Mu Yun sees Ming Hua tripping. He runs to him and wears his cape on her. She asks him why he agreed to marry someone else. She mentions he promised her. He tells her that he’s just her teacher and he has no feeling for her. She yells at him that she doesn’t believe it. She mentions he agreed it when she asked him out.
Mu Yun apologizes to Ming Hua for making her misunderstand it. She tries to touch him. But he steps back and gets on knees to her. He tells her that he came from a poor family, asking her not to tangle him. She agrees to forgive him. But she tells him that she wants him not to forget her forever. She kisses him and finds out that he actually has no feeling for her.

Ming Hua tears up. She tells Mu Yun to tell King that she wants to marry Pingxi Prince. She tells him that she won’t tangle him since he loves someone else. She walks away and throws away his cape. He cries to grab the snow from the ground.
Director praises Ming Wei for her acting. He mentions Mu Tingzhou never filmed kissing scene. Mu Tingzhou takes off the mask from his lips. He claims that he just did what he should do. He walks away. Ming Wei wonders if Mu Tingzhou doesn’t like her.
Mu Tingzhou walks into the dressing room. Ming Wei learns that it’s his birthday. Xiao Zhao invites Ming Wei to attend Mu Tingzhou’s birthday party. She wants to attend it but she doesn’t prepare any birthday present. Mu Tingzhou tells her to prepare it now. She has no idea about the present.
Mu Tingzhou sees a big gift in the room. Ming Wei comes out from the gift box. She wears a bunny girl dress. She lets him join her. She dances for him. But it’s just his illusion. He opens the gift. He sees her who holds a pot to cover her face.
Mu Tingzhou takes off the pot. Ming Wei smiles and she goes to wash the pot. She explains to him that she wanted to cook for him. But she messed it up. So she hid in the gift box. She tries to leave. But he stops her and asks for the gift.
Ming Hua gets on knees to Mu Yun. She asks him to save her two children. He promises to protect her children. He feels guilty. She cries to help him get up. She thinks he didn’t do anything wrong. She confesses that she doesn’t have any regret to know him.

The maid cries to inform Ming Hua that King is going to kill her two children. Ming Hua tells the maid to prepare the wine and the poison for her. Mu Yun breaks into the palace. He tells the general to get lost. But the bodyguards point their spears at him.
