Nanase, Ayanokouji, Sudou and Kanji look for the student in the woods in Classroom of The Elite Season 4 episode 11. Kanji guesses the student is a ghost. But Nanase thinks the guy cannot shout for help. He figures it out that it doesn’t look good. They find Komiya and Kinoshita who pass out on the ground. Kanji asks Komiya where Shinohara is. But Komiya is unconscious.

Ayanokouji checks the footprints on the ground. He thinks Shinohara wouldn’t leave without saving the people. He wonders if it’s the trace of the third party.
Ayanokouji mentions there’s no extensive trauma. Nanase points out that the problem is after teachers arrive. If teachers think Komiya and Kinoshita cannot continue the exam. The two will abstain. The three will abstain if something happens to Shinohara. Kanji is anxious to call the girl. Ayanokouji reminds Kanji that the ringing would show up early if Shinohara suffered serious injuries.
Komiya wakes up after Sudou called him. His foot hurts. Ayanokouji guesses Komiya was involved in a case. He asks him if he remembers what happened when he fell down. Komiya says that his lower leg was hit suddenly. He fell down the slope. Ayanokouji asks Komiya if Kinoshita was with him. Komiya asks Ayanokouji about Shinohara. Ayanokouji reveals the girl is missing. He asks Komiya if he didn’t take action with Shinohara. Kanji asks Komiya where Shinohara is.
Komiya says that he and Shinohara are on the way to move. Shinohara wanted to go to restroom. He and Kinoshita left her. They watched the slope when they talked about if they could take the shortcut. His leg was hit. When he woke up, Ayanokouji and those guys were there.
Kanji hears the sound. He guesses it’s Shinohara. He climbs the slope. Ayanokouji joins Kanji after Nanase begged him. On the slope, Kanji calls Shinohara. She doesn’t answer him. He wonders if she’s not there. She walks out of the woods. She runs to him. He asks her if she has been there. She nods. He thinks she should have spoken up early. He tells her that he worried about her very much.
She explains it to him that she couldn’t move, and she was afraid. She saw someone pushing Komiya and Kinoshita off the slope. He asks her who was the guy. She yells at him. She says that she doesn’t know it. She doesn’t know why it turned out this way. Ayanokouji offers to go to gather with Sudou. Teachers will come soon.
Nanase asks Sudou to take care of Komiya and Kinoshita. She goes to chase the student. She fails to catch her after she tripped. But she recognizes her. Nanase comes back. Ayanokouji is with Sudou. He asks Nanase what happened. She denies it. She feels relieved after she found out that Shinohara was fine.
Shinohara tells the teacher Sakagami that she didn’t see the person’s face because the light was dim. He mentions she saw the person pushing Komiya and Kinoshita off the slope. Kanji tells the teacher that Shinohara doesn’t lie. But testimony alone cannot be used as evidence. He asks him what will happen to Komiya and Kinoshita. Sakagami thinks the two don’t have other choices other than abstaining. As a homeroom teacher, he doesn’t want his students to abstain. But they cannot continue the exam. He has to treat Shinohara’s words as the lie to cover up teammates’ injuries.
Kanji refuses to accept the result. Shinohara cries when she realizes that she will be alone. Sakagami asks her what she will do. It will be hard to continue the exam alone. Chabashira suggests that Shinohara can stay near the starting point. So she won’t abstain. She thinks she can pick up the projects near the starting point. Sakagami asks Shinohara to go to the starting point alone.
Shinohara tries to leave. But Kanji stops her. He asks her if she’s willing to do it this way. She says that she has no choices. She cannot survive alone in the exam. Anyway, she will get expelled. She asks him not to care for her. He tells her that he will find a way to help her. But she thinks he cannot make it. He blocks her way. He believes that he can make it. She doesn’t understand why he wants to do that. After all, the case isn’t related to him.
If she drops out, his dropping out likelihood will decrease. She asks him to be happy. But he tells her that he won’t be happy. She asks him what he will do if she causes his team to slip to the bottom of the rankings. She thinks it will bring trouble to Sudou. She tells him that he always hesitates. She thinks he will be expelled one day. She will keep going until the very end.
Kanji stops Shinohara. He tells her that he doesn’t want her to drop out. So he wants to help her. Sudou offers to have an operations meeting. Ryotaro agrees. Ayanokouji joins Chabashira. He asks her to look into something after she returns to the starting point. She should do it in secret.
Ayanokouji tells the people that they must gather with the top ranking teams if they want to save Shinohara. But Nanase worries that those guys won’t accept Shinohara’s team easily. He has a plan that they can carry out. But there’s an uncertainty. What they can do is to protect Shinohara while they focus on Kanji. They should try their best to score one more point. He will begin to prepare a strategy. But if there’re other students dropping to the bottom five, they should pick the students they’re going to save at that time. He asks Kanji not to forget it.
Ayanokouji plans the skip the next designated area. Nanase wants to accompany him. He admits it to her that there’s a place he wants to go.
They arrive at the lake. Nanase notices that someone is fishing. They’re in C4. It’s one of the teams that Ayanokouji wants to meet. Nanase asks Katsuragi if he caught a fish. He brings a bad news to her that the catch was poor. Ryuuen learns that Ayanokouji takes a girl to leisurely take the exam. Ayanokouji is looking for Ryuuen. He guesses he has gotten the information of the bottom ten. Ryuuen admits it. He complains that the fools in his class are in eighth place from the bottom. He asks Ayanokouji what happened.
