Yi-Jae walks into Su-Bin’s yard in Dream to You episode 3. But Su-Bin waters her. She greets him. She’s surprised that he’s there. He doesn’t expect that she would come so fast. He asks her to wait for him. He will go to take clothes for her. She tries to say she’s fine. But he walks away.

Su-Bin enters his room to take the clothes. He looks at himself in the mirror. He makes sure that he’s still handsome like before. In the yard, Yi-Jae uses her hands to dry her hand. Su-Bin shows up with the clothes. He hands over the clothes to her. He asks her to go to get changed.
In the room, she’s getting changed. He sits on the floor outside the room. He asks her why he came to look for him. She asks if he’s not curious how she knew it. He mentions someone has tailed him these days.
It flashes back. Su-Bin runs along the beach. Someone drives a truck to follow Su-Bin. Su-Bin turns around. He sees the truck. He stops and waits for the truck. Su-Bin works on the balcony. He notices that someone is watching him on the street. The person stays in the truck.
In the evening, Su-Bin is on the way home. The guy tails him again. Su-Bin turns around. The guy flees. He thinks he wasn’t caught. But he sees Su-Bin. He’s startled. The guy is Young-Jae. He’s Yi-Jae’s brother. Su-Bin greets Young-Jae.
At present, Yi-Jae is surprised that her brother was caught. Su-Bin says Young-Jae asked him to keep a secret. She hands over the flowers to him. But he says he has psychological trauma to flowers. She walks out of the room. She says that is why she prepared it. She asks him to hit her with the flowers. He takes over the flowers. He tries to hit her forehead with his finger. She’s afraid of it.
He gives up his right to punish her. He smells the flowers. She tells him that their show set a record for the highest ratings because of him. She applauds and laughs. She feels grateful and she wants to invite him to take part in the show again. She yells at him. She blames him for turning off his cell phone. But she thanks him for making her return to her hometown. He takes out his cell phone. She finds out that his cell phone is fine. He decides to go to the restaurant. He goes out.
Yi-Jae follows Su-Bin. She tells him that his live will be changed as long as he appears on her show. The payment is different so that she can have a steady income. She can take on a little less local events. There’re a lot of benefits. He asks her if she really thinks it’s fine that he stars. She says yes. It can take her life to the next level. Her personal little mood swings are nothing. He asks her if PD Kyung said so. She’s happy to ask him if he will come.
Su-Bin receives a message from her mother. She tells him that she cannot keep an appointment. He asks Yi-Jae if she ate. He offers to eat together.
At the restaurant, the restaurant owner brings the food to Su-Bin and Yi-Jae. She walks away. Yi-Jae asks Su-Bin why his mother couldn’t keep an appointment. He doesn’t know. She persuades him to go home. She doesn’t understand why he wants to meet outside.
Su-Bin goes to pay the bill of the meal. He asks the restaurant owner if Jin-Soo is doing well. She says yes. Yi-Jae walks out of the restaurant to pick up the phone. She thanks the team leader. She hangs up. Su-Bin learns that it’s an event the day after tomorrow, but the team leader just called Yi-Jae today. She knows the team leader hires someone on short notice. But it’s good to her. The payment of saving the show is more higher. She tells Su-Bin that she lives life to the fullest.
But as long as he agrees to star, she doesn’t have to live lift to the fullest. She gets a call from PD Kyung. He asks her why she doesn’t have a message. He asks her if the director agreed. She says they’re talking. It seems that the guy is busy in his next project. She’s coordinating schedules. PD Kyung worries that their heads won’t be saved before it. He asks Yi-Jae to resolve it.
Su-Bin grabs the cell phone from Yi-Jae. He asks PD Kyung if it’s fine that he appears on the show. If Yi-Jae’s life will be changed completely. Yi-Jae grabs back her cell phone. She asks Su-Bin if he’s crazy. He mentions what she said that her life would be changed if he went. He decides to appear on the show.
At the seafood restaurant, the restaurant owner Sim Sin is cooking. The customer sees Yu-Geon’s photo. She asks the waiter who’s the guy. He introduces Yu-Geon as his boss’s son. But she mistook him for Sim Sin’s son. Sim Sin walks out of the kitchen. He tells the customers that his son is an actor. He brags it to them that his son starred many movies. But he was just an extra. The customers leave disappointed. Sim Sin thinks those people didn’t watch the movies. He asks the waiter to clean the tables.
In the dressing room, Ha-Na looks at the photos of her and Yu-Geon. Chae-Yeon tells Ha-Na that she’s pretty. Ha-Na wonders where Yu-Geon is trying his hardest. At the company, Yu-Geon is waiting for the audition. His name is called. He walks on the street. He remembers the woman told him that he wasn’t suitable for their role. He gets on the bus. We see Ha-Na’s photos at the bus stop.
