The top agent Hae-Seong sneaks into Byeongmun High School as a student for looking into a case in Undercover High School Episode 1. He dozes off in the class. The female teacher Soo-A hits him and she wakes him up. He mistakes that he encountered enemies. He fights it back with his hand. He notes that she was startled. He realizes that he’s a student.
Hae-Seong is an agent. He and his colleague go to arrest the culprits who are smuggling the artifact. The culprits take the artifact to flee. Hae-Seong rides his motorcycle and he chases the culprits’ car. He reaches the car and he climbs to the car roof. He forces the culprit to stop the car.
The culprit wants to throw him out of the car. Hae-Seong holds the helmet and he breaks the glass. He gets in the car and he tries to take the artifact in the culprit’s hand. But the car hits the obstacle. It rolls over and explodes. The colleague mistakes that Hae-Seong was killed in the fire. Hae-Seong carries the culprit and the artifact walking out of the fire. They complete the task and they take the artifact to the team leader Seok-Ho.
Seok-Ho is careful to open the box. He finds out that the Bodhisattva’s arm is broken. Hae-Seong remembers it was caused by his shooting. Seok-Ho has to report it to Director Kim. Director Kim gets angry and he orders to fire Hae-Seong. Seok-Ho wants to keep the outstanding team member.
He begs for Hae-Seong. He claims that he can do anything as long as Hae-Seong doesn’t get fired. Director Kim gives a task to Seok-Ho. He claims that Hae-Seong needs to make up for his mistake. Seok-Ho summons the team members for a meeting. He announces the content and the background of the task.
Japanese colonial period, the king prepared ten tons of gold bars for national independence. He let his follower Byung-Moon keep the gold bars. But the traitor Byung-Moon took it for himself. Japan was defeated and the the nation was independent. Byung-Moon hid somewhere. The gold bars he concealed are sleeping somewhere.
Seok-Ho takes out the photo. It proves that the gold bars exist. NIS looked into Byung-Moon ever. But they got nothing. The only place NIS didn’t look into was the Byeongmun High School under Byeongmun Group. NIS received report recently that the gold bars Byung-Moon hid are in the school. The people of the group plan to carry the gold bars overseas. So Hae-Seong’s task is to pretend to be a high school student and find the gold bars from Byeongmun High School.
Hae-Seong is 30 years old but he needs to pretend to be a 18 years old high school student. He thinks it’s a fantasy story. But he’s told that the team leader and the colleagues will get involved if he cannot complete the task. He promises it in the end.
Meanwhile, the teachers of the school are celebrating the vice-principal’s birthday. Soo-A tries her best to sing and dancer for vice-principal. He pours her a drink. But she brings trouble after she was drunk. She grabs his wig and she takes his cab to flee.
Soo-A is unhappy to come to her mother’s restaurant. Hae-Seong is in a bad mood. He has dinner there. Soo-A sees the handsome Hae-Seong. She becomes a silly girl. There’re some thugs planning to leave without paying. They pretend to be students and they accuse Soo-A’s mother Chung-Ha of selling wine to students. They refuse to pay with the reason.
Soo-A tries to persuade the thugs. But one of the thugs touches her. Fortunately, Hae-Seong saves Soo-A. He beats the thugs. The thugs are scared to pay. Chung-Ha thanks Hae-Seong for helping them. She refuses to accept his money for food. He insists on paying and he leaves.
Soo-A looks at Hae-Seong’s good looking face. Her heart pounds. She confirms that it’s love at first sight. Hae-Seong is tired to return home. He remembers he was bullied by his classmates when he was in the high school. He doesn’t like schools.
But he sorts out his emotions the next day. He listens to the plan his team leader and his colleagues made. The colleague introduces it to him that the class system of Byeongmun High School is like army. The student union is at the top of power. Even teachers cannot go against it. The colleagues faked a identity for Hae-Seong. He will get into the school as a special student. Because the school doesn’t welcome transfer student. Hae-Seong needs to learn new words for getting alone with the students.
Seok-Ho takes his wife and his daughter Yoo-Jung to have dinner with Hae-Seong. Yoo-Jung is told that Hae-Seong is going to go to Byeongmun High School. She’s surprised. Because she’s one of the students in the school. She mistakes that he goes to the school as a teacher.
Hae-Seong wears the school uniform and he comes to the high school. He visits the homeroom teacher. He sees Soo-A avoiding the vice-principal Gwang-Doo. He intends to point the other way for helping Soo-A. She sees his name tag. She recognizes him that he’s the student who was arranged to her class. She introduces herself as his homeroom teacher to him.
She sees it clearly that he was the handsome man who helped her drive away the thugs. She cannot accept the truth that her love became a student. But she adjusts herself soon. She fulfills her duty as a teacher. She pinches his ear and she scolds him for wearing the suit. He reminds her that she needs to go to take class.
Soo-A introduces Hae-Seong to the classmates. The girls are excited to scream. Yoo-Jung doesn’t expect that Hae-Seong’s secret identity is a student. They’re in same class. Yoo-Jung takes Hae-Seong to the rooftop. She promises to help him complete the task. But he needs to keep a secret about the life she’s in the school from her parents. The two are happy to make the promise. They agree not to disturb each other.
Hae-Seong hasn’t listened to the lesson for many years. He dozes off when he listens to the lesson. Soo-A taps him on his shoulder. She reminds him to pull himself together. But he attacks her. He walks out of the classroom. He gets milk thrown on him. He walks on the campus and he looks for the place where the gold bars are hidden.
He finds an old building. Although the gate is locked, the meter is running. He thinks it’s weird. He tries to sneak into the building. But he hears the voice. He follows the voice and he witnesses some boys bullying Dong Min. The boys don’t fear Hae-Seong who just appeared. They ask him to go to buy them drinks.
Hae-Seong wants to beat those bad boys. But he sees Seok-Ho who turned into a Buddha persuading him to endure it. He pretends to be weak and he goes to buy them drinks. He returns to the classroom and he asks Dong Min about the old building. Dong Min reveals there’s a ghost in the building. He persuades Hae-Seong not to be close the building.
Hae-Seong suggests Dong Min fights it back if he gets bullied. He thinks the guy will bully Dong Min more. Myeong-Joo attends the assemblyman’s funeral. She promises the family that she will send the kid to a special class. Min-Cheol attended the funeral as well. He suspects that Myeong-Joo is related to the death of the assemblyman. She scolds him and she asks him not to bring trouble. The follower Jae-Moon reports to Myeong-Joo that the case was closed without autopsy. He thinks they don’t have to worry about it. Myeong-Joo feels relieved. She thinks they can take action since they resolved the big trouble.

The episode ends with Hae-Seong reporting to Seok-Ho about the old building in the evening. He gets changed and he goes to the building again. He breaks the cameras this time. He opens the gate and he breaks into the building. He takes out a flashlight and he looks around. A gun points at his head.
