At headquarters, the commanders are summoned after Eight Gods of Thunder appeared in Chained Soldier Season 2 episode 8. Yuuki walks in the hallway. He thinks the commander meeting makes people nervous. She runs into a weird girl. He tries to talk to her. But she flees. He recognizes her. She’s the 8th Squad’s commander Varvara. He tries to leave. But she stares at him from his back. He feels uneasy. He wonders if she doesn’t like him.
Commander of the Second Squad
Yuuki moves forward. Yakumo grabs him. She’s very happy to see him. She wants to borrow him when she flirts with him. But he’s very determined. He claims that he teams up with Kyouka unless he needs to use the form. She persuades him to get used it, otherwise they cannot use it if they encounter an emergency situation. She offers to go to the hot spring in Hokkaido. She will show him the way. But he thinks it’s too far. She promises him that she won’t reduce the rewards when she makes him approach her. He runs away. He makes an excuse that he needs to go to restroom.
Yuuki walks out of the restroom. He’s looking for the meeting room. Tenka greets him. She learns that he wants to go to the meeting room. She reminds him that he will take the long way away if he’s going that way. She holds his hand. She asks him to follow her. She thinks he will run into a dangerous person if he walks alone. She volunteers to guide him.
In the meeting room, the commanders are all there. Ren is in Washington. So she attends the meeting via video. Ren shows up in the video. She announces that the commander meeting begins.
Ren explains the reason for the Emergency Call. These past few days, the women in Yokohama went missing one by one. The police are investigating toward capacity-based crimes. But the CCTV filmed the Eight Gods of Thunder. Konomi expresses that she sees this type of Eight Gods of Thunder for the first time. Ren reveals the god crept in the crevices of buildings, and she disappeared. Tenka learns that the god kidnapped females with her abilities. Fubuki thinks Mato Defense Force should take the stage since the rival is the Eight Gods of Thunder. But Bell is scared. She brings up that Shuuki just sabotaged when they appeared in the real world. Kyouka thinks they should swiftly eliminate Shuuki. But Ren wants to take care of the god first.
Ren will send raid squad to the real world. The squad will cooperate with the police, defeating the enemy. There’s a gate connecting Mato to the real world in Yokohama. Ren gives the task to Mira. Mira accepts the task. The raid squad will consist of a small number of people. Because the Mato’s defenses cannot be weakened. Mira brags that she can kill the enemy on her own. Konomi thinks Mira is very handsome. Ren knows Mira is very strong. But she persuades Mira to take another commander. Yakumo volunteers to join Mira. But Mira yells at Yakumo. She worries that Yokohama will be destroyed by Yakumo’s wind. She throws her hat at Kyouka. She tells her that the one who will dance with her is her. It’s what Kyouka wants.
Riu worries that if there’s no problem since the two commanders will leave. Ren comforts Riu that others will provide support. The related training was done before. Tenka agrees with what Ren said. She thinks there’s no problem. Mira offers to strike immediately after the meeting. Kyouka agrees. She thinks they shouldn’t let the enemy do what she wants. Yuuki wonders if the next fight will happen in the real world.
In a house, Kuusetsu takes a look at the women she kidnapped. She thinks it will be delicious. At the police station, Mira and Kyouka have a meeting with the police. They confirm the kidnapper. Sorako brings up that they could track the victims’ whereabouts. It means that the victims are alive. Takemi claims that they can locate the victims’ position before tomorrow night. She thinks the kidnapper is there as well. Kyouka says that the enemy isn’t human. She asks the two cops to leave the combat and rescue to the Mato Defense Force. Mira doesn’t want the police to take action on their own even if they find the enemy. Takemi accepts the order. Sorako promises the two commanders that they will contact them after they complete the tracking.
Mira thinks it’s a hassle that the kidnapper can fly. Kyouka says that it’s Humanoid Shuuki’s ability. But the Eight Gods of Thunder could use it. She wonders if the god can seize the ability. She understands the reason why the god kidnapped those women. But Mira finds out that the kidnapped people aren’t outstanding ability users after she checked the papers. Yuuki notices that the locations are quite scattered in Yokohama. Kyouka tells Mira that she wants to get familiar with the environment first.
Mira, Yuuki and Kyouka are in the cable car. It’s Kyouka and Yuuki’s first time to take cable car. So they’re excited. Mira tells the two that they will circle the city. She asks them to master the terrain. Kyouka gives a piece of candy to Yuuki. Mira finds out that Kyouka isn’t changed. She thinks she’s affected by Riu. Yuuki wonders how the two knew each other. Mira takes over the candy from Kyouka. She tells the guy that she knew Kyouka after she joined the Mato Defense Force. Nobody was her rival in her hometown Okinawa. She thought she’s the strongest even if she doesn’t rely on her abilities. But she was defeated by Kyouka in a bare-handed fight. They became commanders at the same time.
Yuuki laughs. She thinks the two girls are all formidable opponents. Kyouka and Mira confront. Mira claims that the throne of Supreme Commander belongs to her. Kyouka is interested in the throne as well. Yuuki is affected by the two’s enthusiasm. He thinks he should do his best.
At a restaurant on Chinatown, Kyouka sees the shrimp. She tells Mira that it’s delicious. Mira knows Kyouka likes heavy-flavored cuisine. She tells Yuuki that she chose Kyouka because she thought she and Kyouka can kill the enemy. Although she wants to be Supreme Commander, she won’t hold back her own people. She asks him not to act recklessly for helping Kyouka win. He should prioritize his life above all else. It’s the soul of the Mato Defense Force.
