Does Azula Kill Iroh in Avatar: The Last Airbender?

Azula is a princess who won’t stop helping her father Ozai. Ozai is a terrible fire lord. He plans to invade other kingdoms for being the phoenix emperor. But his brother Iroh becomes his rival when Iroh wants to guard his nephew Zuko. Azula is loyal to her father in Avatar: The Last Airbender. She goes to arrest her uncle after she was told that Iroh is a traitor. She doesn’t like his uncle at all because she thinks the guy is like her mother Ursa who favors Zuko. She thinks he’s the problem of the nation.

Azula is diligent. She finds her uncle at a resort soon. Her brother Zuko is there as well. She knows Zuko is the weak one in Avatar: The Last Airbender. The guy wishes to return to the Fire Nation. She makes him believe that his father wants to see him. But Iroh is a master of stratagems. He reminds his nephew that Ozai wouldn’t forgive him so easy. They flee before Azula arrests them. Azula is a powerful firebending. But things are getting tricky when the culprit is Iroh.

Iroh Is the Main Reason for Fire Nation Army’s Failure

Aang and his teammates go to Northern Water Tribe for learning waterbending. Admiral Zhao hunts the Avatar. He tails him and he sees Aang going into the city. He cannot arrest the airbender because of the guards of Northern Water Tribe. He decides to take down the tribe. But he needs more troops. He targets Zuko and he arranges assassins to kill the prince.

Zuko is attacked. But he’s not dead. He fakes his own death and he lets Iroh join Admiral Zhao. Admiral Zhao gains Zuko’s troops because the soldiers think their lead was killed. Iroh doesn’t leak the truth. He pretends to be the admiral’s ally. The troops of the Fire Nation begin to attack the Northern Water Tribe. But the waterbenders are so powerful because they’re blessed by the Moon Spirit. Admiral Zhao knows the Moon Spirit is the obstacle of his road to success. He wants to get rid of the spirit but the spirit is hiding somewhere. He wishes Iroh to help him because he heard he went to the Spirit World. But Iroh refuses to help the admiral.

Admiral Zhao knows the real body of the Moon Spirit. Because he looked into the God from the library. He finds the Moon Spirit before Aang. He kills her. The Ocean Spirit is furious after knowing Admiral Zhao murdered his friend. The Avatar catches the chance to possess the Ocean Spirit. He takes revenge for the Moon Spirit. The fleet of the Fire Nation is annihilated after the Ocean Spirit showed his real power. Admiral Zhao disappears from the world when he fights Iroh in Avatar: The Last Airbender.

Ozai thinks his army wouldn’t fail if Iroh didn’t step in. There’s one person who should take duty for the failure. He’s Iroh. Oazi summons Azula. He asks his daughter to go to arrest his brother and his worthless son. Azula worried that her father will pass Zuko the throne. But the two made their own mistakes. She plans to catch the two and send them to the prison.

Iroh has been a problem to Azula. He supports Zuko and he plans to help the guy be the crown prince of the Fire Nation. He sees the good side of his nephew even if Zuko wants to arrest the Avatar for letting his father trust him. He knows the nation needs a good lord. But Azula is hungry for the throne as well. She thinks she’s talented. She developed the blue flame which other airbenders don’t own. But Iroh doesn’t support his niece at all. He knows she’s a evil girl. He believes that she will be a worse fire lord than her father if she succeeds to the throne.

Azula takes her troops to go to look for the two traitors. She finds Iroh and Zuko on an island. The two are enjoying the food the Fire Nation brought to them. The beauties serve them. Azula doesn’t show her anger. She knows she should hold them steady. She pretends to be a nice sister. She persuades her brother to go back with her. Zuko is surprised that his father didn’t get angry. He mistakes that Ozai wants to make up with him. But Iroh knows it’s a trap. They’re going to leave the island with Azula. But the soldier calls them prisoner. Zuko is awake from the lie. He unites with his uncle. They manage to escape from the trap. Azula learns a lesson from it. She realizes that she should give up the soldiers that her father assigned to her. She plans to hire her old classmates.

Azula Gets Iroh

Azula is a powerful hunter in Avatar: The Last Airbender. She knows how to get her prey. She’s good at manipulating people. Mai and Ty Lee join the princess after Azula pressured them. Azula is very happy that the two fugitives she wants to catch are nearby. She doesn’t go to arrest them. She summons them instead.

