This is the Recap & Ending for Disney Plus K-Drama Rookie Cops: Episode 1. Hyun-Soo fights with the gangsters. He gets stabbed by the gangster who shows up from the car. He gets hit by the truck when he tries to walk across the street. He dies before he picks up the phone.
Rookie Cops: Episode 1 Recap

Eun-Kang goes to the police school to do the interview. The girl tells the judges that her dream is to become a cop. But Eun-Kang doesn’t have such a dream. Because she decided to be a cop after she encountered a handsome cop at home.
Eun-Kang is smart to tell the judge that she wants to be a cop because of Yu-Gon. She shows his book she takes to them. It makes Yu-Gon happy. Eun-Kang tells her mom Hee-Sook about what she did to Yu-Gon. Hee-Sook praises Eun-Kang even if she thinks what she did wasn’t right.
Eun-Kang smiles to take a photo before she leaves police school. Seung-Hyun shows up in the photo. He meets with his friends at a bar. He’s told that Min-Yong has a girlfriend. Min-Yong tries to show his girlfriend’s photo to Seung-Hyun. But he sees his lover dating another guy.

Min-Yong follows his girlfriend and finds out that she walks into the hotel with the man. Seung-Hyun rings the bell. The man opens the door and tries to close the door after Seung-Hyun explains why they came. Min-Yong breaks into the room and sees his girlfriend Mi-Kang lying in the bed.
Mi-Kang is furious to leave the hotel. She takes off Min-Yong’s hand and points out that they broke up. She tries to leave. But Seung-Hyun stops Mi-Kang and tells her to apologize to his friend. She rejects it and wants to call a cop. He’s out of mind to call her gold digger.
Eun-Kang shows up and protects Mi-Kang. She blames Seung-Hyun for calling her sister gold digger. He reveals that Mi-Kang dumped Min-Yong after she got the expensive bag from him. Eun-Kang points out that her sister didn’t ask for the bag. She tries to take Mi-Kang away.
But the man stops Eun-Kang and hits her helmet after knowing Mi-Kang saw someone when she dated him. Seung-Hyun stops the man and he has a fight with him. Eun-Kang catches the chance to take Mi-Kang away. She blames her for what she did to Min-Yong after she took a bath.
Mi-Kang explains that she didn’t want to lose the man she loves. Eun-Kang tells her sister to return the bag to her ex-boyfriend. But Mi-Kang rejects it and reveals she bought him wallet. Eun-Kang realizes that her sister stole the money from her to buy gift. She chases Mi-Kang and grabs her hair after she caught. The piggy bank cries when he lies on the floor.
Hee-Sook beats Eun-Kang and tells her to apologize to Mi-Kang. Eun-Kang is furious to run away from home because she thinks her parents don’t care for her. She buys a ice cream from the convenience store, thinking she can leave home once she gets into cop school. Ju-Chan shows up behind her and asks her about the interview. She tells him that the book he gave her helped her a lot. He gives a gift to her after he walked her home.
Mi-Kang tells Eun-Kang that Min-Yong told her not to return the bag to him. But Eun-Kang still wants to return the bag to Min-Yong because she’s going to be a cop. She packs the bag. Gi-Yong is getting an interview from the reporter. Sook-Ja calls him and tells him that his son Seung-Hyun got great grades. She asks him for having meal with them by he rejects it. Seung-Hyun hears the talk. He’s disappointed but he smiles when his mom asks for eating with him.
Eun-Kang finds out that she got rejected by the police school. Her families leave because they thought she needs to stay alone for a while. Eun-Kang tears up. Um Hyuk gathers the students to the hall. He tells them that they’re going to accept the training.
Kim Tak throws the sock to Dae-Il after Dae-Il admitted that the sock belongs to him. Dae-Il tries to shake hands with Kim Tak because he wants to be his friend. But Kim Tak rejects it and leaves the dormitory. Ju-Young gets the girls to introduce themselves. Han-Na doesn’t cooperate with the girls.
Ju-Young notes that A-Ri is an idol. She thinks she had plastic surgery on her face. A-Ri is furious to have a fight with Ju-Young. The students are called outside. Um Hyuk trains them. The girls are washing themselves in the washroom. But the policewoman tells them to return to their rooms. Because she wants to check their rooms.
Rookie Cops: Episode 1 Ending
So-Yeon decides to leave the police school because she cannot bear the training. Ju-Young and A-Ri see So-Yeon off. Ju-Young tries to persuade So-Yeon to change her mind. But So-Yeon rejects it and walks away. Ju-Young returns to the dormitory and sees Han-Na. She tells her to go to chase So-Yeon. But Han-Na rejects it.
Ju-Young takes a look at So-Yeon’s bed. She wonders who’s going to sleep in the bed. Eun-Kang attends the graduation ceremony. But she’s not happy at all. Hee-Sook shows up and hands over the flowers to Eun-Kang. She notes that she’s not happy, telling her to take a family photo with them.
Eun-Kang gets a call from someone who tells her that she got accepted by the police school. She’s happy to throw away the flowers, dancing with her families. Eun-Kang follows the policewoman to get into the dormitory. She opens the window and spots the students walking into the cafeteria. She realizes that it’s lunch time.
Eun-Kang is on the way to the cafeteria. She bumps Seung-Hyun and her glove drops. He picks up the glove for her. She recognizes him.
