It flashes back. Hua Chunran asks Feng Lanxi about emperor crown. Feng Lanxi tells Hua Chunran that she cannot get it. It makes her cry. Huang Chao comforts Hua Chunran that the emperor will wear the phoenix crown for her once she becomes queen. Feng Xiyun isn’t interested in the crown at all. She takes Feng Lanxi to buy snack.
Hua Chunran wonders who’s going to wear the phoenix crown for her. Bai Fengxi tells Feng Lanxi that Hua Chunran will be low even if she gets married with him and Huang Chao. Because Hua Chunran is a Goddess now. But Feng Lanxi thinks Feng Xiyun is better than Hua Chunran.

Bai Fengxi thinks Feng Lanxi will be surprised if he sees Feng Xiyun. He asks her if Hua Chunran is better than Feng Xihun in her mind. She denies and she’s furious to walk away. Zhong Li thinks Bai Fengxi was jealous. Feng Lanxi thinks it’s a good news.
But Zhong Li reminds Feng Lanxi that Bai Fengxi will hate him if he doesn’t flatter her. He reveals Qing Army is close to Liang City. He mentions Yong King wants to have a battle with Qing State. But Feng Lanxi doesn’t want to do that because he worries that people in the two states will get hurt.
Feng Xieyue tells the generals to attack Liang City. He believes that the canal is their chance. Feng Xiyun shows up. She tells Feng Xieyue that she came from Liang City. She reveals the lord of Liang City is Feng Lanxi. She tells him to have a talk with Feng Lanxi.
Feng Xiyun tries to leave. But Feng Xieyue keeps her. He tells her that he prepared the wine for her. Zhong Li reports to Feng Lanxi that Bai Fengxi is missing. Feng Lanxi is surprised that Bai Fengxi loves him deeply. He decides to flatter Bai Fengxi.
Feng Xiyun drinks with Feng Xieyue. He tells her that he prepared the wine because he thought he would run into her. He reveals her father wanted to tell the world that Bai Fengxi is Feng Xiyun. Feng Xieyue asks Feng Xiyun about Feng Lanxi. She tells him about her and Feng Lanxi’s story.
Feng Xieyue learns that Hei Fengxi is Feng Lanxi. Feng Xiyun tells Feng Xieyue not to leak her identity. He promises it and he wants to know if Feng Lanxi is qualified to be his brother-in-law. He tells Feng Xiyun that he’s going to let Feng Lanxi know that Feng Xiyun as supporters as well.

Feng Lanxi has a good talk with Feng Xieyue. He tells Feng Xieyue to stay in his palace. Feng Lanxi asks Bai Fengxi to talk a walk with him. But she rejects it and she returns to her room.
