Xin Jialiang and Mai Chenghuan love each other. But he makes a proposal to her in Best Choice Ever episode 4 when she’s holding a 520 event for her company. It brings trouble to her. She gets angry and she tells him to go home. Does she accept his proposal later?
Best Choice Ever: Does Mai Chenghuan Accept Xin Jialiang’s Proposal?
She accepts his proposal after he took out the rechargeable battery. He reminds her that they fell in love because of the rechargeable battery. She forgives him after he admitted his mistake. But she finds out that the ring is missing.
She finds the ring at home. She has a talk with her mother Liu Wanyu. She doesn’t want to leave her because she knows she’s going to marry Xin Jialiang. Liu Wanyu comforts her that she can return home even if she gets married.
Mai Chenghuan drinks with the sale director of Desheng Furniture President Wang. She gets 20 percent of discount from him. Yao Zhiming gives the invitations of 520 event to Mai Chenghuan. He lets her take her parents attend the event.
She takes her parents attend the event. But she finds out that the guests don’t come after they ordered the tickets. She sees some guys dancing in the event. Xin Jialiang shows up when he wears the armor. He tells Mai Chenghuan that he wants to be her knight. He takes out the ring and he makes a proposal to her.
But he messes the event. Because the event is for the love of the parents. Yao Zhiming leaves after he saw it. Director Zhu scolds Mai Chenghuan. But Xin Jialiang points his sword at Director Zhu. Mai Chenghuan has to take her boyfriend out of the hotel.
She asks him to go home. She leaves because she needs to work. Liu Wanyu takes Xin Jialiang home. She prepares the dinner for the guy because she likes him very much. He promises to arrange the meeting up of both parents. She’s very happy. Mai Chenghuan returns home. She finds out that Xin Jialiang came to her house instead of returning home. She’s furious to drag him out of her home.

They run into a kid by the river. The kid wishes to take a photo with Xin Jialiang because he wears an armor. Xin Jialiang tells the kid to ask Mai Chenghuan about it. Mai Chenghuan agrees to it after the kid begged her. She’s not angry anymore.
