She thinks they will be happy if they know she’s fine. The words make our hero speechless. He puts away his weapon because he thinks she cannot hurt him.
But Esil takes out her knife when Sung Jinwoo turns around. She plans to attack him. But the attack is blocked by the shadow shield behind Sung Jinwoo. Tusk released the shield of protection after he sensed something unusual. The lady gets on knees to Sung Jinwoo. She apologizes to him. She claims that she can do anything for him as long as he can forgive her.
Sung Jinwoo orders Tusk to use counter gravity on Esil. He asks Esil if she can get the floor license. She confesses that the license is kept by her family. She promises to give the license to her as long as he forgives her. She knows other licenses’ locations as well. She can show him the way as long as he keeps her family safe. Borgon asks his followers to surround Sung Jinwoo. But Sung Jinwoo is calm. He tells Esil’s father that he won’t hurt them if he gives him the license.
Borgon takes a breath. He heard Sung Jinwoo defeated Kargalgan. It means that Sung Jinwoo isn’t the rival they can defeat. He lets the follower bring the license. Sung Jinwoo confirms that the license is real. He keeps it. But he hugs Esil when he’s going to leave.
He tells Borgon that he wants to borrow his daughter. He explains it to the demon that he needs Esil to show him the way. Because Esil told him that she knows the license location of each floor. Borgon has to agree it after our hero promised to keep Esil safe. Esil blushes.
