So Mun lets Mae-Ok take away Jang-Mul. Jang-Mul picks up the spear. Ha-Na and Jeok-Bong runs in the field. Ha-Na sees the dead body. She thinks the evil spirit left. But Jeok-Bong smells the smell of the evil spirit. Ha-Na kicks the evil spirit Gelly Choi in Jeok-Bong’s help.

Gelly Choi runs away. Ha-Na chases Gelly Choi. Mae-Ok tries to take Jang-Mul away. But Wong stops them. Jang-Mul uses the spear to attack Wong. Mae-Ok catches the chance to beat Wong. Wong runs away. Mae-Ok asks Jang-Mul if he will be fine if he stays alone.

Jang-Mul claims that he’s not a kid. He tells Mae-Ok to go to break Wong’s bones. He hands over the spear to her. She goes to chase Wong. So Mun kicks Pil-Gwang. Pil-Gwang laughs because he thinks he met someone who’s match for him.

But So Mun doesn’t want to meet with Pil-Gwang. He beats him and blames him for killing many lives. Pil-Gwang casts the sword to So Mun. So Mun catches the sword. But Pil-Gwang pushes So Mun to the wall with his evil power. So Mun feels painful when he’s fixed on the wall.

Jeok-Bong is on the way to look for Ha-Na. But Gelly Choi catches the chance to attack him. He asks Ha-Na to come to save him. Gelly Choi kicks Jeok-Bong and flees again when she sees Ha-Na. Ha-Na helps Jeok-Bong get up. She asks him about Gelly Choi.

But Jeok-Bong cannot smell Gelly Choi. Because his nose was hurt when he fought with her. She attacks Ha-Na and hurts her leg. Ha-Na goes to chase Gelly Choi. Wong defeats Mae-Ok and robs her spear. He reveals he let her hit him because he intended to let her guard down.

Wong claims that he’s not a pushover. He tries to kill Mae-Ok with the spear. But Mo-Tak holds the spear. He punches Wong and takes over the spear from him. He asks Mae-Ok to team up with him. She agrees to his plan. She lets him help her get up. They defeat Wong.

Who Saves Ms. So’s Soul?

Pil-Gwang lets So Mun suffer under his power. He thinks he will think stronger than before if he eats him. So Mun remembers he promised Ju-Seok to find the person who hurt Min-Ji. He yells and defeats Pil-Gwang. He lifts him and ties him up with the ropes. He tells him that he’s stronger than him.

So Mun tries to kill Pil-Gwang. But Pil-Gwang picks up the gun. He shoots Jang-Mul. So Mun is hurt for protecting Jang-Mul. Jang-Mul goes to care for So Mun. So Mun tells Jang-Mul that he’s fine. But he finds out that Pil-Gwang fled.

Ha-Na is hurt by Gelly Choi. She cannot reach her. She remembers what So Mun told her not to use her eyes when she deals with the enemies. She closes her eyes and catches Gelly Choi. She hurts her eye. Gelly Choi flees. Mae-Ok releases the counter Ms. So from Wong’s body.

Ms. So comes to the heaven. Mae-Ok gives Ms. So a hug. Ms. So thanks Mae-Ok for saving her. She asks her about other counters. Mae-Ok comforts Ms. So that she will save other counters. It makes Ms. So tear up. Wi-Gen praises the counters. Ha-Na thinks they would have same fate if they encountered the evil spirits first.

Episode 4 of The Uncanny Counter Season 2 ends with So Mun looking at the family photo of Ju-Seok and Min-Ji when he’s in their house. Jung-Ae shows up. She thinks So Mun doesn’t have to pick her up. But he tells her that he wishes to escort her.

What Happens In The Uncanny Counter Season 2 Episode 5?

The lawyer asks Ju-Seok to tell the judge that he regrets for what he did when they’re at the court. Pil-Gwang walks into the court with Gelly Choi. Gelly Choi sees the counters. She thinks it’s a family gathering. Ju-Seok tells the judge that he would kill the person if he can go back to the time.

Pil-Gwang smiles. He thinks Ju-Seok is an evil spirit as well. The lawyer explains to the judge that Ju-Seok said so because he just lost his wife. He wishes to take back Ju-Seok’s words. The judge agrees to let Ju-Seok change what he said.

But Ju-Seok tells his lawyer that he won’t forgive those people when he stares at Pil-Gwang. Pil-Gwang tells Gelly Choi that he likes Ju-Seok. Gelly Choi thinks the evil spirit in Ju-Seok’s body doesn’t wake up. Ju-Seok is taken out of the court by the cops.

So Mun runs to Ju-Seok because he wishes to have a talk with him. But he’s blocked by the cop. So Mun tells Ju-Seok that his lawyer will help him. He tells him not to give up himself because he thinks he will be released. But Ju-Seok doesn’t want to forgive the person who killed his wife.

Su Mun tells Ju-Seok to stop because he thinks Seong-Uk will get the punishment. He reminds him that his wife doesn’t want to see it. But Ju-Seok points out that his wife is dead. So Mun takes Jung-Ae home. She thinks he knows her son is a good person.

Jung-Ae cries. So Mun comforts Jung-Ae that her son will be fine. He gives her a hug. Pil-Gwang spots it from his car. He sneaks into Ju-Seok’s house. He takes a look at Ju-Seok’s family photos. He thinks Ju-Seok will be a powerful evil spirit.

But Gelly Choi worries that Ju-Seok cannot defeat So Mun. Pil-Gwang thinks they should help the guy first. He wonders what So Mun will do once he knows his friend becomes a devil. Mo-Tak has a meeting with Mae-Ok. He thinks Ju-Seok is a dangerous man.

Mae-Ok throws a fit to Mo-Tak. She thinks he knows what kind of person Ju-Seok is. Jeok-Bong is happy to tell the counters that he came back. But he gets scolded by Mo-Tak. Jang-Mul tells Jeok-Bong to clean up the mess before he leaves.

So Mun goes to see his grandpa Suk-Goo. Suk-Goo asks So Mun about Ju-Seok’s trial. So Mun wonders why Suk-Goo and his grandma stay outside. Suk-Goo reveals Choon-Ok wants to see Ju-Seok. So Mun walks to Choon-Ok. He asks her if she wants to go to see the moon.

Episode 5 of The Uncanny Counter Season 2 ends with Ju-Seok having a nightmare that the evil spirit kissed him after he accepted her. He wakes up from the nightmare. He takes a look at his hands. The prisoners tell Ju-Seok that they’re going to hurt him. They tell him to hate his wife.
