Xi Xichen tells people that he’s going to buy them meal. He invites Jian Anjie. She agrees to it and takes off Ye Lin’s hand. The assistant knows Ye Lin doesn’t like the occasion. She tells him to leave after he greets them. But he tells her that he wants to attend the gathering because the meal is bought by Xi Xichen.
Shen Qingyu reports to Jian Zhenlin about what Jian Anjie did. She thinks they did a great job to send Jian Anjie abroad. He praises her for helping Jian Anjie. He’s so surprised that she’s very tolerant. She tells him that she actually treats Jian Anjie as her real daughter. He holds her hand and thanks her.
Xi Xichen takes the people to the restaurant. He lets Jian Anjie have a seat on the main seat. Ye Lin tells Xi Xichen to thank him because Jian Anjie was invited by him. But Xi Xichen doesn’t believe Jian Anjie was invited by Ye Lin.

The waiter tries to pour wine to Jian Anjie. But Xi Xichen stops him. He tells him that the girl doesn’t drink. Ye Lin walks to the stage and takes a guitar. He lets Lu Lu perform the song with him. Jian Anjie smiles when she stares at Ye Lin. Xi Xichen notes it.
It flashes back. Ye Lin plays guitar on the campus. Jian Anjie and Yang Yali come to watch him. Yang Yali isn’t happy after she noted that Ye Lin performs the song only for Jian Anjie.
Ye Lin’s hand is hurt so that he ends the show. Jian Anjie asks him about his hand. He learns that she cares for him. The girl mentions she heard Xi Xichen can play piano. She asks him if she’s the lucky girl. He promises to do it because he was moved by Jian Anjie’s story. He plays the piano and tells the people a story.
The boy wants to buy the girl a villa. But she rejects it because she only wants to get him. But the boy loses the girl one day. He tries to find her but he fails. He waits for her in the empty room until she walks into the room. Xi Xichen tells the people that love needs to be waited.
Ye Lin wakes Jian Anjie up. He tells her not to be lost like those girls. But she talks back that he’s still a kid. He’s furious to drink. She asks Xi Xichen why he could play the song. He explains that he likes it. Ye Lin is drunk. President Xu and Lu Lu carry him out of the restaurant. Xi Xichen tells Jian Anjie to walk him because he drank.
Xi Xichen pretends to be drunk. He sits on the bench and tells Jian Anjie to wait for him. He explains that girls shouldn’t walk alone in the evening when she stares at him. So she sits with him and asks him what he wants to get from her. He mentions she didn’t speak until he helped her take the book she wanted to get.
Jian Yulin walks to Jian Anjie and hands over the milk to her. But she rejects it and tells him to go to play with Xi Xichen. But he stares at her. So she goes to see Xi Xichen. Xi Xichen finds Jian Yulin who falls asleep. He thinks he’s like an angel.
Love Cures All Chinese Drama: Episode 5 Ending
Yang Yali blames Ye Lin for being stick to Jian Anjie. She reminds him that Jian Anjie gave up him first. But he tells her that he broke up with Jian Anjie first. He adds that he needed to take care of his sister Xiao Xiao, and he didn’t have the power to give the future Jian Anjie wanted to get.
Ye Lin tells Yang Yali not to waste any time on him because he only loves Jian Anjie. But she tells him that she can wait for him no matter how many years she’s going to spend. He tells her not to do that because he thinks it will make them tired. He feels sorry. But she tells him that she doesn’t want his apology. She remembers she felt happy when she stayed with him and Xiao Xiao.
Yang Yali tells Ye Lin that she knows he cannot forget Jian Anjie and he wants to stay with her. But Jian Anjie doesn’t have any feeling for him. Yang Yanli leaks that Jian Anjie confessed that her comeback wasn’t related to Ye Lin. She tells him that the girl doesn’t care for him.
But Ye Lin doesn’t believe it because he thinks the hero is him in Jian Anjie’s story. Yang Yalin tells Ye Lin not to be like a dog who’s stick to Jian Anjie. He’s furious to walk away. Yang Yali complains that she accompanied Ye Lin when Xiao Xiao was sick.
Xi Xichen finds Jian Anjie at the cafe. He walks to her and asks her if she had lunch. But he bumps her and the coffee stains her shirt. He wants to buy her a shirt. She rejects it and tells him that she had meal. She walks away.
Xi Xichen notes that Jian Anjie left her wallet. He sits in front of her and shows the wallet to her. But he avoids it when she tries to take her wallet back. He asks for the compensation. She takes her wallet back and gives the cash to him. He laughs and tells her that he doesn’t need money.