Director Kang walks into the dressing room. He tells Ha-Na that the itinerary came out. She reads the itinerary. She asks him if he arranged the itinerary she doesn’t know. He explains it to her that Su-Hee and she have same itinerary that day. Su-Hee shows up. She tells Ha-Na that they’re going to receive the Major Donor Award. She thinks it’s better that the exemplary mother and daughter attend it together. But Ha-Na doesn’t want to go to the place. She asks Su-Hee if she wants her to be her supporting role.
Su-Hee thinks Ha-Na shouldn’t be unhappy. She should feel honored. Ha-Na complains it to Su-Hee that she doesn’t understand why she’s unhappy. She mentions she will be absent from the shoot. She asks Su-Hee who will be tired if the shoot delays. It’s other staff and actors. Su-Hee says those guys should endure these hardships. She tells her daughter that people in power control time. Ha-Na asks Su-Hee if she doesn’t feel embarrassed that she lives like that. Su-Hee says she’s happy when she looks at Ha-Na riding on her coattails. She works hard for it.
Ha-Na tells Su-Hee that her misfortune is called relying on her mother. Su-Hee thinks Ha-Na doesn’t know what’s real misfortune. She disallows her to apologize like she did it last time. She tells her that those guys won’t thank her. They will make fun of her. Ha-Na tells Su-Hee that she made her a laughingstock. She thinks she should apologize after she made a mistake. After all, Su-Hee was the one who made her make a mistake.
Su-Hee asks Ha-Na to lower her voice. She worries that reporters will hear it. The salon owner walks into the dressing room. She apologizes to Su-Hee for her late. But Su-Hee knows the salon owner waited for a chance to come in. She’s very good at getting along with people. She asks her who was the person getting Ha-Na’s hair done. She saw it for the first time. She asks her to fire the hair stylist. She thinks the stylist has no taste.
At the hair salon, Jin-Soo’s mother tells the people that Su-Bin came back and he became a director. Jong-Sun says the guy is at her house. They see Su-Bin and Yi-Jae. The hair salon brings up that Jong-Sun doesn’t do hotel. Jong-Sun thinks Su-Bin has his reasons.
Su-Bin and Yi-Jae walk into Jong-Sun’s house. Yi-Jae calls Jong-Sun. But Jong-Sun isn’t in the house. Su-Bin hands over the script to Yi-Jae. He mentions she said she would wait for him when she gave it to him. Now it should return to her hand. She asks him if he wants to return dream to her. She asks him if he’s fine with it. What he will do if she tears it or burns it. He says if it’s the ending she wants, she can do it. Compared to the ending of the script, they should face their ending. He apologizes to her. The time she waited is the past he doesn’t want to recall.
It flashes back. Cheol-Gyu beats Su-Bin in the study after knowing he failed the test for Yi-Jae. Su-Bin says he hasn’t wanted to go to the medical school. Hwa-Yeon tries to help her son. But Cheol-Gyu pushes her. Su-Bin helps Hwa-Yeon leave the study. He closes the door. Cheol-Gyu kicks Su-Bin. He locks him in the study until he agrees to go to the United States. But Yi-Jae doesn’t want to give up Su-Bin. It makes him feel even more ashamed.
At present, Su-Bin tells Yi-Jae that he doesn’t want her to forgive him. He wishes she will feel better. She learns that she wasn’t wrong, and he had his own reasons. But she doesn’t feel better. She tells him that he’s a poor guy. She’s furious to leave the house.
In the evening, Su-Bin cuts the flowers. Jong-Sun shows up. She scolds him. She says she washed it and she wanted to pour Barley Tea. She asks him why he put it into the bottle. It cannot be eaten. He explains it to her that he didn’t know it. She asks him if he ate. He says he didn’t. He wants to eat with her.
Yi-Jae is at her mother’s noodles restaurant. Hyun-Ok thinks Yi-Jae should have told it to her if she wanted to come. So she could prepare some dishes. Yi-Jae says it’s fine to eat noodles. She tells her mother that she didn’t raise the deposit. She asks her to let the landlord to wait for a while. Hyun-Ok decides to sell the restaurant if Yi-Jae doesn’t have a way. Yi-Jae mentions Hyun-Ok said she would buy the house back when she sold the house. She says she will come up with a way.
Hyun-Ok worries that Yi-Jae cannot do it. Yi-Jae thinks she should do it. Hyun-Ok asks Yi-Jae when she will get it. She feels guilty for owing it. Yi-Jae asks Hyun-Ok if she doesn’t feel guilty for her. Hyun-Ok says she feels guilty for letting Yi-Jae be her daughter. Yi-Jae tells Hyun-Ok that she needs to repay it. She doesn’t give it to her for free. She thinks she should know what the money means to her. It’s the money that she earned when she rolled in the field.
