Hee-Jin witnesses A-Rang kissing another girl after he confessed his feelings to her in Crushology 101 Episode 4. She realizes that he’s the bad man who plays with girls. She carries a ice bucket and she pours him.
Episode 4
Jae-Yeol breaks into the date scene of Hee-Jin and A-Rang. He drags Hee-Jin away without saying anything. She tries her best to break away from him. She’s confused to question him why he appeared. He’s anxious and he tells her that A-Rang isn’t a good man. He doesn’t wish her to date the guy. He reminds her that she encountered a bad man before. He persuades her not to take the old path, becoming the harvester of bad men.
She’s hurt by his words. She tells him that her choice belongs to her business. She orders him not to step in. He has no other ways. He stops Ji-Won who is close to Hee-Jin. He plays the key recording to him. The girl slept over at A-Rang’s house. She asked him if she can be his girlfriend on the recording. But he was flirty and he thought it’s nothing to sleep. He promised to give her the title later.
Ji-Won realizes that A-Rang tangled the girl when he pursued Hee-Jin. He and Jae-Yeol discuss a plan. They plan to keep Hee-Jin and A-Rang apart for reducing the harm to Hee-Jin. Ji-Won hires a private detective and he looks into A-Rang. He receives the photos of the guy and many girls.
He’s told that A-Rang has used his identity to cheating the college girls’ feelings. He tells the truth to Jae-Yeol. The two know they shouldn’t conceal it even if the truth will break Hee-Jin’s heart. Ji-Won calls Hee-Jin. He’s told that she’s going to A-Rang’s exhibition.
Hee-Jin had a fight with Jae-Yeol. She went to see A-Rang. She found out that he’s waiting for her. She asked him about their relationship. He hinted at her that he wouldn’t take any girl to his studio. He wouldn’t date any girl as well. She captured the feelings from his words. She was very happy.
The next day, he came to her school for meeting with her. They were going to go to drink coffee together. A delivery person drove by and he almost hit Hee-Jin. A-Rang was fast to hug Hee-Jin. He caught the chance to hold her hand. She was joyful when she was in the sweet. She believes that they confirmed the love relationship since they held hands.
She returned to the dormitory and she couldn’t conceal her excitement. She shared the relationship with her roommates. The roommates were told that it’s the last day of A-Rang’s exhibition. They told Hee-Jin to give flowers to the guy as his girlfriend.
Hee-Jin carries the flowers to the exhibition. She gets a call from Ji-Won. She’s surprised that he hung up after knowing she’s at the exhibition. She doesn’t know Ji-Won and Jae-Yeol are riding the scooter. They’re on the way to the exhibition.
Hee-Jin’s shoe is stepped by someone. She goes to the restroom to dress up. She walks out of the restroom and she sees A-Rang. She follows him for giving him a surprise. But the surprise turns into fright. She sees the man kissing the girl.
Her flowers fall to the ground. It wakes the two who are enjoying the kiss. Ji-Won and Jae-Yeol arrive. The two want to take Hee-Jin away. But she insists on getting an explanation from A-Rang. She walks to him and she’s furious to question him why he lied to her.
He’s shameless to respond that he never said he would date her. He thinks she mistook it. She confirms that the girl was cheated as well. She’s angry to break into the hall. She pours the ice on his head in front of the guests and the reporters.
Ji-Won notes that A-Rang is going to fight it back. He stays for resolving the problem. He asks Jae-Yeol to take Hee-Jin away. Hee-Jin goes outside. She cannot control her sadness anymore. She sits on the ground and she cries. Jae-Yeol is silent to put his coat on her head. He gives her the space to release her temper.
Hee-Jin is calm. Ji-Won drives her home. He keeps joking for making her happy. He sees her smiling. He feels relieved. She returns to the dormitory and she tells her roommates the bad experience. They roommates comfort her when they give her a plan.
They point out that the candidates are only Ji-Won and Jae-Yeol. Hee-Jin thinks she’s lack of the ability to distinguish men after she encountered two bad men. She decides not to fall for men anymore. The roommates persuade her that Ji-Won and Jae-Yeol aren’t bad men because she has known them for a long time. She thinks about their words. She mentions Ji-Won has a sister. She thinks he treats her as his sister. Although she likes Jae-Yeol, she thinks the guy just likes to tease her.
The roommates’ prayers are answered. Ji-Won’s family doesn’t sponsor A-Rang. The group photos of A-Rang and the victims are leaked. He’s treated as the cancer of the industry. Jae-Yeol covers himself and he rides his scooter. He sprays A-Rang with the chili water. He takes revenge for Hee-Jin.
Jae-Yeol and Ji-Won begin to test each other’s feelings to Hee-Jin after they gave the bad man a lesson. The two don’t want to expose their thoughts. But they treat each other as rivals in love. Hee-Jin doesn’t know their feelings.
She runs into Jae-Yeol on the student council. She thanks him for stopping her from being cheated by the bad man. He’s not sure if she actually lets it go. But he’s satisfied with it because they don’t treat each other as enemies anymore.
One day, Hee-Jin and Ji-Won go to enjoy the special meal together. They walk out of the cafeteria. They see Jae-Yeol leading his team to film. Hee-Jin looks at Jae-Yeol who’s serious and professional. She falls for him. She doesn’t expect that she could see the glamour side of Jae-Yeol.
The crowd is getting crowded. Ji-Won worries that Hee-Jin will trip. He holds her hand and they walk out of the crowd. The scene is witnessed by Jae-Yeol. His heart is broken. He gathers with his team. He keeps thinking of the scene. He drinks at the table.

He’s drunk and he takes out Hee-Jin’s number. He doesn’t have the guts to call her. He sees the wall scroll rolling down the stairs. He rolls up the wall scroll. He gathers with the person on the stairs. He’s surprised that the person is Hee-Jin.
He mistakes that he has an illusion because he misses her very much. He remembers he fell for her when he went to see his classmate. He entered the school for contacting with her. But she had a boyfriend when he saw her. They knew each other and they become friends. But he doesn’t have guts to confess. He cannot conceal his love anymore because he’s compelled by the jealousy.
