My Dearest Nemesis Episode 4

Joo-Yeon tangles his parents and he asks them to take him to the animation event when he’s a kid. But they have a car accident. His parents pass away for protecting him. His grandma hates him from that day on. He blames his grandma for ruining the toys he collected. But he realizes that his grandma lost most important son after he witnessed her grandma crying alone.

He promises his grandma that he will take the duty which belonged to his father. He tries his best for becoming the looks his grandma wishes. He’s alone on the way to chase the goal. So he builds a kingdom that only belongs to him. A utopia nobody can see.

Joo-Yeon’s hobby caused his parents’ deaths. But his grandma was too strict to him. He was just a kid. Why did she burn his toys? He’s her only family after she son died. Fortunately, Joo-Yeon didn’t hate his grandma. He knew his duty after his parents passed away. He followed his grandma’s orders. He tried to learn how to run the company so that his grandma won’t be sad. I wish his grandma to walk out of the sadness. So she will forgive Joo-Yeon.

Soo-Jung breaks into Joo-Yeon’s secret room. She enjoys the stuff in the room. He tells a lie to her that it’s his nephew’s room for not exposing his true nature. He asks her to leave at the same time. She insists on doing her duty. She fixes the electric circuit. Lights and the music are restored. He follows the rhythm and he hits the racket.

Soo-Jung sees that it’s the guy’s room. She wants to prove her guess. She tries to take a record from the shelf. He stops her and he explains the year of release of the record for her. His unconscious behavior exposes his secret. He mistakes that she wants to use these stuff to control him. But she says that these stuff can help her know him more deeply.

She trips when she steps back. He’s fast to hug her. They’re close. They stare at each other. They have feelings. Soo-Jung is going to leave. She’s careful to tell Joo-Yeon that she will return the money of the skirt to him after a few days later. He questions her why she sold the present he gave her. She realizes that he treated the skirt as a present.

She tries to answer him the question. But she gets a call from the hospital. She’s told that her father is in the hospital after he tripped. Joo-Yeon worries that Soo-Jung cannot drive well because she’s anxious. He volunteers to take her to the hospital.

He arranges his father in the VIP ward. He tells her that it’s a benefit of employee’s family that the company gave her. He dispels her psychological burden. She’s surprised that he’s so warm. She sends him off and she sits in the hallway alone.

She remembers her mother passed away in the hospital. She has an instinctive fear to hospitals. She’s sad even if her father’s injury isn’t serious. Joo-Yeon comes back with the present. He sees her wiping off her tears. He doesn’t disturb her. He puts the present at the nurse’s desk. He sends a message to Soo-Jung. He asks her to go to take the present. Soo-Jung’s younger brother replaces her to take care of Soo-Jung’s father.

Soo-Jung goes to Joo-Yeon’s house to take her toolkit. She decides to leave. But her car breaks down. Joo-Yeon forces her to get off the car. He wants to send it for repair. She wants to drive the car. But he’s against the door. He forces her to go to the maintenance center. His parents pass away because of car accident. So he doesn’t allow the people around him have any safety hazard.

The car cannot be fixed in a short period of time. So Joo-Yeon buys Soo-Jung a new car. She refuses to accept it. He claims that he lends the car to her with his name. She needs to return the car to her after her car is fixed. But she still thinks it’s too much. She claims that she can take buses. He whispers in her ear that he wishes her not to break up the show when he shows the looks of a good boss. She cannot reject it. She has to drive the new car home.

I have to say money is so powerful. Soo-Jung changes her mind about Joo-Yeon after he bought her a new car and he arranged a VIP room for her father. This is how rich guy can win Cinderella’s heart. Why did Joo-Yeon buy Soo-Jung a new car? It’s obvious that he wants to hit on her. Employee family benefit? Only silly girl would believe the lie.

The next day, Joo-Yeon and In-Kyeong go on a business trip. Joo-Yeon’s tablet is bumped by a little boy. The tablet falls to the floor. It’s broken. There’s an important information in the tablet. Fortunately, there’s a backup in the computer at the company. In-Kyeong intends to call the Secretary’s Office for getting the file. But Joo-Yeon remembers something. He stops the lady.