The three go to the port. Kyouka finds out that the place is trendy and bustling. She thinks it’s a good place. Mira likes the place as well. The little girl finds a flower from the grass. She tells it to her mother. Her mother strokes her head. She’s very happy. Mira witnesses it. She cannot forgive the person who took away the people.
In the evening, Kyouka is taking a bath in the bathroom at a hotel. Mira breaks into the bathroom. She volunteers to rub Kyouka’s back. She asks her what she did with Tenka recently. She can tell from her gaze that she talked with Tenka with her eyes. She asks her if something happened. Kyouka admits it to Mira that she and Tenka have some secrets. But it’s not the time to speak it out. She promises to leak it to her when the time is right. Mira asks Kyouka to let her know about it if she needs her help. Kyouka agrees.
Yuuki sleeps in his room. He remembers he and Kyouka completed a perfect training. He gets up from his bed. He realizes that he came to Yokohama. He walks to the door when Mira opens the door from outside. He sees her body because she doesn’t wear the bathrobe properly. He’s scared. He worries that he will be thrown into Tokyo Bay. But she’s shy to put on her bathrobe. She’s surprised that he’s awake. He apologizes to her. He tries to run away. He decides to sleep in another room. But she tells him that it’s fine that he stays in the room for taking action immediately. She thinks it’s not a big deal.
The next day, the cop finds the kidnapper’s base. Mira, Kyouka and Yuuki arrive at the house soon. The monster shows up. Mira guesses the guy is a guard. Kyouka tells Mira that the guy is very strong. But Mira in very confident in her ability. She says that the enemy will die once she launches her ability. The monster keeps attacking her. She dodges it easily. She thinks he lacks soul. She beats him down barehanded.
Yuuki wonders if Mira is a physical enhancement type fighter. Kyouka reminds Mira. Mira turns around. She sees another monster kidnapping a woman. She doesn’t expect that those guys would use such a dirty trick. Her body is pierced through by the sword. But she disappears. She kicks the monster. She saves the woman.
Yuuki worries about Mira. But Kyouka reminds him that they need to take care of the monster. The monster turns into a ball. He rolls to Kyouka. She cuts him in half. Her arm is hurt. Yuuki asks Kyouka if she’s fine. She claims that it’s just a scrape.
Mira puts the woman on the grass. She swears to give the monster a lesson. Mira’s body is enhanced isn’t because of her ability. Each time she attacks. A flag will be raised on the rooftop of the second Squad. Megumi Zaha the vice commander of the second Squad. She became a delinquent girl because she didn’t want to be looked down. She ran into pretty and invincible Mira. She held the flag for Mira. It made Megumi proud and confident. Megumi’s ability is Red Soul. Mira will get stronger as long as Megumi raises the flag. It’s rare that only enhances single and specific target.
Another Mira walks out of the house with the victim when the first Mira confronts the monster. The Mira says that the victims are fine, although she didn’t find the key kidnapper. But they should prioritize the safety of the victims. The monster is surrounded by many Mira. They beat the monster.
Mira, Kyouka and Yuuki search the house. They don’t find the kidnapper. Mira decides to leave it to the police. She notices Kyouka’s wound. She persuades her to go to see a doctor. But Kyouka thinks it’s just a scrape. Yuuki reminds her that the enemy was the special Shuuki. Mira agrees with what Yuuki said. She worries that Kyouka will be poisoned.
Mira goes to report. Kyouka and Yuuki are alone in the house. Kyouka looks around. She doesn’t see any CCTV. She decides to reward Yuuki. She takes off her pants. She asks him to check her wound. He doesn’t see any wound after he checked it. She thinks he’s a pervert. But he tells her that she’s very beautiful.
Mira returns when she opens the door. She sees the scene. She closes the door immediately. She wonders what Kyouka was doing. She figures it out that the two were engaged.
At the hotel, Mira walks into Yuuki’s room. She tells Yuuki that Kyouka is seeing a doctor. She asks him if he’s dating Kyouka. He denies it. She mentions she noticed that he worried about Kyouka. He tells her that he showed active performance because of Kyouka. Kyouka is a good girl. It makes him want to pay for her. It’s like the samurai and the master. But he’s just a slave.

Mira tells Yuuki that he has an outstanding soul. She asks him to take a break for the next fight. Mira returns to her room. She knows that Yuuki is very loyal. She’s surprised that the two aren’t dating since they went that far. She falls asleep on the couch.
Yuuki lies in the bed. He sees Kuusetsu. He recognizes her immediately. His body cannot move. He cannot make a sound. She tells him that she sealed his operations. It’s a beautiful god skill. She introduces herself to him. She found out that the guards were killed and the feed fled after she returned to the lair. She thinks her plan failed. Although she wants to make a big scene to vent her anger. But Shikoku didn’t allow her to fight. She saw him so that she followed him. She heard his story from Shikoku. She knows Shikoku likes him very much. So she wants to treat him as a present. She asks him to accompany her to verify. She reveals the feed was sleeping with a man when she caught her. She wonders if it’s very comfortable. She kisses him. She wonders what will happen to him after he sleeps with a god. She wants to test it.
