Chrysanthemum tells his student that Jin Xiu’s body was seen by Hong Ning in Love Never Fails Chinese Drama Episode 3. He thinks he shouldn’t record it. Jin Xiu is in the garden. He remembers Hong Ning felt sorry when she saw his scars.
Chrysanthemum brings the pastries to Jin Xiu. Jin Xiu tastes it. He summons the person who made the pastries to his palace. Hong Ning walks into the palace. She recognizes Jin Xiu. She tries to mention what happened they did that day.
Chrysanthemum stops Hong Ning. He asks her to greet Jin Xiu. Jin Xiu asks Hong Ning if she added specialty spices into the pastries. She reveals it’s endless mint. She adds that the mint was given by her friend. He learns that her friend is a monster.
Hong Ning complains it to Jin Xiu that she looked for the fertilizer for a long time. He gets angry and he asks Chrysanthemum to take the bad girl away. Chrysanthemum reminds Jin Xiu that Hong Ning is just a monster. He offers to send the girl to the mortal world. But Jin Xiu scolds Chrysanthemum. He asks him not to spread it.
Hong Ning returns home when it’s pouring outside. Shao Yao thinks Jin Xiu is angry. Chrysanthemum shows up. Hong Ning calls him immortal official. He takes her to accept the thunderbolts when he suggests she wears something thicker.
She passes out after she is hit by the thunderbolt. It startles him. He confirms that she’s fine then. He complains it to her that he needs to take the duty if she passes away. She tells him that she can hang in there. He persuades her to make a mistake so that she will be sent to mortal world. But she rejects it and she claims that she wants to go to flower meeting. He tells her that she needs Flower Invitation to attend the flower meeting. But all flower invitations were sent by the person.
Hong Ning joins Shao Yao in the meeting. Shao Yao shows the flower invitation to her friend. Hong Ning tells Apricot that she wishes to get flower invitation. Apricot mocks Hong Ning. But she gives the invitation to her. She takes her to the field. She asks her to let the red camellia bloom.
Shao Yao feels sorry for Hong Ning. Hong Ning thinks it’s nothing. But she fails to weed. Shao Yao reveals the grass is called Difu Grass. It’s the spiritual plant Flower God took back from mortal world. The plant can eat other flowers. Apricot did it for making Hong Ning not plant red camellia. Hong Ning pulls out a blade of glass. She’s very happy. But Chrysanthemum asks her to go to play thunder with him.
Jin Xiu drinks the juice alone. He remembers the drink was good after Hong Ning added a mint leaf into it. He does it and he finds out that she was right. He laughs. Hong Ning sits on the thunderbolt stage. She wonders when Jin Xiu will take it easy. Chrysanthemum reveals Jin Xiu locked his brother Kun Lun into the Flower Painting.
Plum visits Kun Lun with the wine. She reveals the wine was brewed by Flower God. He’s told that the wine contains mint. She leaves because she gets angry. He walks out of the painting and he freezes the guards. Kun Lun visits Jin Xiu. He tries to drink the wine. But Jin Xiu stops his brother because he told him not to touch his stuff. Jin Xiu is furious to leave. Plum shows up. She reports to Jin Xiu that Tai Yi asked him to go to carry out the punishment.
Jin Xiu is carrying out the punishment. But he finds out that the prince of North Realm Lu Jiu is on the list. He’s told that North Heavenly Realm King sent his son there because the prince doesn’t have nine tails. He releases Lu Jiu because he thinks he did nothing wrong. He tells him to go to practice.
We go to North Heavenly Realm. The king is very happy after he got the golden lotus dew. He promises his daughter Lu Yao that he will give the dew to her if she marries Jin Xiu. Lu Yao meets with the follower. She’s told that Lu Jiu was sent to Mortal World.

Hong Ning is pulling the Difu Grass. Shao Yao shows up. She takes Hong Ning to go to study. Hong Ning goes over her homework after she studied. Jin Xiu runs into her. He learns that she wants to attend the flower meeting. He helps her get changed.

Chrysanthemum sees the two. He tries to eavesdrop on the conversation. But Jin Xiu drives Chrysanthemum away. He draws her eyebrows. It makes her heart pound. He learns that she has palpitations. He claims that he knows some medical skills. She drags him to her side and she lets him be close to her.
