What Happens In My Lovely Liar Episode 9?

Do-Ha gives the slippers to Sol-Hee. He asks her if she heard what he said. She admits it and tells him that she wants to have a talk with him. She thinks the man is his ex-girlfriend’s older brother. She asks him about his ex-girlfriend.
It flashes back. Eom-Ji looks at Do-Ha when he takes group photo with Yeon-Mi. Eom-Ho pushes Eom-Ji to Do-Ha’s side. Do-Ha invites Eom-Ji to take a photo together. Do-Ha tells Sol-Hee that he and Eom-Ji loved each other. But he moved to Seoul and he parted with Eom-Ji.
Eom-Ji cries to ask Do-Ha not to leave. She tells him that she missed him. But he points out that his class is going to begin. He intends to take a late bus. But she wipes off her tears and tells him to leave. She asks him not to take off his ring. He promises it.
Eom-Ji meets with Do-Ha on the beach. She asks him to let her live with him. But he rejects it because he’s staying in the dorm. He tells her that he won’t come next week. Because he needs to take an exam. But she thinks he told a lie to her. She asks him to come for proving that he didn’t tell her a lie.
But Do-Ha tells Eom-Ji that it’s very hard to him for coming to her. It makes her think that he’s changed. She mentions what he told her that seeing her isn’t hard. She tries to kill herself. But he stops her. She tells her that she prefers to die if he leaves her.
Eom-Ji tells Do-Ha that he’s her dream. She blames him for putting other things before her. She cries to yell at him. He gives her a hug and apologizes to her. But he finds out that she used his phone to text the girls. She tells them not to contact her boyfriend.
Does Do-Ha Kill Eom-Ji?
Do-Ha throws a fit to Eom-Ji. She tries to comfort him. She lets him have a seat. But he shakes off her hand and breaks the glass. He leaves the restaurant. She follows him. Do-Ha walks on the beach. He turns around and tells Eom-Ji that he wants to break up with her.
But Eom-Ji rejects it because Do-Ha is her dream. She thinks he’s seeing another girl. He admits it. She asks him to tell her who is the girl when she yells at him. He ignores her and walks away. She uses the shard to cut her wrist.
Do-Ha runs to Eom-Ji. He robs the shard from her and throws it away. She catches the chance to take his phone when he’s dressing her wound with his clothes. She asks him who is the girl? He takes his phone back. He tries to walk away.
Eom-Ji follows Do-Ha. She takes his arm and tells him that she’s better than the girl. She yells at him that she will die if he leaves her. He tells her to die. He walks away. She cries. The cop Jin-Hyuk comes to Do-Ha’s school. He tells Do-Ha that he suspects that he killed Eom-Ji. He arrests him and takes him away.
Jin-Hyuk tells Do-Ha that he found Eom-Ji’s blood from his shirt. He asks him if he killed Eom-Ji. Do-Ha cries to admit it. Yeon-Mi visits Do-Ha in the jail. She thinks he shouldn’t confess because the police didn’t find anything.
But Do-Ha thinks he should take duty for Eom-Ji’s death. Yeon-Mi reminds her son that it’s a very important time to her. She tells him to change his words. Do-Ha thinks he shouldn’t tell Eom-Ji to die. He tears up. Sol-Hee tells Do-Ha that he didn’t kill Eom-Ji. She gives him a hug. He cries in her arms.
Why Do-Ha Lets Sol-Hee Sleep Over At His House?
Eom-Ho eats at the restaurant. He remembers what the guard told him that Do-Ha isn’t at home after he admitted that he’s a reporter. He records what the guard said. He sees Eom-Ji’s photo. He promises to find her. The drunk person bumps Eom-Ho. He apologizes to him.
Eom-Ho yells at the guy that an apology cannot resolve the problem because he killed a person. The guy is scared to run away. Do-Ha tells Sol-Hee that Eom-Ho recognized her because Eom-Ho saw her in Hakcheon. He reminds her that she sat on the bus with him.
Sol-Hee is surprised that Do-Ha was the guy who sat with her. She wonders when he recognized her. He reveals he recognized her when he saw her. She wonders why he didn’t tell it to her. He explained to her that he worried that she would know who he is. He adds that he couldn’t take off the task because of her.
Sol-Hee decides to leave because she doesn’t believe that Eom-Ho remembers her. But Do-Ha takes her arm to keep her. He asks her to sleep over at his house. He worries that Eom-Ho will hurt her because he thinks the guy is around the house.

Do-Ha takes Sol-Hee to his room. He tells her to sleep in the bed. She smiles to ask him where he’s going to sleep. He reveals he usually sleeps on the couch. She asks him for comfortable clothes. He gives the clothes of Liverpool to her.
Do-Ha leaves his room. Sol-Hee finds the sleep inducer from the room. He learns that she doesn’t sleep. He invites her to watch the game with him. But she tells him that she’s hungry. He cooks for her and tells her that he had lived in the house for two years.
Sol-Hee wants to thank Syaon for making Do-Ha leave the place. She thinks Do-Ha would be lonely if he lived in the house. He takes her to the room. She sees a big screen in the room. He wonders why did she become a football fan. She reveals she likes football because of her father.
Sol-Hee thinks Do-Ha likes football as well. She takes a look at him. He tries to kiss her. But she reminds him that the noodles will swell up. Hyang-Sook visits Sol-Hee’s house. But she finds out that she’s not in the house. So she goes to her cafe to look for her.
Episode 9 of My Lovely Liar ends with Do-Ha telling Eom-Ho not to hurt Sol-Hee. He comes to his place. Eom-Ho shows up. He tells Do-Ha that he regrets for not killing him from the bus. He punches him. Sol-Hee wakes up. She sees Do-Ha’s message. He asks her to contact him.
