The cop tries to get into the ward with Shin-A. But Ok-Hee stops him. She reveals she’s just an actress. The doctor takes Shin-A to see Go-Jin. Go-Jin is surprised that Shin-A is his fiancee. The doctor walks out the the ward. He tells Ok-Hee that Go-Jin cannot remember himself. He thinks Shin-A is the only one who can help Go-Jin.
Ok-Hee feels happy. Go-Jin tells Shin-A that he needs to rest. She tries to leave. But he keeps her and thanks her for what she did to him. She tears up after she left his ward. She tells Ok-Hee that Go-Jin thanked her. Ok-Hee feels happy after she realized that the guy is mad.

But Shin-A thinks it’s unfair that Go-Jin forgets everything when she’s going to die. Ok-Hee tells Shin-A to tell the truth to the cop after knowing she didn’t try to kill Go-Jin. Shin-A rejects it. She tells Ok-Hee that she wants to take revenge.
Soo-Young takes the flowers to see Go-Jin at the hospital. But he doesn’t recognize her. Ok-Hee hands over her ring to Shin-A after knowing she decided to take revenge. But she doesn’t what to do when Go-Jin gets his memories back. Shin-A doesn’t care for it because she knows she’s going to die.
Se-Gi returns to the company. He gives a gift to the cleaner. He gets a call from the cop who tells him that Go-Jin is in the hospital. The cleaner hears the talk. She reports it to the colleagues. Shin-A tells Go-Jin that she’s his secretary and the colleagues don’t know their love relationship.
Go-Jin doesn’t believe what Shin-A said. She shows the ring to him, wearing it on his ring finger. She tells the doctor that she tried her best to prove herself. She cries to sit on the couch. Go-Jin reveals he thought it’s a dream.
Shin-A tells the doctor that she had a fight with Go-Jin because he betrayed her. She shows the photo to him. She’s sad to run away from Go-Jin’s ward. She goes to the restroom to wash her face. She finds out that she’s good at acting.
Crazy Love K-Drama: Episode 3 Ending
Byun-Ho is surprised that Shin-A is Go-Jin’s fiancee. He tells her that he’s going to sue her if what she said is a lie. Se-Gi shows up. He tells Byun-Ho that he can prove Shin-A is Go-Jin’s fiancee. He tells him to leave. Shin-A thanks Se-Gi for helping her. She asks him if he believes what she said.
Se-Gi tells Shin-A that he doesn’t care for it. He thinks Go-Jin got killed if she didn’t help him.
