Joe and the teammates walk forward in the spacecraft in Alien: Earth episode 2. The xenomorph follows them. Nobody notices it except Joe. They enter the room. They see several bodies. Joe checks the CCTV. He finds out that there was a foreign creature staying in the person’s digestive tract. The girl offers to let the forensics do the job. She leads the team out of the room. Joe leaks it to Rashidi that it was an alien. They leave the spacecraft and they’re in the destroyed building. They open the gate. They go down the stairs.
We go to Neverland Research Island. Dame Sylvia is watching the kids’ footage in her office. Boy Kavalier shows up behind the lady. She thinks the kids have great potential. But she wants to help the kids to grow up. He reveals he wants to speak with smartest person. He thinks Windy is the one. Slightly has a talk with Wendy on the plane. He guesses there would be bodies since the spacecraft crashed. He wonders what Windy is thinking. She reveals she plans to go to save her brother because her brother isn’t like them. He tells her that he burned her father in person. She gets angry after he leaked her secret to another lost boy.
Rashidi and the girl Siberian complete the jump. Joe tries to follow his teammates. But he’s attacked by the xenomorph. He falls to the first floor. He runs to the elevator. He gets in the elevator and he closes the doors. The xenomorph cannot hurt him. Joe seeks support when the elevator is going up. His hand is bleeding. He bandages himself up.
One day ago, Joe went to the hall to resign. But the one who entertained him was a robot. Wendi hacked into the Prodigy Network. She had a talk with her brother. Boy Kavalier was surprised after he witnessed Wendi using the ability. Joe’s resignation request was rejected in the end.
The plane lands at the scene. Wendy and the lost boys get off the plane. She hears a buzzing. The leader of the crisis response team Colonel Nagg and Kirsh introduce each other. Colonel Nagg takes the people to the tent. Wendy checks the CCTV. She finds out that her brother Joe is on the 65th floor. She leaves the tent without receiving an order. Kirsh fails to stop the girl. So he lets Slightly follow the Windy.
Boy Kavalier is excited in his office after he received the information from the scene. He’s celebrating Christmas. But the follower hands over the tablet to the boss. He reports to the boss that Yutani wishes to have a talk with him. Boy Kavalier takes over the tablet. The lady expresses that she wishes to sent a group to take away the stuff from the spacecraft. But he tells her to talk with his lawyer.
Wendy and Slightly enter the tower. Kirsh takes the lost boys into the tower as well. One of the lost boys is scared. Kirsh thinks they don’t have to be afraid because they’re not animals. They find a plant. Kirsh asks Curly to take Smee and Nibs to go to look for something to capture the plant. The three lost boys enter the room. They encounter two monsters. Nibs is attacked by one of the monsters. Smee saves the girl. He captures the monster.
Windy finds Joe’s bag. She sees the scratch marks on the doors of the elevator. She guesses it was a bear. Joe gets off the elevator. He walks in the hallway while he contacts his teammates. He runs into Bergerfeld. Bergerfeld wonders if Joe saw any pets. Joe denies it when he looks very scared. They knock at the door of the apartment. The man opens the door. He’s having a party with his friend. Bergerfeld persuades the man to leave. But the man returns to his house. He closes the door.
The xenomorph shows up behind Bergerfeld. He opens his mouth and he breaks Bergerfeld’s head. The man opens the door again. He sees the xenomorph. He’s scared to run into his house. The xenomorph gives up Bergerfeld. He goes to hunt the man. It’s very quiet after the massacre. Joe picks up Bergerfeld’s gun. He walks into the house. He sees many bodies. The man only has half a body. He crawls on the floor. The xenomorph appears suddenly. He catches Joe. Morrow shoots the xenomorph before the xenomorph kills Joe. Joe stands up. He thanks Morrow. But Morrow shoots the guy as well. He freezes the xenomorph. He drags him away.
Kirsh and Tootles face the plant alone. Kirsh leaves after Smee summoned him. Kirsh enters the room. He sees Smee covering something under the microscope. He tries to remove the microscope. But the lost boys stop him. Because there was a terrifying monster under the microscope. Kirsh reads the information from the computer. He learns that the people in the research vessel were collecting specimens.
The soldiers arrest Morrow after they discovered that the guy hides something in the bag. But the xenomorph comes out of the bag. He kills the soldiers. Morrow takes out a knife. He plans to fight the xenomorph. But the xenomorph forgives Morrow. He goes to hunt other soldiers. Kirsh sees Wendy from the CCTV. He asks Smee to go to Wendy’s place. The lost boy runs away. Because he doesn’t want to watch the monster. But it’s not what Nibs wants. She carries a knife. She worries that she will be hurt.
Joe wakes up from living room. He goes to another room. He sees a baseball. He picks up the ball. He knows the ball belonged to Reggie Jackson. He asks his father if he remembers the ball. Wendy shows up behind him. He reveals he was talking with his father. He hands over the ball to her. He goes to check Slightly’s wound. He finds out that the boy is fine. He learns that Slightly and Wendy are synthetics. Wendy denies it.

Kirsh calls Wendy. She’s happy to tell him that she found her brother. But he doesn’t care for it. He asks her to go to lock down the aliens. He reveals Smee is on the way to the place. He disallows her to wait. Wendy invites Joe to leave with her. He agrees to it after she begged him.

The three return to research vessel. Slightly reveals Wendi is Joe’s sister. Wendi is furious to drive the boy away. She admits it to Joe that she’s his sister. She reveals he was taken away by Boy Kavalier. He saved her. But he asked her not to go home. Joe hugs Wendy after he confirmed that she’s his sister. Because she knew some secrets only they know. They enter the room. They find some eggs. The xenomorph attacks Joe after Joe checked one of the eggs. Joe falls from the research vessel. Wendy asks Slightly to protect the eggs. She goes to save her brother.
