He raises his hand when the teacher is looking for him. She reads the paper. She finds out that his previous school wasn’t in the area. He confesses it to her that it was in the neighboring county. He moved there because of family factors.

She continues to read the paper. It was written that his hobby is playing games. But he didn’t write what he likes. She wonders if he wouldn’t do something he likes on the weekend. He says that he did one thing. She asks him to tell it to them. He reveals he was alone at home on Friday. Because his mother needed to work. He would order pizza. He drank Coke in the living room with a big TV. He played video games and watched movies. She’s interested in the movies he watched. He tells her that it was shark movies.

It’s Amami’s turn to introduce herself. She says that her name is Sky Sea Sunset. She’s friendly to the teacher and the students. The teacher notices that the girl has an enviable long hair. She wants to ask her some questions about her hair. Amami agrees. She reveals her grandma is a foreigner. A lot of people said that she looks like her grandma when she was young. The teacher finds out that Amami graduated from Orange Girls’ School. She mentions it’s not a Girls’ School. Amami reveals she wanted to go to a Coeducational because she was surrounded by girls. She hugs Asanagi. She asks her if what she said is right.

But Asanagi asks Amami not to ask her the question suddenly. Amami persuades Asanagi to catch the chance to introduce herself since she spoke. Asanagi introduces herself. She and Amami graduated from the same middle school. She doesn’t expect that she and the girl are in the same class after entering high school. She’s had enough. She’s tired after she got along with Amami. She asks the classmates to take care of Amami. Amami blames Asanagi for describing her like a stray dog. Maehara looks at the two girls. He believes that they will be key figures in the class. But it’s not his business.

One week later. In the classroom, Amami leans on Asanagi. She asks her to praise her for making it through five classes with dozing off. Asanagi thinks Amami fell asleep. Amami needs to attend class while awake if she wants to be praised by Asanagi.

Asanagi tells Amami that she wants to watch a movie. Amami mistakes that it’s a romantic movie. She wants to watch it as well if it’s interesting. Asanagi shows the movie to Amami. She knows she wouldn’t like the movie. Amami claims that it’s not that she doesn’t share Asanagi’s interests. Asanagi points out that Amami thinks the movie is boring. Amami doesn’t know how to explain it. She has to laugh. Asanagi tells her friend that it’s fine. Because she planned to watch it alone. Amami chases Asanagi. She tells her that she will watch it as well. She asks her which platform will air it. Asanagi reveals the movie is a niche film. So it won’t appear on online platforms.

Asanagi and Amami walk out of the classroom. Maehara thinks Asanagi’s hobby is good. He leaves the school. He walks on the street. He gets into a store. He tries to choose a movie. But he touches a girl’s hand. He apologizes to her. He explains it to her that he offended her because he was serious to choose a movie. She tells him that she was next to him. But he didn’t discover her. She thinks he did it too much when he recognizes her. It’s their first conversation, although they’re classmates.

He remembers she had something important. She learns that he heard the conversation of her and Amami. She tells him what he did isn’t good. He apologizes to her. She laughs. She says that it’s fine. She thinks it would be heard by someone else because she and Amami spoke loudly. She apologizes to him that her friend was too loud. She tells him that her goal was him. She reminds him that she summoned up a great deal of courage. She shows him her Self-Introduction paper. She thinks she was like him who was honest to write it.

She wonders which movie he’s going to recommend. She’s a rookie to this kind of movies. She wanted to ask him for advice when he introduced himself. He chooses the movie Piranha Shark. She laughs to take over the movie. She wonders why the shark is scaled down. She thinks he should be called Piranha. The screaming face is so ridiculous. He agrees with what she said. But the director should be praised for expressing something new.

The next day, Maehara takes Asanagi home. He wonders if she wants to eat the same food with him. She points out that the food they like is the same. So it’s fine. They drink together. She wonders what game they’re going to play. He takes out the multiplayer game “Star of The Battlefield”. She learns that he didn’t learn the lesson. He wants to challenge her. She claims that she will use bullets to beat him down. But he points out that she lost ten times last week. She says that she trained herself at home. She believes that she won’t lose. He hands over the controller to her.

She plays the game with him. She loses. She gets angry. She tries to hit the floor with her two fists. He stops her. He reminds her that the people downstairs will be startled. So she shouldn’t hit the floor.

It’s already late. She decides to go home. She wants to help him clean. But he rejects it. Because he just needs to wash two glasses. But she cleans the floor. She notices that he’s looking at her body. She thinks he’s a pervert. He explains it to her that he did it because she was so thin after she ate so much like him. She explains it to him that she worked out. She thinks he has a spare tire around his belly when she pokes his belly. She hugs him from his back. She learns that the belly is his weakness. She reveals she has been feeling a lot of stress because he just defeated her.

She tries to leave his house. She’s surprised that they were close even if it was the third time that they had fun together. He doesn’t expect that she would talk to him even if they have the same hobby. He thinks she’s a weirdo. She talks back that she’s nowhere near it. Because he took the girl home after he played with the girl. He claims that he had no choice. He only knew to pay games at home. She offers to pay outside next week. He agrees. But he stops her outside the house. She mistakes that he’s not available next week. He tells her that it’s not a problem. He thinks what she meant is leaving home.

She tells him that they should go shopping like high school students. She feels embarrassed that he always takes care of her. She wants to teach him how to have fun outside. He learns that they’re going to go out together. She admits it. Because they’re friends. It’s not known by the classmates in the class. They made the decision after they had a talk. He’s a nobody in the class. But she’s popular. If everyone knows they play together, someone will badmouth behind them.

Asanagi figures it out that Maehara will be nervous if he dates her after school. But he thinks they’re not dating. She comforts him that she will make sure that they won’t be discovered by the classmates. She persuades him to feel thrilling experience when they’re young. She offers to tell everyone that they’re dating if they’re caught.

Maehara’s mother Masaki returns home. Maehara tells his mother that he’s going to go out with his friend after school. He asks her for a little pocket money. She mistakes that he was threatened by bad classmate. He denies it. He says that the person is his true friend. But she thinks the friend was fantasized by him. She’s very happy after knowing her son made a friend. She gives the cash to him. But he thinks it’s not enough. He asks for 2,000 yen.

The next day, Maehara sends a message to Asanagi. He tells her that he got the pocket money. At the school, Maehara run into Amami and Nitta outside the school building. They see the boy confessing his feelings to Asanagi.

Maehara is a boy who isn’t welcomed by the classmates in the class. He wants to make a friend. But the girls ignore him. They don’t plan to know him. But Asanagi’s appearing changes the boy. The girl is very cheerful. Everyone wants to be her friend. But she chooses Maehara. She doesn’t look down on him even if he’s a lonely boy. They play together because they have same hobby. He decides to go out with her after she encouraged him. But there’s a boy in the class liking Asanagi as well. The episode ends with the girl receiving the confession. But she doesn’t give the boy an answer.

I’m not surprised that the girl got the confession. Because she’s pretty. She might have known a lot of handsome boys. She might have dated some of them. She’s an expert in dating. Maehara is just a rookie in love even if he won the girl while they played games. I can tell she’s so flighty when she says that she wants to date Maehara. He’s moved. But she’s going to accept any boy’s confession after he worked hard to get the money from his mother. He pays a lot in the relationship. So she becomes the controller.