Hyun-Ok knows it. She mentions Su-Bin appeared on Yi-Jae’s show. Yi-Jae says she’s full. She goes to wash the bowl. She tells her mother that her Viewership Ratings reached a new record. She’s the baby of their show. Even CP favored her. Hyun-Ok thinks CP should give Yi-Jae some Tangible Benefits. Yi-Jae says she got it. She reminds Hyun-Ok that she’s her daughter.
Yi-Jae returns to her room. Young-Jae follows her into the room. She asks him to keep the secret, and she gives the cash to him. But he asks for the Confidentiality Fee. She’s furious to give the cash to him. She mentions he was caught, but he’s shameless. He leaves her room. She takes out the script from her bag. She turns around. She sees the grand prize she won. She throws the script into the trash can.
The next day, Su-Bin and her mother Hwa-Yeon eat at Sim Sin’s restaurant. Sim Sin gives the Sashimi to Su-Bin for free. He notices that he’s even more handsome. He’s very happy after he saw Hwa-Yeon. She’s very happy as well. She thanks him for the food.
Su-Bin feeds Hwa-Yeon the food. She says it’s delicious because it was fed by her son. He apologizes to her for not contacting her. She points out that they’re meeting now. She’s very happy that he came back to Korea.
She asks him if he doesn’t want to come home. He says he will do it next time. She tells him that his father did so not because he disliked him. She gets it. She apologizes to him. He asks her not to feel guilty. He opens the car door for her. She tells him that she will wait for him. She gives him a hug. She gets in the car. She leaves. She cries in the car. Su-Bin returns to his house. He sees Yi-Jae’s clothes.
In the evening, Yi-Jae tries to run across the street. But she bumps a girl. Her bag drops. She tries to pick up her stuff. She sees the hairband. A truck heads toward her. Su-Bin saves her. He yells at her. He asks her what she’s doing. She hugs him and she tears up.
At the bus station, Su-Bin hands over the drink to Yi-Jae. He asks her if she’s fine. She says she’s just feeling a little dizzy. She tells him that she would eat carrots. She cannot be a picky eater if she wants to do the job. She’s changed after the period of time. But some things will never look up. Beautiful memories will fade. She doesn’t understand why terrible memories are so vivid. He tells her that she should grab the beautiful memories tightly. He came for it.
The next day, Yi-Jae goes to work. She returns home. She reads the script. She remembers she told the story to Su-Bin. The male lead Wu Qian is dead after the female lead Lan Ying found out that he was her enemy. Su-Bin preferred a good ending.
The next day, Su-Bin eats with In-Wook at a restaurant. He brings up that he said he wanted to make a movie when he visited him. In-Wook says he cannot forget it. Su-Bin was broke. He ran over with just a script. Su-Bin reveals he took the script and hung in there when he wanted to give up. This is why Yi-Jae gave the script to him. She asked him not to give up. She asked him to have same dream like her. She has helped him. He realizes it too late.
In-Wook points out that Su-Bin run forward like a mad man. Su-Bin thinks Yi-Jae gave up her dream because the script was in his hand. He tells In-Wook that he returned the script to Yi-Jae. But the girl didn’t contact him. In-Wook is shocked. Su-Bin comforts In-Wook that he knows the script is very important to them. He won’t give up. In-Wook decides to go back. He’s not satisfied with Su-Bin. He ends his dream that he runs a company on his own.
On the set, Ha-Na works with Yu-Geon to film a scene. She sits on his motorcycle to eat. He shows up and he looks at her. She asks him what happened. He denies it. He sits on the floor. She complains it to him that she doesn’t want to film. She notices that he’s hungry. She guesses he didn’t eat the rice rolls. He says the rice rolls were taken away. She hands over the rice rolls to him. She says she cannot eat up the rice rolls on her own. So he should eat it.
He eats up the rice rolls. He tells her that he cannot leave because of her. He calls her goddess. She laughs. He says she’s sitting on his motorcycle. She asks him to give her a ride. She mentions she gave him her rice rolls. He treats it as the fee of the rice rolls. He helps her wear a helmet. He rides the motorcycle. She’s happy to yell. He asks her to hug him tightly. He takes her to return to the set. She says she feels better. She thanks him. She runs away. He learns that she remembered his name. He rides away. She realizes that she didn’t return the helmet to him.
