Ning Meng gets the papers from the reception. The girl explains to Ning Meng that the package doesn’t contain her name. So she didn’t know the package belongs to her. Ning Meng goes to Lu Jiming’s office. She hands over the papers to him. But he asks for another document.
Ning Meng calls Fang Jian and asks him for the document. But he hangs up. She goes to his company. The girl tells Ning Meng that Fang Jian is off duty. Shi Ying summons Ning Meng to her office. She hands over the document to her. She tells her that Fang Jian gave it to her at the dinner.

Shi Ying mentions Fang Jian told her that Ning Meng didn’t ask him for the document. Ning Meng denies it. She complains that Fang Jian didn’t pick up her phone. Shi Ying hands over the ginger tea to Ning Meng. She tells her not to catch a cold.
Ning Meng visits Lu Jimeng. She gives the document to him. But he asks for another document. She throws a fit to him. She’s furious to leave his office. Ning Meng stands on the street. She cries when it’s raining. She remembers what Lu Jiming told her that he gave Yuan Yuan Real Estate a chance.
Ning Meng walks into Fang Jian’s office. She asks him for the document. But he claims that he’s very busy. She tells him not to do the project if he’s very busy. He promises to give her the document tomorrow. Ning Meng is on the way to give the document to Lu Jiming. But she gets a call from Shi Ying who asks her to come back.
Ning Meng walks into Shi Ying’s office. Shi Ying hands over the contract to Ning Meng. She asks her to check it. Ning Meng finds out that she didn’t stamp the contract. Shi Ying asks Ning Meng why she made the mistake. She tells her that Lu Jiming isn’t the one who would let his feelings affect his work.
Shi Ying leaks the one who asked for the document was someone else. She thinks Ning Meng misunderstood Lu Jiming. She reminds her that she let her feelings affect her work. She tells her that she wishes her to grow up. Ning Meng tears up in the lobby.
Lu Jiming shows up. Ning Meng tries to avoid him. But he stops her and tells her that her heels betrayed her. She apologizes to him. But he comforts her that everyone would make mistakes. Zeng Yuhang calls Ning Meng. He tells her to pick up Lu Jiming.

Ning Meng gets a call from Lu Jiming. She tells him that she’s on the way to give him the document. He rejects it and tells her that he decided not to invest in Yuan Yuan Real Estate.
