson takes Billings to the room on 19. The guy tells Billings that he’s not supposed to be in here. Billings says this place isn’t in the Pact, so there’s no here. He drives the guy and others out of the room. He says supposed to be only a few cameras left for security. Someone lied. He forces Emerson to have a seat with his gun. He reveals Orla Kent’s body was found in the mines two days ago. Right after the gas. Show him the mines right before that.
She says there’s no cameras in the mines. But he’s sure there’s one at the entrance. She tells him that he’s gonna see the extermination team go in, with the miners inside. He asks her why. She says they were trying to flush out Lukas Kyle. Hank realizes that Emerson gassed the mines. She says she was following orders. She refuses to take the blame.
Billings doesn’t care for it. He asks Emerson to show them. She does it. Billings and Hank see Glenda Harwood. She showed up in the mines and Supply at the same time. Billings wonders how she got from the mines to Supply in ten minutes. Emerson says she doesn’t know.
Juliette meets Camille. She tells her that she wants to send Shirley and Knox to the Silo 17. But Camille goes against it. She says they’re needed here. Choose someone expendable. Juliette says but for the kids to be able to make it back, she needs to send the two. She claims that the voice gave her permission. Camille says that’s nice, but until it grows a pair of arms and learns how to walk, she’s the one who opens the door. Choose someone else.
Juliette offers to send Kennedy and Lukas. Camille asks Juliette if she knows where they are. Juliette says yes. But considering Camille wants them dead, she won’t tell her. Considering she wants them dead, she won’t mind sending them out.
Shirley walks into Knox’s room. She brings up the talk of Knox and Billings. Kind of intense. Knox says Billings is a bad guy. She explains it to him that she meant his reaction when Billings mentioned his father. He says his father is a bad guy as well. He was never around. He means, maybe she will remember growing up, it was just him and his mother. And it was hard. They struggled. Never enough food. He never had clothes that fit. He remembers when he was a little kid, he wanted one of those Freedom Day lanterns. He wanted one so bad.
Couldn’t afford it. But they were fine. Because his mother worked very hard. Somehow she still made time for him. He doesn’t know when she slept.
Shirley asks Knox where his father was. He says the guy was in the mines. He was supposedly a great engineer, but he was always in trouble for breaking the Pact. Trading stolen goods mostly. But the truth is, he just loved that life. More than he loved them. Thing is, him being gone wasn’t the problem. The problem was when he came home. He’d turn up after a stint in the mines, full of it. Then he’d get arrested, and be gone again.
Knox hasn’t seen his father in years. Shirley thanks Knox for telling it to her. She asks him to go to help Billings. She mentions a girl’s been murdered.
Camille goes downstairs. She sees the workers carrying the Vitamin D. She thanks Asa for his coming. He says he doesn’t have a choice. She says IT has detected low instances of Vitamin D. They need to add a boost to the water supply. He will need to turn off the osmosis filtration system before they add it.
In the mines, Harwood gives a speech. He tells the miners that they’re here because they stole, or cheated, or broke the Pact. They’re here because they were too stupid to get away with it. Word of advice. Do not try and be stupid in here. Because if they do, they will end up buried a ton of dirt and stone. Their days of being stupid are over. Mr. Gunton will set up them up with tools.
The mines leave. Knox shows up. Harwood asks Knox what is he doing here? Knox says he needs to talk with his father. Harwood asks Knox if he brings a shovel. His father died two years ago.
Juliette and Camille get in the Vault. Legacy asks Juliette has she chosen her candidates? She says she has chosen Knox and Shirley. He rejects the two. He says their absence would increase risk to Silo life by 34 percent. She says she needs to be them. But he asks her to submit alternates. She says she doesn’t have any. He doesn’t give her an answer. So she says Lukas Kyle and Patrick Kennedy. He learns that she knows where the two are. He agrees. Send them out tomorrow at dawn.
Camille tells Legacy that she still thinks bringing those children here a mistake. He stops her. Because Juliette doesn’t leave. Juliette closes the door of the Vault. She leaves. Legacy tells Camille that Lukas Kyle and Patrick Kennedy will never make it to Silo 17. She asks him did he just play Juliette? He says Juliette requires special handling. Even if there’re children alive in 17, she may still have another objective.

Camille needs to introduce Vitamin D into the water supply as soon as possible. With Juliette’s memory back. She will infect everyone around her. Camille realizes that. So she will do something to stop Juliette. She says if everyone forgets who Juliette is, she won’t matter anymore. Camille reports to Legacy that Vitamin D entered the water system two hours ago.
It flashes back. Helen and Daniel arrive at the aircraft factory. The madam is waiting for them. She invites them to save the world with her. They might become the builders of the Silos. Because they have no choice. But I don’t think their sense of justice will allow them to do that after seeing what they did.
