Shang Que asks Jie Li about drinking flower wine. She leaks that it means that they ask the beauties to accompany them to drink wine. He thinks it’s a good thing because he worries that they will delay the important thing. Jie Li asks Chang Que if they came to Luo City to have fun.
Dongfang Qingcang takes a look at Orchid. He admits it. Shang Que asks the guy about the place. The guy leaks that it’s the fairy pavilion which Lady Wanqing stays. He’s surprised that Shang Que didn’t know it. Orchid explains that they came to Luo city the first time. She asks him about Lady Wanqing.

The guy reveals Lady Wanqing is prettier than the fairy in the heaven. He adds that Lady Wanqing made flowers bloom when she danced. He wants to see Lady Wanqing’s dancing even if he will be dead because of it. Dongfang Qingcang swears to see Lady Wanqing.
Dongfang Qingcang gets the pass after Shang Que showed the gold to the guard. Orchid sees Chang Heng who’s drinking with guests. She worries that Dongfang Qingcang will kill Chang Heng. She tells Dongfang Qingcang to sit with her. Lady Wanqing shows up.
Orchid sees the hellfire scar on Lady Wanqing’s neck. She finds out that she’s Chidi Woman. She takes a look at Dongfang Qingcang. She realizes that he knew it early. She wonders what he want to do to the soul of Chidi Woman. She thinks she needs to protect Chidi Woman.
Dongfang Qingcang thinks Orchid has something on her mind. She denies it and asks him if he agrees to tell his mind to her. He tries to tell something to her. But Chang Heng stands up to applaud. Orchid blocks Dongfang Qingcang. She tells him that she has a stomachache.
The guy talks out Xiao Run. He thinks he’s not qualified to watch Lady Wanqing’s show. Xiao Run gives Red Coral Tree to Lady Wanqing. He becomes her guest. Orchid tells Dongfang Qingcang to look for bone bracelet for her because she worries that he will see Xiao Run.
Xiao Run walks into Lady Wanqing’s room. He asks her if she remembered that she saw him in Xiao House. She denies it. He reminds her that they’re engaged. But she tells him not to mention the engagement because she’s a sinner. He makes a proposal to her with Red Coral Tree. The madam asks Xie Wanqing to accept Xiao Run’s proposal. But Xie Wanqing rejects it because she thinks she and Xiao Run aren’t the same kind of people.
Love Between Fairy and Devil: Episode 20 Ending
Episode 20 of Love Between Fairy and Devil ends with the maid telling Xie Wanqing to visit the lantern market. Xie Wanqing rejects it. She tells the maid that she’s waiting for something. She hears the song. She tells the maid that what she waits is the song.
