Solo Leveling Season 2 Episode 5

Chae Hae-In thinks the person of mining team shouldn’t appear there. Sung Jinwoo doesn’t underestimate the lady. Because she appeared behind him without making any sound. He thinks she’s not simple. He turns around and he shows innocent smiling.

She finds out that he doesn’t have any evil intention. She drops her guard. She asks him to leave. But a wind blows them when he walks through her. She develops a kind of odd feelings. She stops him and she approaches him. She smells him and she finds out that he doesn’t have body odor after working.

She’s surprised and she checks his ID. She believes that he didn’t tell a lie. She realizes her reckless and she steps back. She coughs and she asks him to leave. She wonders if he didn’t have the body odor because his rank is too low.

The story spreads among the workers. They’re envy of Sung Jinwoo because he ran into Cha Hae-In. Cha Hae-In is their goddess. They only dare to watch her in distance. Cha Hae-In sacrificed her time off to go to patrol for making sure that the works won’t be attacked by the boss. This is why she ran into Sung Jinwoo.

But Cha Hae-In has a problem that she’s sensitive to the smell of hunters. She would use handkerchief to cover her nose no matter what happened. Sung Jinwoo realizes why Cha Hae-In did so. He remembers Baruka told him that he doesn’t have smell of hunter.

He doesn’t know the reason as well. Maybe it’s because he’s not hunter. It’s getting late. Sung Jinwoo finishes the work. Everyone called it a day early because of our hero. The foreman gives Sung Jinwoo a high rating. It’s his first time to see a guy who has mining talent.

So he wishes Sung Jinwoo to work under him. He promises him a high salary. But Sung Jinwoo doesn’t agree to it. Because he won’t continue to stay there. The foreman wishes Sung Jinwoo to come tomorrow. Because they need to raid A-Rank dungeon and C-Rank dungeon. The task will be hard without Sung Jinwoo. Sung Jinwoo promises the foreman because he’s free tomorrow.

Cha Hae-In returns home in the evening. She calls the hunters association. She wishes to look into Sung Jinwoo. But she’s told that Choi Jong-In asked him about the guy. The Sung Jinwoo’s information is sealed by the association. Cha Hae-In cannot get any information. She realizes that Sung Jinwoo isn’t simple. She believes that he has many secrets.

The next day, Sung Jinwoo goes to the construction site. The workers are waiting for him. He sees the simple face. He remembers his kind friends when he was weak. The warm feelings he doesn’t experience for a long time. The pace is very fast in Sung Jinwoo’s help. The people can take a break. They plan to mine A-Rank dungeon afternoon.

But Strike Squad B Leader Son Kihoon comes to borrow a person. Because the person who’s in charge of carrying luggage doesn’t come. Son Kihoon wishes the mining team to help him. The help isn’t free of course. There will be an extra allowance.

But nobody replies Son Kihoon. Because the low rank hunters cannot do the job. But Sung Jinwoo volunteers to do the job. Everyone is surprised. Because the A-Rank dungeon is very dangerous. The people persuade Son Kihoon not to choose Sung Jinwoo. But Son Kihoon smiles after he was told that Sung Jinwoo is E-Rank hunter. He chooses him. It’s obvious that he knows some rumors about him.

Sung Jinwoo follows the team to the teleportation gate. He takes a look at the teammates. He finds out that there’re six A-Rank hunters and three B-Rank hunters. Although there’s no S-Rank hunter, the team wouldn’t be second team in others guilds. Sung Jinwoo realizes that Choi Jong-In’s guild is very powerful.

Sung Jinwoo walks into the dungeon. The healer Han Semi notes that he’s looking around. She mistakes that he’s nervous. She comforts him that he doesn’t have to fear it because everyone in the team is strong. The people sense the smell of magic beasts soon.

They’re in combat mode. A group of Dungeon Jackals rush out from the darkness. They jump on the hunters. But the Dungeon Jackals are just chicken in front of the hunters. All the Dungeon Jackals are killed. Everyone wonders why Dungeon Jackals appeared in A-Rank dungeon. Because the magic beasts are C-Rank. It’s reasonable that they wouldn’t be alive in the dungeon.

Sung Jinwoo sees the collar on the Dungeon Jackals’ neck. It means that someone intended to keep their lives. A group of high orcs walks out of the darkness. It means that what Sung Jinwoo guessed is right. A javelin thrower throws the weapon to the hunters.

Son Kihoon almost fails to block the attack. The tanker walks forward and he uses the skill taunt. But the skill doesn’t work for the orcs. A lot of orcs rush to the back row. But it’s hard to kill the hunter. Although the hunters block the attack, they’re serious.

Because the orcs’ defensive strength are too high. The mage summons two fire elves. The rest use skills one by one. But the things aren’t looking good. The healers don’t have time to heal the injured people. Son Kihoon realizes that something bad will happen if it continues. So he orders to form a team of three.

But the battle is hard even if the hunters did so. There’s a B-Rank hunter injured. Although the healer heals him, she doesn’t notice that orc behind her. The orc looks at her when she turns around. She accepts her fate. Sung Jinwoo disappears at this time.

The orc is lifted and he’s killed. The test orcs are effected. They become slowly. Sung Jinwoo as a outsider. He moves in the orcs. He’s like a Grim Reaper who kills the magic beast. Nobody notices Sung Jinwoo. They believe that they kill the orcs on their own.

The battle ends after the last orc was killed. There was nobody killed. But the people realize the unusual. Sung Jinwoo acts innocent. He stands behind the team. But he doesn’t know the mage saw what he did. She doesn’t expose him because he just helped her.

The people think they should leave the place. Although Son Kihoon doesn’t want to leave, he knows what the teammates said is right. He decides to go back to look for support. But they see the enchantment after they returned to the teleportation gate.

Fortunately, the mage owns the skill to break the enchantment. But it’s a trap. The three mages are cursed when they’re trying to use the spell. A group of orcs appear behind the hunters. Son Kihoon knows they will be killed even if they fight with the orcs. So he walks to the orcs.

But the orcs don’t attack him. The chief orc speaks the human language. Everything was done by the shaman Kargalgan. He’s the strongest creature in the cave. He invites Son Kihoon to go to his palace. Son Kihoon knows he will be killed very soon if he rejects the invitation. So he agrees to it.