He tells a lie to her that he has a backup in his phone. He runs into the restroom and he calls Soo-Jung. He asks her to go to his office and send the file to him. She doesn’t know why he’s so mysterious until he tells her that the password is “I’m Demon”.

She laughs and she doesn’t expect that his password is with the style of idiot. She notes that he never drank the drinks at the company. She’s thoughtful to prepare a bottle of chocolate milk for him. He’s content after he drank the chocolate milk.

He thought he would be irritability after Soo-Jung saw his secrets. But he thinks it’s not bad that someone knew his secrets. Because the feelings that sharing with someone is wonderful. Soo-Jung hears the words. She remembers Black Flame Dragon. She told the guy that she misses her mother before. She got a lot of comfort. She treated him as spiritual support ever. But it was ruined after she saw him.

It seems that Joo-Yeon doesn’t resist to tell his secret to Soo-Jung. I remember he was startled when the doll was found at the company in episode 3. He was fast to return home and he checked his dolls. It’s good that he opened his heart to another person. The person is a girl and she can be trusted. But the plot reminds Soo-Jung her painful past. Why does she feels shame? I think Black Flame Dragon did nothing wrong. He might cheat her about his age. But his feelings were true. He actually loved her. She wasn’t the only one who was hurt in the love relationship.

Sin-Won wishes to see Ha-Jin everyday. He confirms that he fell for the girl. He confesses his feelings to her. He wishes her to go out with him. But she rejects him. She claims that she experienced a failed marriage. She doesn’t plan to date any guy.

I don’t understand why Ha-Jin rejected Sin-Won. You know she gave sushi to him after he broke up with his ex-girlfriend. She actually hit on him. She then offered to sleep together. She made him have feelings for her. He wanted to develop a serious love relationship with her. But she told him that she doesn’t want to do that. She might have a failed marriage. Why don’t you give the man a chance? He’s good.

Ha-Jin closes her restaurant. She goes to Soo-Jung’s company for having dinner with her best friend. She runs into Joo-Yeon on the road. She only knows his ID in the game. She calls him Black Flame Dragon. Joo-Yeon met with Ha-Jin before he went to the United States. He asked her to pretend not to know him if she sees him on the street. Because he has missions he needs to shoulder. He must say goodbye to his past. Ha-Jin didn’t wish to lose the game partner. She wishes him to come to help when the sect has tasks. The two have kept in touch.

Joo-Yeon and Ha-Jin are back to back. They use earphone to communicate. He suspects that she knows his identity. So she intended to tail him. He’s told that she came for a business. He decides to trust her one time. But he asks her to pretend not to know him even if she runs into him. Soo-Jung arrives after Joo-Yeon left.

She takes Ha-Jin to the celebrity restaurant to have dinner. She mentions the manager helped her father be hospitalized. Soo-Jung scolded the manager when she talked about the guy. But Ha-Jin sees shyness from Soo-Jung’s eyes. She suspects that Soo-Jung had feelings for the manager. Soo-Jung claims that she’s more comfortable when she’s alone. But she looks like that she’s covering up something.

Joo-Yeon reorganizes the company following his grandma’s order. He releases an irrational decision about new stores. He wants to test if the employees can be not afraid of him. Only Soo-Jung isn’t afraid of power. She refutes his point in the meeting. She asks him to remake decision again.

Joo-Yeon speaks out his goal. He announces that only Soo-Jung passed the test. She doesn’t expect that it was a test. She feels uncomfortable. She goes to the rooftop alone. Joo-Yeon wants to make her happy. He’s told that she liked to play games before. She hasn’t touched games after she was fooled.

Joo-Yeon takes Soo-Jung to the gaming room. It’s not online game. So cheating doesn’t exist. They experience different games together. They forget all the trouble when they play. They play the PK game. Soo-Jung doesn’t want to lose to Joo-Yeon. She grabs his arm and she asks him for another round. She realizes that what she does isn’t right. She releases his hand immediately. The two intend to ignore the intimacy.
