This is the Recap & Ending for The Blue Whisper Chinese Drama: Episode 3. Qu Xiaoxing reports to Ji Yunhe that Lin Haoqing turned the cave into a stove for making the mermaid speak. Ji Yunhe decides to save the mermaid. The follower reports to Lin Haoqing that Ji Yunhe and Qu Xiaoxing went to the Reflection Cave.
Does Ji Yunhe Release the Mermaid?

Lin Haoqing tells the follower to let the guards leave. Si Yu worries that Ji Yunhe will show her kindness to the mermaid. She realizes what Lin Haoqing forced was Ji Yunhe. She believes Ji Yunhe won’t have the ability to fight with Lin Haoqing if they can catch Ji Yunhe when she makes mistake.
Luo Jinsang eavesdrops on the conversation. She wishes Ji Yunhe not to fall into Lin Haoqing’s trap. Ji Yunhe gets into the cave to save Chang Yi. Luo Jinsang stops Ji Yunhe. She tells her that it’s Lin Haoqing’s trap. She reminds her that nobody will blame Lin Haoqing even if he kills her.

Ji Yunhe points out that the mermaid can only listen to her orders after she saves him with her life. She tells Luo Jinsang to carry Qu Xiaoxing drawing Lin Haoqing and the guards. But Luo Jinsang rejects it. She tells Qu Xiaoxing carries her instead.
Ji Yunhe tells Chang Yi to leave with her. But he rejects it. She learns that he doesn’t believe her. She tells him that she won’t forgive him because he spilled her snow pills. The guard chases Qu Xiaoxing and tells him to stop. He’s surprised that the one Qu Xiaoqing carries is Luo Jinsang.
The guard asks Luo Jinsang why she wore Ji Yunhe’s clothes. Luo Jinsang explains that she made fun. Qu Xiaoxing agrees to what Luo Jinsang said. He leaks that they wanted to test if Luo Jinsang could be recognized. The guard realizes that he was fooled. He returns to the Reflection Cave.
Luo Jinsang kicks Qu Xiaoxing because he told people that her shape isn’t special. She refuses to take revenge because she believes Ji Yunhe has taken Chang Yi to leave the Reflection Cave. She tells Qu Xiaoxing to take Ji Yunhe’s robe.
Chang Yi drinks up the soup. Ji Yunhe tells Chang Yi not to fight with the guards outside. She asks him to hide himself because she believes that Lin Haoqing is going to come. Ji Yunhe tells Chang Yi that she helped him because he’s like her. She thinks he should live in the water.
Yi Yunhe tells Chang Yi that she wants to live in the place like him. She adds that she doesn’t want him to die. She asks him if he worries about her. She smiles. Someone asks Ji Yunhe to come out. Ji Yunhe comforts Chang Yi that she has ways to deal with Lin Haoqing. She tries to walk out of the room.
Chang Yi calls Ji Yunhe. She’s surprised that he’s not a mute. She tells him that she will protect him since he believes her. She brags that she can resolve everything. She tells him not to flee before he returns the snow pills to her.
Lin Haoqing reminds Ji Yunhe that she committed a felony. He tells her that he will ask his father to forgive her if she gives up to train mermaid. Ji Yunhe tells Lin Haoqing that the mermaid isn’t at her house. Si Yu tries to search Ji Yunhe’s room.
But Ji Yunhe stops Si Yu. She takes out her weapon when Lin Haoqing intends to break into her house. Si Yu casts the concealed weapons to Ji Yunhe. Ji Yunhe’s face is hurt. Lin Haoqing glares at Si Yu. Luo Jinsang shows up. She blames Si Yu for offending Ji Yunhe.
Si Yu thinks Ji Yunhe should get killed because she released the mermaid. Qing Shu shows up. Lin Haoqing reports to Qing Shu that Ji Yunhe released the mermaid. Ji Yunhe explains to Qing Shu that she made the mermaid speak. She offers to let the mermaid stay in her room. Qing Shu tells Ji Yunhe and Lin Haoqing to go to Wind Hall with her.
The Blue Whisper Chinese Drama: Episode 3 Ending
Luo Jinsang sees Li Shu walking out of his house in the evening. She wonders why he did that without letting others know it. Ji Yunhe thinks what it’s related to Xue Sanyue. She follows Li Shu and finds out that he’s waiting for someone. A woman calls Li Shu.