Ayanokouji reveals Komiya and Kinoshita abstained. Katsuragi reminds Ryuuen that it doesn’t matter anymore if Komiya and Kinoshita drop out. Ryuuen remembers Shinohara is Ayanokouji’s classmate. He asks Ayanokouji if he has a plan to avoid the girl to be expelled.
Ayanokouji tells his plan to Ryuuen. Ryuuen thinks Shinohara will have a way out. But things won’t go that smoothly. Ayanokouji points out that the probability will increase as long as Ryuuen helps them. But Ryuuen says that he won’t hesitate to give up losers. But Komiya and Kinoshita are still useful. He thinks he should use Ayanokouji’s strategy. Ayanokouji asks Ryuuen to tell it to Ichinose if he runs into her. But Ryuuen thinks Sakayanagi won’t help easily even if Ichinose is a good girl.
Ayanokouji and Nanase arrive in C5. Nanase pants. She’s surprised that Kouenji came so fast. She remembers the guy comes in the fourth place. He’s also Ayanokouji’s classmate. She thinks he has an incredible presence. He says something. She mistakes that he said it to them. But he was just talking to himself. He was lost in self-admiration.
Kouenji learns that his rival is Ayanokouji. It’s a Head-to-Head match. Ayanokouji prays it’s not the beginning of a wonderful connection. The judge shows up. He asks the two to go to prepare for it. Kouenji mentions Ayanokouji if a man who will think about how to work efficiently. He guesses he’s thinking about not to face off against him. It’s a better choice not to take part in it.
Ayanokouji points out that Kouenji is the only one who made it into top ten in Class 2-D. If they’re vying for points, it will hold each other back. Kouenji knows it. But he asks Ayanokouji not to be rambling.
Ayanokouji and Kouenji play tug-of-war. He guesses Kouenji is waiting until he shows what he’s really made of. Kouenji tells Ayanokouji that victory doesn’t require skill, but sheer power. Ayanokouji notices that he and Kouenji are evenly matched. The man Kouenji’s physical ability is on a different level. Ayanokouji lets Kouenji win. Kouenji thinks Ayanokouji prioritizes efficiency. He walks away.
Nanase think it’s a bit of a shame. Ayanokouji disagrees. He thinks there wouldn’t any proper game even if he and Kouenji went head-to-head. He asks her about her physical power. She says that she can just about manage. He offers to go at full speed.
In D9, Nanase and Ayanokouji run into Kouenji again. Ayanokouji figures it out that Kouenji came after the project was announced. Receptionist tells Ayanokouji that the boys’ group was full a few minutes ago. He asks Nanase if she wants to take part in it. She’s not confident. But she came.
Ayanokouji walks to Sakayanagi. She brings up that it’s a hot day. Her condition is fine. He asks her a favor. He brings up that Komiya and Kinoshita abstained. She knows Shinohara is still working hard. She guesses someone is helping her. But in the second half, it’s too severe to fight alone. She learns that he wishes he will find another team to accept Shinohara. So he needs her help. She guesses he has seen Ryuuen. He tells her that Ryuuen wants to join his plan. Because he has high hopes for Komiya and Kinoshita. But it doesn’t do Sakayanagi any good.
Since it won’t hurt Class 2-A, she doesn’t have to care for it. But if he can agree to cooperate on the same terms, that’s a different story. He agrees. But he needs some guys. He will contact her. She asks him to appoint a messenger.
Ayanokouji walks to Mashima. Mashima tells Ayanokouji that the school planned to prepare a boat. But Tsukishiro prepared two boats. The guy is in the Monitoring Room to be on standby. He will check if there’re any abnormalities with the watches. He will go on patrol a few times each day. Mashima has a bad feeling about it. He asks Ayanokouji to be careful. Ayanokouji thanks the teacher for his advice.
Ayanokouji hands over the water to Nanase. He mentions the first place is Onodera who’s in his class. Compared to swimming, Onodera is a powerful enemy. He asks Nanase not to take it too seriously. She admits that Onodera is sharp. But she reminds Kouenji. He tells her that Kouenji is a weirdo and superman. He thinks she’s wasting her time.
Ayanokouji and Nanase walk in the forest. She tells him that she’s a little thirsty. He points out that she will be even more thirsty even if she gets water from the starting point. He suggests that she should wait for the right moment. She realizes what he has gone to save physical strength in the first half. It’s the basic guidelines. But he will force himself to act recklessly if there’s a good chance. She asks him why he teaches it to her. He tells her that she’s a clear enemy. She has the secret exam that forces him to drop out. But he cannot treat her as his enemy in his heart.
The next day, Nanase pants when she climbs the cliff. Ayanokouji reaches out his hand to her. He helps her climb up the cliff. She asks him if he was happy in the school. He says that there were a lot of unpleasant things. But he wasn’t unhappy. If he can graduate without any regrets, it will be perfect.

In the evening, Yagami guesses Tsubaki is planning a major event. She mentions they can get 20 million as long as they let Ayanokouji drop out. She thinks anyone will be interested in it. He will lose a lot if he doesn’t help them. She tells him that the person he cares for will be in danger. He realizes that she wants to hurt Kushida.
Utomiya grab Yagami by the neck from behind. He tells him that he doesn’t dislike him. He threatens him that he will abstain if he doesn’t reveal the information. Tsubaki asks Yagami why he thinks Kushida is the key of the whole plan. He promises to speak it out after knowing the two will visit Kushida.