In the evening, Su-Hee works out on the treadmill at home. Director Kang reports it to her that the producer Jaden returned to Korea. He asks her if she wants to make a reservation at the Sushi Restaurant as a meeting place. He mentions she said she loved the sushi restaurant very much. But she doesn’t want to take the guy to the sushi restaurant. She heard that he liked Korean food. She asks Director Kang where Ha-Na went. He reveals he helped Ha-Na find a guy.
Yu-Geon returns home. Ha-Na is waiting for him. She takes the helmet. She says she came to return it to him. She smells the smell. She thinks the smell is very good. He reveals he worked at barbecue restaurant. She tells him that the sunset on the roof is very beautiful. She mentions he looks at her everyday. She doesn’t understand why he’s not her fan. He asks her how she knew where his home was. She hands over his resume to him. He takes a look at the resume. He points out that there’s no address on the papers.
She says she cannot forget that she rode on the back of his motorcycle. She felt the feeling for the first time. She asks him to give her a ride next time. He agrees. But he asks her why she treated him like that. It’s scary. She’s shocked after knowing he’s afraid of her. She tells him that she’s good at other things. But she doesn’t know how to make friends. So she doesn’t have any friends. He asks her if she wants to be his friend. She admits it. He tells her that they’re friends.
She gives the helmet to him. She offers to treat it as a present that they become friends. She’s excited to run away. He thinks she knows how to make friends. He sees the number she wrote on his helmet.
The next day at the restaurant, Su-Hee meets In-Wook. She doesn’t expect that he would smile in front of her. He says the day came sooner than he expected. She laughs. She thinks he has become more brazen. She grabs the menu. She decides to order dishes first. She says she will be dizzy if she talks about work when she’s hungry. He agrees to do the project with her. After all, he needs a person who he trusts to lead him when he runs business in an unfamiliar place.
He trusts her. Because she was the one who helped him. She thinks he’s too naive. She will make a request. She heard that the script was about first love. He says he will tell it to his partner. But she’s not his partner. So he should be careful.
Outside the restaurant, Su-Hee says goodbye to In-Wook. She sees him getting in Su-Bin’s car. She wonders why Su-Bin didn’t enter the restaurant since he came. Director Kang guesses Su-Bin felt embarrassed.
In the car, Su-Bin tells In-Wook that he doesn’t have to read his expression. He mentions what he said that Su-Hee was the best choice. In-Wook complains it to Su-Bin that he’s very angry. He asks him to get the script from Yi-Jae. He reveals Su-Hee mentioned the first love. She said the first love was him.
Yi-Jae calls Su-Bin. She asks him to come. She reveals PD Kyung said they would have a meeting. In-Wook asks Su-Bin why he goes to have a meeting. He doesn’t know what the meeting is about. He asks him to go to confirm if the script is alive or dead. Su-Bin drops In-Wook. But In-Wook discovers that he left his cell phone in Su-Bin’s car. He yells.
In the evening, Yi-Jae arrives at the restaurant. PD Kyung is drunk to tell Yi-Jae that the meeting is over. She asks him if he called Su-Bin as well. He brings up that the director agreed to appear on their show. He says he will take care of it. She points out that he never did a good job. She asks him if there was a meeting. She thinks he called her because he needed a designated driver. He tells her that she’s right. He mentions the car she drives is more comfortable than the mattress at his house.
He throws the key to her. But Su-Bin catches the key. He tells PD Kyung that Yi-Jae cannot drive. He says she drank with him. Yi-Jae pretends to be drunk. PD Kyung tries to approach Yi-Jae. Su-Bin protects his girl. He asks Yi-Jae if the guy often does it. She tells him that PD Kyung isn’t a bad person. But he thinks the guy is. He tells PD Kyung that he has known what he did to Yi-Jae.
Yi-Jae learns that PD Kyung fired her for his future. She drives him to the bridge. She throws the key into the sea. Su-Bin follows her. Her shirt was torn when she fought PD Kyung. He puts his suit on her. They go to a restaurant.

Yi-Jae tells Su-Bin that she chose the job because she needed money. But she has done it for several years. He thinks she’s amazing. He mentions a lot of people visited her. She says she’s irreplaceable. Although she doesn’t like the show very much, it’s very precious to her. After all, it helps her pay off her debt. She tells him that he’s a jerk. She asks him why he has followed her. It makes her not be able to cry. She tears up. He wipes off her tears. He tells her that she’s so pitiful. He cannot forget her. She tells him that she doesn’t regret for him. She regrets for herself.
The next day, Yi-Jae wakes up in the room at the hotel. She discovers that it’s Su-Bin’s room. She thinks she’s over. She tries to leave the room. But In-Wook visits Su-Bin. She runs into the bathroom. Su-Bin is there. He tries to call In-Wook. But she covers his mouth. They’re all wet.