Iroh and Zuko go to the palace of the Earth Kingdom after knowing The Earth King wants to drink their tea. But they see Azula. Iroh flees immediately. He knows Azula will take him to the Fire Nation if he’s caught. He persuades his nephew to leave with him. But Zuko wants to face his sister. Aang returns to Ba Sing Se after his girlfriend was kidnapped.

Iroh becomes a good friend of his enemies after he got along with the Avatar team. He knows they’re some good guys. He asks for help for saving Zuko. But he doesn’t know Zuko has united with Azula. Zuko gets angry after he saw his uncle coming with his enemies. Azula catches the chance to strike the Avatar. Iroh is arrested. He’s sent to the prisoner of the Fire Nation.

Iroh is Ozai’s brother. But he’s very kind. He knows Zuko wants to catch Aang for returning to the Fire Nation. He accompanied the prince and he became his teacher. He wished him to realize that what he’s doing isn’t right. But Zuko didn’t come to his senses. He worked with Azula and he betrayed his uncle. Iroh was lost. But he still believes that Zuko will choose the right path.

Azula knew Zuko’s wish from the very beginning. She made the rift between the uncle and the nephew. She completed the task her father gave her. She proves that she’s the right heir Ozai is looking for. She continues to manipulate her brother after they returned to the Fire Nation. She knows Aang survived. So she doesn’t take the credit of the Avatar’s death. She motivates Zuko to go to murder Aang when he’s under the pressure. But Zuko chooses the path Iroh wished him to choose.

Iroh was the crown prince of the Fire Nation. His son passed away when he tried to take down the capital of the Earth Kingdom. He regrets for attack Ba Sing Se. He thinks his son wouldn’t die if he didn’t invade the Earth Kingdom. He was supposed to be the next Fire Lord. But his brother Ozai took his position after his father was murdered by someone. He doesn’t know Azula was the mastermind.

Azula began to seek power after she failed to get the love from her mother Ursa. She suggested that her father Ozai should be the Fire Lord. He was very happy after knowing his daughter is so sweet. He met with his father Azulon. He suggested that Azulon should pass the throne to him. But Azulon asked his son to murder Zuko instead. Azula leaked the information to her mother. Ursa took the Fire Lord’s wife for protecting her son.

Does Azula Kill Iroh?

Azula sends Iroh to the prisoner after she returned to the Fire Nation. She doesn’t contact him since then. He begins the prison life and he knows he should preserve his strength. So he eats a lot and he works out a lot in Avatar: The Last Airbender.

Zuko feels guilty for betraying his uncle. He goes to see his father. He announces that he will rebel. He claims that the first thing he will do is to release his uncle. But Iroh has escaped from the prison when Zuko arrives at the prison. The warden reveals Iroh defeated all prison guards and he fled. It indicates that Iroh is alive and he’s strong.

Zuko joins the Avatar team. They plan to go to kill Ozai. But they need some people to take back Ba Sing Se. They run into Bumi and some powerful masters. The masters volunteer to do the job. They take Zuko to the camp. Zuko is told that Iroh is waiting for him. He walks into his uncle’s room when Iroh is sleeping. He worries that his uncle won’t forgive him. But Iroh hugs Zuko after he woke up. He’s very happy after he saw his nephew. He has treated Zuko as his son after he lost his son. He suggests that Zuko should become the new Fire Lord. Zuko wishes Iroh to defeat Ozai since his uncle is so powerful. But Iroh thinks it’s Aang’s job.

Zuko finds his sister Azula when the princess is going to be the new Fire Lord. He defeats her and he becomes the new Fire Lord. Iroh feels relieved after Zuko did something good. He goes to the city Ba Sing Se after his brothers freed the city. He continues to manage the teahouse. He encounters the beauty June. He persuades her to work with her. He catches the chance to pursue her.

Azula doesn’t kill Iroh. She doesn’t like her uncle. But he’s still her family. So she wouldn’t kill him. She actually doesn’t kill anyone. She’s the princess who only wants to seek power. She manipulates everyone for achieving the goal. But she and her father fail. The four kingdoms usher in peace. Avatar: The Last Airbender has a good ending in the end.
